Experience: Honestly I have a little amount of experience, on A few sites I've been a moderator/assistant type role most of them were new and the Rp wasn't really that good. I mean who wants to join a skateboard RP? I've been on one other Naruto site, but the admin got posse and deleted it :/ otherwise I've been on a few different Animal based roleplays and before, this is the most active one I've been on. Notes: First off, I'd like to say that I've pretty much been flawlessly helping and constantly in the Support/Character Submissions. I've had bumps in the past, and if I had to use one word on me being here it would be "Awesome" I don't Rp a lot, but I enjoy reading, Mostly Characters and stuff. I think I'm pretty knowledgeable, although I don't have the charts remembered yet. I only have problems coming on over the weekends cause I'm usually busy with work. Although i can come on for 1-2 hours and do stuff like peer into Support and Character submissions a bit more. The only going on around now that would put a stick in my spokes though would be finals in two weeks, cause we all know those are a bit of a pain.

Sorry Ryan, but I'm going to have say 1/2 denied here. Why? Because of the way you treated Okuda in the cbox the other day. You treated him with disrespect, was very rude to him, and, if I remember correctly, said "I was going to remove the link from the thread, but now I'm just going to leave it there to Piss Okuda off."

That isn't the way Staff is supposed to act and I know I personally was mad about it. So I'm putting a 1/2 Denial on here.

That's fine, what comes around goes around and I don't mean to complain but it's not like Okuda wasn't bring Mr. Funcakes either, not like hes going for staff or anything...

Also, you have not been in submissions. I virtually live in that board. I stay in that more than anything else on NFRP and I have not once seen you post in there. If you have been posting in the N/F Submissions then you should be sitting here with a warning as going in there is not aloud unless you are staff.

Also, like Tie, I do not tolerate behavior like that toward other members either, staff are supportive people and do not mistreat other members of the site at all. Period. In fact, I don't actually see you anywhere in any of the supportive threads (Support, Subs etc..) so I honestly think your not really ready for this responsibility as of yet... Sorry if this sounded harsh or mean, but if you want staff, you need to be supportive and not mean to other staff members..

Edit: And Okuda can't become staff anyway.

Well, I haven't been in there recently, but I used to post in there almost all the time, I've been attempting to go mostly with Support as less people respond there and more people respond in Character Submissions, Including Current Staff, Regular members and Other people Going for Staff. Still I dont see how this one thing with Okuda would Waver this, this much And I'M in Support Alot....

Personal Experience: A certain Moderature (won't say a name) is always disrespectful to me.

Therefore why deny him when there are higher ranked staff that are even worse? Sorry Tie but I think your reason is kinda weak since it was only that incident.

Edit:: Just so it's clear to Moderators that don't know anything about me, I WAS a Moderator so I have right to vouch. I was NOT removed from staff against my will, therefore I hold my right to vouch. I quit staff, this "bad terms" happened after I left staff. Still, by NFRP rules, I can vouch.

And as far as I'm concerned, since Zethy is not blacklisted from staff, he has the right to post in here, darling. Well that's the way I see it anyway.

Anyways, back to business:

Ryan, I have indeed seen you in support, I didn't recognize your name since you changed it so I apologize. I have also gone through your last 100 posts too a bit more thoroughly and you do seem to live in support. So I must be blind. I am deciding to change my mind and give you a shot.

But please do not disrespect regular members, your job is to help and assist them with your knowledge of the rules and site stuff. If you don't like a person, don't act with personal feelings, stick to professional. Or ignore the person. But as staff if you like em or not, you do as asked unless the person is totally baiting, flaming etc.. you then you ignore them.
