Fire Style: Inferno Technique
Rank: D
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Shoots small gout of flame towards the opponent.
Special: Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Tiger
Drawback: Requires the user to exhale and keep their dominant hand cupped over their mouths. Once the user is out of breath of moves their hand, the technique falls.
Description: The user performs the handseals, energizing their hand and their esophagus with chakra. The user then cups their hand over their lips and exhales. The oxygen being expelled from the lungs combusts upon reaching the chakra from the hand, and the user blows it out a maximum of ten feet away. This is different from the Goukakyou no Jutsu in the fact that this comes out as a stream and not a fireball, and also different from the fact that once the user stops breathing out or moves their hand, the technique ends.
Limit: Fire Release

To continue on her learning of fire techniques, she thought it best to learn the Inferno technique. It would give her a good opportunity to challenge herself in the element of fire, seeing as so far, it was among her weakest. She was actually getting excited to try it out, as it was something very new to her, much newer than many of the other elements. In a way, she could relate more to this element than the others, for it was fiery, explosive, and full of spice. Well, and it was unpredictable at times. That was one thing that connected her to the strong element. But unlike it, she wasn't very destructive or as truly fierce as the fire was; she would never intend to kill things and burn them and make them crumble. That was the thing that made it hard for her to understand the ferocious and deadly element. This was a part hidden within her, hiding in all of humanity, that she had to learn to face. It was the ability to destroy, to cause evil.
But of course, this was simply a metaphor. In no way did she have to commit great evil in order to wield such a power. Many ordinary ninja were able to control it, and they were normal people indeed. But it was that primeval essence within every human being that helped fuel the fire they would behold at their fingertips. It had been Aedemi's job to become in touch with it in order to understand it. Fortunately for her, the hardest part had been over the first time she encountered the challenge to behold such a powerful element. She didn't have to endure the struggles again, for it was all past. Instead, now, all she had to focus on was to summon this power and use it to create a stream of fire using her very own breath. Her hand would be cupped over her mouth, allowing a hole through which the fire chakra would pass, sending the flames out through her mouth.
Using the handseals and memorizing their order, first the Ox, then the Monkey, followed by the Rabbit, and finally, the Tiger. She would whip out these handseals, starting over again to reinforce it to her memory. Again and again, she would repeat them until she felt very confident she could recite and perform the order without thinking much of it. Once this part was covered, she turned her focus to releasing the chakra in streams through a pathway leading to her right hand. Her right hand was responsible for leading the chakra out and providing another pathway, this time one through which the fire would flow. She focused very hard, struggling to release enough chakra to cover the area she needed, and she did this all in the matter of one second, and she then made the decision to release the fire.
Quickly, a spark would be released that would send the fire exploding out of her mouth and through her cupped hand, allowing a stream of fire to flow continuously out for many seconds. She lost count -- but she knew she had been keeping the fire flowing for as long as she could. She had prepared her lungs for this, taking in as much air as possible, for she knew the technique would only last for as long as her breath would. She had barely made it to five seconds with her breath going out as fast as it did, and she noted with great joy that she was able to make the fire reach a good 9 feet away. Almost at the maximum.
