Plot:

Hideyoshi Uchiha, a man revered by the Uchiha clan as their greatest warrior. A man who has also abandoned his village in pursuit of greater strengths. This has taught the Leaf Village to not let their ninja stray too far from the path of righteousness and to keep hidden tabs on the Uchiha clan. The members are known to defect since the Uchiha were brought into the leaf with a mixed approval. Though now this man Hideyoshi is on a one man spree across the nation taking out numerous lords of lands. Even capturing ALL of the 5 great Daimyos. This presents a problem for all of the villages. Each village will send their representatives of strength in order to help defeat this man and save their Daimyo. If not the other villages can and probably will use this in their favor against the non participant Villages.

The start of this is information gathering and taking out the very strong criminals that this man has gathered over the years. These criminals are from various places and have varying talents. Please help the world out by taking out this man and his craze for power.

I know you want the NPC's hidden and all, but I would still like to see you write up some mock ones for this [they don't have to be the ones you're going to really use]. They don't have to be used for this, but NPC making is a big part of GMing and making events and I'd like to see how you do.

Brief Description: Kougen Sakuya also called Kurenai is a man of few words. He was a Sound Shinobi and left his home, family and friends in a quest to rule his own land. He was tired of being told what to do and felt that his true power could only be demonstrated with his rule. He chose to create an organization to overthrow the current shinobi world and create havoc and chaos within the great nations. A few years later he'd come back to sound to murder his wife and kids along with his new crew of bandits and thugs. All wanted for high treason against their respective villages.

I'm sorry, but I'm confused here. You're a Kage, capable of making Events for your Village. You are capable of discussing with the other Kages, and work with the GMs into creating a coordinated Event for multiple villages and as a large group if you want. You haven't done that. The 2 events that you did make were more glorified for you, one to find a seal, and something else I cannot recall.

With all of that being said you're asking for a position in which the stuff you can do you haven't done?

Why should I accept? I don't see a reason at all to accept.

Quite simply because I do have the muse to make events and gm them for other people. I am in the works of events for my own village and am going to plot with sound soon enough for an IM, hence why Kyogi is in my office currently. The events I had up weren't made because Kuro scrapped (his jounin exam was one event) and the other was something that was to change Kumo in a way I no longer wished to do.

Agreed with Heero. If you have the muse to make and GM events make them for your village. Or work with other Kages and GMs to do joint events/bigger events/events in more than one place.

And just a side note. Kyogi is in your office because I sent him there. Not because you did work to further the interaction, though good to see you are going along with it and trying to spark some RP.
