Personality
Sangekitatsumaki Rifurekutibu is a very energetic tom-boyish individual. She loves to blow things way out of preportion, then act like it's not a big deal. Always ready for a confrontaion she's got quite the reputaion as a trouble maker. Extreamly loud mouthed, Rifu is definately not one afraid to speak her mind, no matter what the trouble it might get her into. With low respect of athority she is difficult to get along with during any team event.
Though Rifu's thick exterior makes her seem purely self-centered she is not all without compasion, to her friends she can be a rather entertaining, helpful asset. While not very trust worthy on the battle field, she will find time to help others with their more personal problems. Rifu actually does listen very well, when the discussion serious. Yet when in the midst of conflict she will generally ignore the orders of others, and usually follow up with a quick, witty, primarily pointless saying, and do as she sees fit. However her seemingly boundless energy is always welcomed when someone is in a lower state of mind.
On a more personal level, Rifu keeps her emotions in check, and can be quite collected. More than commonly she can be found in high places meditating with the wind to clear her clustard thoughts. Though she has no actual connection to the wind, Rifu will talk to it for hours on end as a way to enlighten her own spirits. She takes things important to her very seriously and can seem to have a darker side when defending them. In other words she's not always the outgoing, enthusiastic, prankster she seems to be.
Background
During the eighteen years of her exsistance Rifurekutibu has had a very tough life. Both her parents were how to say, not the most loving. Devorced right after her birth Rifu lived with her depressive mother, and scarcely seen her father as he was extrordinarily abusive. She had attempted to run away from home when only at the age of five, needless to say she hadn't gotten very far, being she lived in the Wind Nations Capitol City of Hitofuki. Only two short days later she was returned back to her home by the village athorities, and Rifu found that her mother had hung herself.
Now to Rifu's extreame disappointment her father had full custody, and his actions had not changed in the slightest. In fact they escollated as he put full blame on his daughter in brutal mental and physical displays. Knowing that escape was impossible Rifu still mannaged to avoid being at home as often as she possibly could, but always came back to suffer through this abuse for years after. During a chance encounter with an Ex-Shinobi from the Sand Village, Rifu finally had a way out of her father's home. Unable to hide the proof of her mistreat the stranger offered to assist Rifu, not particualrily the way she had thought.
Nine years old with two deceased parents Rifu begged the rougue ninja to accept her, however the stranger was not as virtuous as he appeared (obviously) and turned her down. He did however lead her from Hitofuki out into the vast deserts of Kaze no Kuni, not with entirely malicious intent. Rifu was brought to the sands that surrounded Sunagakure, and there she was abandoned by the ninja, as he could no longer be seen even near the village. It was difficult to even be allowed to enter the Hidden Sand Village, but eventually she was given an audiance with the Kazekage, who had allowed her to remain in the village if she was to train as a Kunoichi. With no alternative Rifu accepted and spent the other half of her days homeless on the streets of Sunagakure training herself, and at the same time found her own ways to block out the pains of her past, and alter her personality.
Appearance
Rifu's most destinguished attribute is her flouresent lime-green hair, which is generally well kept with a large tuft tied in a ruby hair clip off to the upper right side of her skull. She has large eyes accented by aqua lime irises, her other facial features; thin black eye brows, petite rounded nose, average small ears, and a moderate sized mouth. Her head is rather round and with an angular facial structure, comming into a pointed chin. Rifu also always seems to be chewing on some sort of stem. Around her neck she wears a tight black choaker made up of a flexible fabric.
Her skin is fair and quite peachy in color. Rifu stands straight up at 5' 3'' tall and weighs 110lbs. Her body figure is rather athletically built yet still quite slimming, but that is to be expected from all the rigorus training she does. She keeps her posture loose, but will still hold her head high. Rifu has no noticeable marks out of the ordinary (Birthmarks, blemishes, ect.) Across her back however there are numerous scars brought on by years of abuse.
Sporting a sleeveless pine green zip-up hoodie, which at most times Rifu keeps open, over a naval exposeing black tee-shirt. On bottom, loose fitting black shorts that reach just above her knees. Rifu has custom zori as they are large forest green boots, rather than the traditional sandel, though they do still keep her toes vented. Her boots are also accented by bright green bands over the top of her feet with small red buckles. She keeps her weapons pouch tied around her left thigh.

Description: Hira-shuriken is constructed from thin, flat plates of metal derived from a variety of sources including hishi-gane (coins), and kugi-nuki (carpentry tools), and generally resemble popular conceptions of shuriken. In modern popular culture, these are called "throwing stars" or "ninja stars". They often have a hole in the center and possess a fairly thin blade sharpened only at the tip. The holes derive from their source in items that had holes - old coins, washers, and nail-removing tools. This proved convenient for the shuriken user, as well, as the weapons could be strung on a string or dowel in the belt for transport, and the hole also had aerodynamic and weighting effects that aided the flight of the blade after it was thrown. These grenades are used to temporally neutralize the combat effectiveness of enemies by usually disorienting their senses. When making contact it releases a flash of light that momentarily activates all light sensitive cells in the eye, making vision impossible for approximately 5 seconds until the eye restores itself to its normal, un-stimulated state. The incredibly loud blast produced by the grenade adds to its incapacitating properties by disturbing the fluid in the ear which also lasts approximately 5 seconds until the ear restores itself to its normal, un-stimulated state. Description: Sting grenades are based on the design of the fragmentation grenade. Instead of using a metal casing to produce shrapnel, they are made using two spheres of hard rubber. This makes sting grenades ideal for containing small groups of rowdy prisoners, providing a shooting opportunity when a suspect is hiding behind cover, or in allowing SWAT teams to clear small rooms.
