<:[Description:
The Tower of the Raikage is a standing tribute to the Glory and Power of Kumogakure no sato. The building is a symbol of a villages power, respect and unity. The events and actions that occur within its structure greatly influence the everyday lives of the village people. The grandeur of the tower is a constant reminder to the people; to forever feel pride, honor and respect for their home land and village. The tower is also the main economic source for the village. Missions are distributed within the building, thus greatly effecting and influencing the economy of the village over all.
The Raikage tower is seated upon a plateau of a hill; which has a small creek cutting through it at its base. The base of the hill has a bridge that connects the village to the base of the towers hill. Upon crossing the bridge, a small hike up the hill finally leads to the tower itself. This higher location allows all Cloud village inhabitant to see the Glory of the Raikage tower. The tower is also situated at the end of the village, with the gate at the beginning, and the village itself at the middle. One must traverse the entirety to the village before one may make there way to the kage's tower.
<:[Perimeter:
As mentioned before, The Kage's tower sits upon a plateau on top of a small hill. The small creek which is located at the hill's base is actually man made, and serves as both an aqueduct system for the village as well as a minor defense measure against invaders. The creek can slow the progress of small armies and intruders as they attempt to reach the tower. The speed of the water is quite fast, and makes it difficult for one to stand on, and transverse properly. The bridge which connect the two locations is rather small as well; only allowing for 1 horse and buggy to cross the bridge to the tower or to the village. At the command of Anbu, the bridge can be destroyed, preventing enemies from crossing over.
Once a individual has made their way past the bridge, they encounter the base of the hill. The entire hill itself is composed of "Pryoclastic glass-stone": Very dense volcanic rock with fragments of glass embedded within in it. If one merely touches or rubs against this stone, one surely can allow themselves to be seriously injured. The glass fragments embedded within the stone can serrate an slash skin easily, adding onto clouds natural defenses. The entire hill is composed of this certain type of rock, meaning that it is truly foolish for one to scale. Digging into the rock as well proves to be very dangerous as well. With enough force, the clastic rock breaks off into finer and small fragments of dust and glass, becoming very deadly to inhale. These fragments are very hard to notice once air born, making them even deadlier. If inhaled, aveolar within the bronchioles of a person can become servilely damaged and injured as the small fragments rips through the delicate respiratory system. The fragments can also harm retinas and scelras of human eyes if they too come into contact with them.
The hill is roughly 20 meters high, and if often rigged with boulders and rocks; which can collapse onto those who try to climb the said hill. Anbu often patrol the outlining perimeter of the hill, ensuring that all the traps are set and ready to be used, as well as ensuring that safety is maintained all times. Their is one beaten path that leads up this hill in the quickest manner and this too is patrolled by Anbu. Guards are stationed along the road, ensuring that all traveler's to the kage's tower are kept in check.
At the same time, stationed upon the hill are two guard posts, which allow guards to survey the land and the town itself. These guard towers provide a first alarm system for the Raikage tower, and can easily alert the tower itself in case of an attack. These tower have a clear view of the Village gate, and act as a excellent warning system for the tower.
Past the hill, and the guard towers and the beaten path, one finally makes there way to the entrance of the kage's tower...
<:[Tower entrance:
The tower has a small 10 meter high by 5 meter wide gate which surrounds the entire perimeter of the tower. This gate is composed of dense rock, wood and metal, and provides the tower with its second means of defense. The gate does not have any weapons in itself, but does prevent enemies from seeing what lays beyond the gate. The top of the gate is fitted with loose shingles, which fall and break onto the floor with the slightest hint of body weight (weight of a small child to be precise). The sound of these breaking shingles allow Anbu to be notified whether or not a person has attempted to cross over the gate, when they are not suppose to. If one were to merely "Jump" over the gate, then they to will also trigger alarm systems set past the gate. Many thin and fine wires are strewed about the floor beyond the gate, triggering preset bells and alarms dotted all over. Their is one main entrance in the gate, which is patrolled by Anbu. This gate is roughly 10x10 meters in size, and can with stand considerable amounts of damage; being comprised of metal and wood. The Anbu guard allows many to enter and many to leave, ensuring that the tower is safe. This guard is given commands to either lock or close the gate at the Kage's whim.
Once past the gate, their is a small area of green, which has nothing in particular about it. It is covered in traps and alarms systems as mentioned above. There are no tree that surround the tower, no foliage, with the exception of green grass. A beaten path is laid upon the floor, which leads to large wooden doors at the Kage's tower base.
<:[The Tower Roofing and Windows:
The tower has laid upon it the same type of shingle system seen on the gate. The shingles upon the roof are once again, designed to fall off and hit the floor at the slightest touch of weight (the weight of a small child to be precise). Not all shingles are like this, and Only Anbu know which ones will fall and which will not. If one were to walk upon this trap, they cause the shingles to fall, break and create large noises, alarming Anbu instantly. At any and all time, will be Anbu patrolling the roofing of the tower on a regular and unsystematic basis. The tower is armed with sets of traps and weapons as well (will be rped more)
The tower technically has no windows. All the windows on the tower are in fact, fakes. They are there to allow people to believe that one may enter from a window, which in fact they cannot. There are a large assortment of windows, with the kage offices and missions office being the only "real" windows out of the entire tower. Genjutsus are used to allow people to believe that there are in fact windows and that people are moving about past the window; when in fact it is all an illusion. If one were to actually make there way through a false window, Anbu will be alarmed of these actions, and proceed to carry out there duties.
The tops of the tower have no proper place to "Land" and are also outfitted with the same shingles as mentioned before....
<:[Tower Floor one:
Know as the missions floor. Once a person passes the large wooden door at the base of the tower, they enter a large room, roughly 20x20 meters in size. The room is filled with workes and tables, who perform various clerical work for the kage and village. At the end of the room, stands a large set of desks, similar in design to those found in court rooms. The kage, and fellow elders/ clerical workers sit onto a small high rise, which allows them to express their authority with in the room. The kage is often found here, giving out missions and assigning tasks to individuals as she sits ontop of this desk. All Shinobi come to this desk to either talk to or gain missions from the kage.
Past the desk at which the kage sits upon, their is a doorway which leads to the rest of the tower. The hallway which is beyond this door is very unusual. There are many identical rooms which are scattered about this hallway, each one leading to either a dead end room, or a Anbu guard resting room. There are a total of 11 of the rooms within the hallway, with only one true room leading to a stair way which leads to the second floor. A hidden door hides the location of the lower levels. This hidden door is extremely hard to distinguish from a normal wall within the hallway, and its location is know by the kage and Anbu alone.
Anbu may use a plethora of Genjutsu and camouflage techniques to help aid in the confusement and deterrence of personnel within the hallway.
<:[Tower Floor two:
If one finally finds the door which leads up the seconds level they may find themselves in the same scenario as the last floor. This hallway which is beyond the stair way uses the same concepts and design as the first floor. There are many identical rooms which are scattered about this hallway, each one leading to either a dead end room, or a Anbu guard resting room. There are a total of 10 of the rooms within the hallway, with only one true room leading to the kage's personal office and another leading up to the next floor. The kages personal office is very humble room, roughly 10 meters in size and length. An Anbu guard is always stationed in this room, using special camouflage techniques to hide them self from the presence of others. This Anbu guard is in the room at all times until the kage wishes other wise.
<:[Tower Floor three:
If one finally finds the door which leads up the third level they may find themselves in a location know as the "Library room". This room contains a plethora of information concerning clouds history, economics, etc. The room is roughly 20x20 meters in size, and contains wall to wall books, scrolls and papers.
<:[Tower Sub floor 1:
If one finally finds the door which leads up the lower level, they may find themselves in a location know as the "Auxiliary holding room". This basement has been modified to be used as a secondary prison room, where interrogations may be performed and done. This sub floor is located 50 meters below the normal surface, and is quite difficult to get to forcefully. As mentioned before, the Pryo-clastic rock which the hill is composed of is very difficult to dig in, protect the tower from below.
There are a few rooms which are heavily armored and barred. The room of any cell may consist of rooms that are 2x2x5 meters in size, with walls which are more then 12 feet thick in dense Pyro-clastic, preventing a huge sum of damage from ever destroying them. Each room has a special design to them, thus allowing any special type of prison cell to be made and used for any occasion. One undisclosed room leads to the lower level, but is cleverly disguised as the spar prison cell. This room leads to the kages scroll room
<:[Tower Sub floor 2:
The scroll room is not located on any map or floor plan within the tower. All kages and high ranking Anbu may only know of its location. The Previous floor contains a special room which can only been open by the kage and the Head AnBu leader. This room has a super reinforced door blocking its entrance, which does not look any different from any other metal door on the floor. Past the door leads to a large wall which, within a room less then 2x2x5 meters in size and consists of walls that are a combination of reinforced metal, Pyro-clastic rock. This room is incredibly protected and cannot be destroyed or enters in with force. Their is one main wall within the room which reacts and unlocks to a special response. The door appears to be worn old metal with many dents in it. Near the bottom left corner of the door is a small pinhole, hidden amongst many others which is the first step to unlocking the door. After the pressure is applied to the pinhole one must step specifically onto a stone tile to the right of the door, that looks like the rest of the floor. This scale will read the weight of the person and must measure within one to two pounds of the raikage. Once this is done a third hidden button must be hit in the top right corner of the door, hidden within the hinge. Once this is done one will push on the door causing it to retract and allow access to the vault.
Once the seals and chakra are inputted, the walls move and reveal a spiral staircase. This stair case heads down a long and winding path deep below the impenetrable earth. Once down the stair way, one finds themselves in a small room which contains the villages scrolls. A single Anbu guard lives within the room ,forever protecting its secrets and treasures. The room may not only contain scrolls, but any rare and valuable items as well.
Over all, the tower does not have indoor plumbing either. They are no pipes, or sewage drains that lead into or out of the tower. The tower also does not have a ventilation system, and uses on hand staff to provide proper air conditioning with wind based techniques.
