The Story
One month since the attempted assassination of the Godaime Raikage; Sky Shimizu remains comatose within a hospital bed. The announcement of the new temporary leader of the Village has yet to be made, yet a small team of assistants and clerks have kept this Village running. Though questions still lurk within the minds of those whom witnessed the Wedding, who, why and where are they now? Nothing has been said, has anything even really been done? It was quiet within Kumogakure no Sato, almost too quiet...
It would be until one fateful Autumn afternoon would change it all. A strange radio call was received at the Tower from a casual border check team. A large flying fortress coming from Jikoku-ten Ocean, it shined gold, the noise sounded like a low rumble of constant thunder in the distance. Though just as the team was about to speak again, static filled the radio transmission. The shinobi present quickly attempted to reach the team through various forms of communication but all came up as failures. Quickly they would bring in the Temporary Raikage whom was still unknown to the general public. The ruling was simple, that fortress was a threat and had to be brought down at all costs.
It wouldn't be long before smaller flying transports would be passing over the walls of the Village, troops would drop from them onto the rooftops. They weren't all shinobi, most of them seemed to use no chakra based techniques, simply attack with swords and secondary items. The enemy was attacking anyone and everything, not a soul was safe. The streets of Kumogakure quickly had become a war zone. Just as the transports began to reach the walls, an emergency broadcast would play over the loud speaker system of Kumogakure. "This is not a drill! We are experiencing a Code BLACK!" the voice would begin to repeat over the system. A siren would play between every two messages. Shinobi of Cloud all would know the Code BLACK, it meant invasion of a hostile force. Martial Law would quickly take place, though those of higher rank would have specific roles to partake within. It was now up to the Shinobi to save as many civilians as they could, while at the same time try to push back the enemy that advanced on them.

IIC Length: 48hours.
Prize(s): 45,000 ryo per participant. 100+ for every random civilian successfully saved. Random basic weaponry and equipment might be looted.
