Tomomi arrived at the keep after a break of sorts. The time for turning in his last mission had long since expired, so he'd decided he'd turn in what he had, and renew his attempt at accumulating some points towards the mission. [Thirst for Power] For now he'd trained an A rank and three C rank techniques. [Total 110TP: 70k ryo and 2 mission creds]. Upon receiving his reward from the front desk and being stamped for continuing the mission, he'd leave respectfully with a bow, exiting as quietly as he entered.

    Inoryu made his way through the keep, past the common room, and through the auditorium to Vlad's office. He was holding a slip of paper that contained a progress report since accepting the mission. He had been up since 2:00 in the morning training, and though he was taught to never be complacent, he decided that he had a sufficient amount of training done for one day. To complete the mission, he would politely wait to be observed by Vlad and hand him his progress report, clipped to the accepted mission slip.

Shoma entered the keep hesitantly, a bit apprehensive at the prospect of taking on his very first mission. He had not yet found a team, and he wasn't sure if he'd be able to handle his very first mission solo. How dangerous were D-rank missions anyway? Surely he wouldn't be spying on enemy shinobi...but perhaps a simple escort? Shoma hoped he didn't get lost...he never was good with maps.

Shoma easily spotted the missions board, and anticipation churned his gut as his eyes found the list marked "D Missions". Shoma's stomach relaxed and his excited smile fell from his face. These were missions? More like chores. After scanning through the missions, Shoma picked one that seemed at least not to be too dreadfully dull.

"I'm here to do a mission..." Shoma said aloud, not sure who he was supposed to be speaking to, "This one seems to be appropriate, if that's okay."

Description: Lord Ryan of Kusagakure has lost his precious, rare, Feline named mittens. He is still in the village, and is most likely near the fish market, as he loves tune. Tour objective is to locate Mittens and somehow capture him without causing him to much harm. Upon acceptance of this mission, a capture cage will be given to house the cat, should you catch him.

    Inoryu quietly walked through the main hall and entered Vlad's office. He had a thick book in his hand that gave off a feeling of immense value. The cover was made of leather and designed with an intricate weaving of lines. The Yamanaka chunin would politely wait to be addressed and hand the book over to Vlad, "I've acquired a legendary book," he would say. He would hand it over to Vlad for inspection, and a quick look at the contents would reveal that it was the real thing. "I haven't learned what it has to offer as of yet, but I didn't want to just hold on to it either. It's now a village resource and should be available for anyone in the village that is interested. I am quite busy training at the moment, but in time I would like to learn it."

    "As for the second matter," Inoryu said as he held out a mission slip. It was his own assignment that he would like to get approved so he may contribute to Kusagakure in his own unique way. He would patiently observe Vlad as he read over the mission specs. It was something he wanted to do, provided that he had acquired a wind release jutsu that allowed it.

Vlad looked over the items laid out before him, and then handed money for his trouble, and then handed him his mission slip back with a respectful nod. Inoryu wold notice that Vlad was paying him the respect that was deserving of a Chunin... because being a chunin meant you were an actual ninja now...

"Keep it up Kid."

Vlad said as he stored the Book away and handed the boy his money and slip back.

    Inoryu was flattered by Vlad's respectful comment. With a brief, respectable bow, Inoryu thanked Vlad and turned to retrieve the map necessary for the mission. As he walked out of the office, he was actually more surprised than he thought by Vlad. Vlad was a legend, and he had proven it out in the arena when Inoryu faced him. He thought back to that time a few months ago, not long before he had been promoted. He has certainly matured since then and has acquired more powerful jutsu. He thought about challenging Vlad again some day, but for now he would stay in the present and he had a mission to do.

Godric moved over to the help desk. Finding himself a bit more confident lately, especially from the ongoing of recent events. He was ready... Speaking he noted in his almost smooth singsong voice, "I would like to submit myself for a Jounin Exam." is all he would say.

Vlad didn't even look up from the his book, as a piece of paper moved into his hand. He then handed it to Godric and then said, "She's be waiting for awhile. That's your mission. Complete it and your a Jonin." Vlad then turned a page of his book and kept reading. It appeared that Yuri was waiting for Godric to take his Jounin exam for some time and already had something set up for him. "Good luck, old man." Vlad said with a chuckle, as it was nice not being the oldest person in the room for a change.

Godric raised an eyebrow. He nodded as he took his orders. It was time to make the leap to a new rank. He wondered what the challenge would be as he left the tower. With a wave he noted, "Have a good evening"

Mamoru entered the main hall of the keep and looked up in awe. He was always a fan of architecture and really appreciated the history and detail both inside and out of the building. Once past the main entryway, he shook his head as to remind himself as he was in the building in the first place. The young boy walked to one side of the hall to find a table with binders on it. He immediately went for the binder with the letter "D" on it and started to search through it carefully. Mamoru wanted to select an easy one for his first mission.

The boy saw a mission regarding mail delivery and thought 'Well that sounds like fun!" as he picked the mission. He then proceeded to walk over to the mahogany desk was a very tall man sat. At first, Mamoru was nervous to approach him but knew if he didn't approach, nothing would ever happen. The genin cleared his throat and spoke "Ummm... excuse me, sir. I would like to take on this mission if possible. Haha..." A nervous laugh that would trail off followed his request. Mamoru would wait for the man's response.

    After nodding to the guards on post Satu would poke his head into the Kusagakure keep through the large doors and slowly move his body through the opening he made as he stepped through it and closed it behind him. He would let his eyes float across the room as he took in the ambiance of the stone building's common room. He would approach a table With binders marked 'D' on them. He would peruse through them and come across an odd request in one of them. Placing the binder down at his side he would head over to the large desk. 

    Satu was admittedly stricken by the crimson clad Vlad. He was certain he was not the only one in the village who had found him attractive and so he didn't give it much after thought as his mouth opened. "I am interested in this mission sir," he would open the binder to a request for help with playing pranks on a group of young nobles. "It sounds interesting." Satu was someone who could above all else could take a practical joke even one at his own expense. "What are friends for anyway right?" Satu gave a sly wink at Vlad before reaffirming his composure and stifling his speech, "Ugh is it available sir?"

    Satu would walk into the keep and look through the 'D' rank missions and when he found one of interest he headed toward Vlad's desk and un-crumpled a paper reading 'Gotcha, Genin!'. "They really are sweet kids," Satu would tell Vlad as he slid the paper across the desk. He would thank Vlad for the opportunity. Excuse me as I have finished with this request might I take this opportunity to help with this? It sounds simple enough and you know what they say, 'Idle hands are the devil's playground." He would smile up at Vlad.

    Inoryu entered the Keep and stepped in Vlad's office. In his hand was an up to date map of Kaze no Kuni, "Mission complete," he would say as upon entering. Upon inspection, the map would mark additional settlements throughout all of Kaze no Kuni as he had spend his days flying over the land. Updates would include the various settlements along the rivers, an oasis found supporting a small village, and the Debasso temple located in the Southeast. "I found the new recruit, Utahikari, Satu at the Debasso temple." If Vlad was inspecting the updated map, Inoryu would point to its marked location, "He is the most knowledgeable on the subject."

Things had been rather drab around the village recently, and Harue was itching to do something a little more entertaining than slouching around the office all day. On some down time, she approaches the missions board idly and scans each slip with a bit of lackluster. She must've stood there for at least ten minutes before she decides on one that's not too hard by any means, but still engaging enough. As she carries it to Vlad's desk, she squints at the objective in fine print. 'Eliminate'... There were odds that meant terminate, but she was ready to take that chance.

"Here," Harue chirps, tapping her nail on the slip she places in front of the hunky secretary. "This one, please."
