"Hmm..." Yuri thought about what the Amekage had said for a moment. She was correct on several points. Although Yuri did in fact want peace for her village, it was naive to think that every village would go for it. If that was the case then there would be no conflict to begin with. Yuri sighed as she leaned back in her chair, and rubbed the back of her head, "Yeah I suppose that makes sense. But... Our two nations are are small, it is true together that we are stronger, but between the two of us we are bordered to 3 Great Ninja nations. We will need to try to negotiated some thing between them. It may not be becoming allies, but perhaps maybe a tolerances of sorts, at least for the moment, well we both rebuild."
Yuri would look through her files quickly as she looked over the relations between Grass and the 3 Great Ninja Nations that Rain and Grass were bordered to. Yuri sighed and then said, "We are allies with Sand... or at least friendly from what I'm reading here. As I said before we are undergoing negotiations with Konoha, and the Hidden Stone seems to hate us." Yuri shrugged her shoulders, she didn't really understand the Stone's deal. She focused her attention back over to Tuva, and then said, "I'm all for our two Countries being honest to goodness Allies. Your enemies will be mine, and mine will be yours. I also think we should work together, to make sure that we aren't surrounded on all sides by threats. A united front."
Yuri didn't have a problem with this, that were both young Kage appointed perhaps earlier then they should have been, to struggling villages. They shared a lot of similarity, and they could grow together.
