Raika noticed Katsugan signaling him to move to his location, where he was speaking to the man with the puppets and those around him. Raika walked over, picking up on what Katsugan was saying to the group as he neared. The young boy's propositions were quite interesting, and could be very beneficial for the shinobi of Cloud and Stone depending on how the Exams went forward. Raika's red eyes glimmered slightly as he reached the group; the genin looked at each of the shinobi in front of him, memorizing their faces and anything else he could just by looking. It wasn't much, of course, especially when it came to shinobi, but it could be useful later on.
Raika then addressed all of the group in general, greeting them with a short bow. "Hello everyone, my name is Raika, from Cloud. I am pleased to meet you all."
The young shinobi then looked over to the puppet in front of him, and addressed it's owner. "That is a very interesting puppet, you have there. I bet it will be useful here." As he spoke, Raika looked at the two women in the group, one on top of the puppet, the other a shinobi of Kumo he hadn't met before. Both were beautiful, but Raika was not distracted by this. He was not one to oggle or stare, or disrespect any woman in such a way. Still, they seemed quite capable and were probably strong in their own ways.
Raika listened to Katsu, amused by all of the winter clothes he had brought. Raika's clothes were light, but extremely warming, thanks to the material in which they were made. It was good, considering his lizard-clan roots made him greatly susceptible to the cold otherwise. One could even recognize the tiny scales of his skin on his face should they be observant enough. Thankfully, considering the diversity of just the room, such things would probably not be considered too strange. In any case, it did not reveal much about the genin, and at this point, Raika was only wondering if this proposed nonviolence-alliance would bear fruit or not. Surviving was going to be crucial, above all else.
