The woman, previously naming herself Mai Turino, remained silent, aside from all of the questions and statements toward her. She told them who they could speak to, and that was all she was going to say for the time being. The two men with their clipboards stepped in front of her, now putting their clipboards to their sides and ready to answer any and all questions.
The first was a female. From the information they had, they were able to deduce who each person was, know where they came from, what they had done in their exams so far, and why they seemed to be yelling. "As Ms. Turino stated, the exams that you just participated in were not fully sanctioned. As such, the rank of Chuunin cannot be awarded to any of you at this time. That, however, does not mean your exams are over. It just means plans need to be changed." Said the one on the left.
They then turned to the female from Snow, named Yoshinee. "The man who had signed you all up devised this entire plan. He used to be the one in charge of the Chuunin Examinations, setting the location and gathering information. Suddenly, he retired and left without a trace. Several high ranking ninja scoured the lands in search of him, but he had vanished. It appears that he had slipped himself inside one of the rooms you were just in to hide from them, for when our Shinobi entered them, it was a randomly generated area that seemed to change based off of the power levels of the one who entered, as well as their history and current situations."
"The items of the deceased will not be available for anyone to use. As for the restrictions involving Chuunin, it is to preserve the balance of Shinobi who increase to that rank. If those restrictions were not in place, there would be no need for a test. And they were computer simulation chambers. A virtual reality that was designed to be used as a testing facility. It is why the pain of what you experienced in there is no longer present. The only exception is to those who die. Death is inevitable." He said, addressing the one from Sand.
The man from Stone with the large puppet was the next to speak, stating that they had to prove who they were from. "The fact of the matter is that if you do not cooperate with us, your chances at Chuunin this time around are gone. You may speak to the Tsuchikage about this later if you so desire. To each of you, this is a letter that explains the situation in writing, sealed by the official seal of the Chuunin Examination Counsel." He said, holding a letter up. "You may take it if you wish, or not. That is up to you. These exact same letters have been sent to every kage. For those Kages who are here in the exams, if any, there is one awaiting you at your tower." He said.
The final question was from the participant from Rain. "Your first question has already been answered. We do not decide who does and doesn't participate. We merely continue the exams until an acceptable number of people are available to become Chuunin. As it is now, we have specialists reviewing what happened within your computer simulations. While the exams were not sanctioned, our current leader has informed us to use the results of this as the first stage of your exam. So everything you've done up to this point wasn't for naught. You will all be held accountable for what you did, or did not, do within those simulations. As for the town, an investigation has been put into place regarding that, but we believe they were abducted for use of experiments here in the facility." He said.
Then there were two more things. One was a female from Sound who just wanted her tank. "We wondered why such a device was here. But it is listed here that you are the owner, so the tank will be returned to you." He said, pointing toward one who was guarding it for the time being. The guard stepped away, allowing her to take it. "And yes, we know of those who have passed. The Kages of the respective villages will be informed.
"Any further questions?"
