Kai was fully rested now, he had taken quite a lot of time off in fact from his training. It had gone way past the afternoon and was dawning on the evening by now. But regardless of how much progress he had made so far he still wasn't satisfied. As such he had decided to train a new trick that he learned, taken straight from his book on the sensor. A trick in which he could surpress his chakra, thus making it invisible to other sensors and the famous doujutsu. Already Kai was scaning through the book, reading each word with precise detail to ensure he did not miss a single detail. After reading through how to start training the technique he figured he would learn the rest by himself.
First he would begin his training by focusing in on his chakra point, each one was a vital essence of his chakra and if a single one was exposed the technique would fail. Kai already knew the gravity of such a failure in a stealth situation where he needed to remain hidden, the effects could possibly be devistating. This motivated him even more to do his best at perfecting this technique before it's use. Silently, Kai would meditate to focus in on his inner most chakra. Before he could even attempt to conceal it he had to first embrace it, and in order to do this he had to draw it out. Kai was positioned on top of a Sunagakure building where the brisk light breeze of Sunagakure's winds would sooth his spirit. This would help further with his calm state of meditation.
That was when Kai could feel it, each individual chakra point in his body. They would slowly show themselves like fireflies in the night sky. Each one was located in different places in his body, this would only further complicate the technique. Regardless of knowing this Kai tried his best to keep his calm, or risk loosing the meditated state he had summoned. Now Kai had all these chakra points within his body, each individually sensed by his own mind's eye, what exactly was he going to do with them? Thus far Kai had only been able to sense people's chakra, not to effect it in any sort of manner. But surely, as it was his own chakra, their had to be a way of surpressing it to the point where it wasn't visable to doujutsu.
Kai pondered with the subject for awhile, thought about it deeply as the chakra points in his body still remained in focus of his third eye. Could he force it, was the first question that came to mind. In order to find out if this was true or not Kai would have to test it for himself. He sensed each individual chakra point and tried to pick one out that would hurt the least if something went wrong, he picked one that was on his waist. Presumably if something went wrong it wouldn't go too bad, would it? Kai would soon have his answer, as he threw out the rest of the individual points signitures for this one alone. It was faint, as to be expected of only one of them.
The shinobi would continue to focus in on this chakra point until he was confident that it was, in a sense, locked on to. His full undivided attention was now on this one point of his body, he absolutely couldn't mess this up now. Kai visualized the chakra, it's blue steady stream flowing down through and out the point in question. Then, in a instant, Kai began imagining said point getting dimmer. He would imagine the light slowly fading, almost as if it was going in to this hidden state that Kai wanted it to be in. It was now, in Kai's imagination, partially invisible. Still, Kai felt it had no effect at all on his body. He would very calmly and smoothly reach down to his waist and would feel the point, there was nothing odd about it at all.
Then, almost as if it happened instantly, the light of the chakra point went out. The first thought that came to Kai's mind was that he had killed it somehow, and was now missing a chakra point from his body. This made him loose concentration for a moment, and in which the point mysteriously returned again. 'Of course...' Kai thought to himself. It was now obvious to him, after all if nobody else could sense a chakra point after it was surpressed then neither could he. It was a fair exchange, as Kai was not expecting the need to sense his own chakra at any point in time. He could do that without any special jutsu, it was part of him after all. 'Well, that's one chakra point..' Kai sighed to himself. There were only so many, many more left to go.
