I know that I have not made the biggest push in the bio subs and what not nor am I the most like person on the site. However I know my stuff when it comes to the site and what I don't know I have no problems with learning, I've applied god knows how many times and would still like to be staff, I know I can help the site a great deal and would like the chance to prove it. I know most staff members have their personal biases regarding me whether positive or negative and I know most of it is deserved. I have not always been the best or politest member and I apologize for that, I have asked stupid questions and I've asked too many questions, I have been in fights from the lowest member to Heero, I acknowledge all of this and say this in rebuttal: I am always striving to be better, to do better. I always try to help people as best I can in the cbox if they ask since usually I'm too slow on the boards themselves and staff have already pointed out everything I could point out.

TLDR: I would like a chance is all I'm asking, I've been around for years and would like the chance to have the position of assistant and to try to help as much as I can!

2) A member is not understanding how crafting a katana works and asks about this in support. How would you explain this to him?

3) You see that member A in the box is harassing member B in the box, where member A continues going on about stabbing member B with messages between asterisks and member B asked member A multiple times to stop. How would you resolve the situation, bearing in mind the capabilities of assistants (specifically what they cannot do) in this respect.

Name: weird for a girl, but ok also the "of the village of bob" is not necessary
bloodlimit: nothing out of the ordinary
height: a bit tall for an eight year old, I would STRONGLY advise decreasing it
weigh: again, bit much for an eight year old and a girl unless all she eats is candy and never does anything, I'd advise lowering it.

I would explain that it is much like performing skill training, at least to my understanding, first he would need to either have or learn the appropriate techniques and RP out the creation of a Katana, the result of which would be tied to the staff and the die rolls that the staff make.

Q3-
I would tell Member A to stop it, I would go on record as having given him a verbal warning if the member were to stop there then no need to go further in discipline would be needed and should they continue and Member B does see it as harrassment I would continue down the discipline road as needed and as far as I would need to with what power I do or do not have.

As a side note on the third question, I know I do a lot of [stabs you] messages, however I never meant to harrass or offend anyone with the [stabs you] thing. If I did I am going to take this chance to officially apologize, its only a thing I do to try to make people laugh or react in a fun way, I will try to stop this behaviour as I now realize truly that it is behaviour unbecoming of a staff member.

Okay, my comments on this, what I did not comment on can be assumed to be answered correctly

Weight, high indeed, but possible for someone made out of sand
Alignment: The village of Mo is not an alignment
Village: Possible if a Non-ninja (But not covered in any of the boards, so it would be the users creation)
Primary weapon: Shock enhancer is fine, but it exceeds the starting allowance in price and thus has to go for that reason. Also, there should be a masterwork longsword here from the 'Chosen one' trait.
Techniques: The ranks should have been underlined of the multi ranked tech. Everything in this bio is looking at a non-ninja, so 'Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing' is required before any chakra based techs (here releases) are possible.

I'd say that on this category you scored about a 50%.

I was hoping to see more here about starting materials, crafting points, about skill level, bonuses and materials used. Very lacking, about a 20% scored

What you missed here is something about PM ing / trying to bring in a mod or anyone who has box powers or saving the logs. 60% answer.

However, you did address the introspective part, which is probably a reason why Ayame was quick with her denial. I hope that you however will keep working on that, as on the other things I have noted in your answers to my questions in this thread. Keep on trying, keep on improving and eventually you might just get assistant.

For now however, mainly based on your answer to Q2, I unfortunately have to say 2/2 denied.
