I was unsure of applying for Moderator due to a small altercation I had last night with a fellow member of staff, but a moderator who I value his/her wisdom told me that in any work place there will be disagreements, but that doesn't mean the team is weak or that there is a lasting problem. I get over my issues.

We can all say negative things on my subject, and lord knows they are possibly all true, but I am efficient, a team player and I have too much time on my hands. I blame my absentee boyfriend.
