Personality:
Oron was always emotionless, antisocial, distant, hard to read, and even completely cold at time. While this was true, he is also smart, skilled, a dedicated to his dream. In a way he is the perfect shinobi, but in other ways, to many people, he is just plain scary. Setting aside his physical appearance, it was also the fact that he is the type of person who would do anything to accomplish his dream and has the lack of morals and repect for life to do it.
While it would not be unlike him to kill without any feelings of regret or remorse, he would not be the type to make a habit of killing for no reason. He has no particular need to kill, but would kill his own family if it meant coming closer to his dream. The most important thing to him is being a good shinobi, the perfect shinobi. What it means to be a shinobi to him is becoming strong and that is why he does what he does. His lack of morals and emotion, to him, are just blessings taht allow him to do whatever is necessary to become what he is destined to be.
His dream is one of power and status. He wishes to become the most powerful ninja who every lived, learning every jutsu, including those that have never even been though of. He wanta everyone to aknowledge his superior skill, and prove to the world that he is the perfect shinobi. He truely believes that he is the future of the shinobi, an abnormality that would become the future.
Oron was always on his own, even from an early age. Being alone suited him and he prefered the peace and quite. Being alone allowed him to consentrate on his own thoughts and on his training. This feeling only grew stronger after having been shunned by his own family and clan. All remaining hopes and feeling that he had towards those people were crushed, and he was free of them. He came to understand that people and the connections they brought were just obsticles to over come, chains to be brokem, so that someone can truely be set free. He understood at that point that true strength comes from within, from ones own mind, body, and soul. He would live for himself and only himself.
He does not hold a grudge against his own clan for shunning him, but is actually thankful to his own clan, because he believes that he was set free and able to take his own bloodlimit to a new limit without the restrictions of the clan. His does however have a bruning hatred for the Uchiha clan. This was born out of the situation with his brother, but is because of the Uchihas great gift and power that he hates them so much. It wasn't that he didnt respect their power, it was just that he used hate as a means to drive him to surpase them. It was different that his hatred for weaklings, but in the end it was really all the same, he would kill anyone who got in his way, or use them in anther way to further his goals.
Appearance:
Oron is a 5'10" tall and 120 pounds 14 year old. He is tall for his age, which makes him look extra thin, and the extra weight comes from muscles. His body is lean, as if it has been well conditioned, but lacks real muscle definition because of Orons lack of extreme physical training. It looked as if he could hold his own in a fight, but it was clear that physical combat was not his specialty.
His face is one that could bring terror to the weak of heart. He has a round, yet skinny, face but with clear, chiseled features. He has high, well defined, cheekbones and his face ends in a pointy chin. His skin is pale, almost completely white, is still in contrast with his now straight, messy dark grey hair that now comes down over his eyes and ears, and some parts even down to his shoulders. These were other signs of the rituals that had caused problems with his physical body, causing his hair to grow faster and change to a grey color. While he is over all good looking, his appearance ends up coming off creepy and scary rather than cool and hot. Though Oron couldn't care less about those types of things.
His eyes are almost dead, seeming as if they are somewhere else completely, like he is seeing something that no one else can see. His mouth remains unmoving, devoid of any expression. His nose is just smaller than average and slightly pointed. His entire face is one of no emotion, as if it is the face of a doll. His lack of emotion along with his white skin earned him the nickname of Ghost.
He wears all black clothes, including a pair of pants and a vest like shirt with a collar that comes up around his neck. They are tight, but also loose enough for easy movement without them. He is also always wearing black gloves with grey bandages wrapped all the way up his arm and presumable even under his vest and have also been seen around his legs. It seems that his entire body was covered in the bandages, and the only part of his body that was every able to be seen was his eyes and up on his face. Only Oron knew the problems that had come from the rituals that had been performed on him, the scars that lay beneath those banages and the mask. The only part that was untouched was that small part of his face around his eyes and his forehead.
He wears a utility bealt around his waist for his ninja supplies, which is black and matches the rest of his clothing well. Slung across his back are two katanas that criss cross across his back. Both of them have long black hilts with the head of a black dragon on the end, each of them protraying a different dragon. The blades of the katanas also has an image of the same dragon engraved down both sides of them. He also always carries a senbon between his teeth, just in case it is quickly needed.
Background:
Origins
Oron was born into the world, bringing death from the very beginning, with his mother dying while giving birth to him. This left Oron to be raised by his father alone. Oron's father loved him and raised him as a normal child, but even at a young age it was apparent that something was off about Oron. He believed that Oron may have been suffering from a lack of a mother's touch. This along with his own loneliness lead his father to start dating once again. Two years after Oron was born, his father remarried a woman from the Uchiha Clan and had another s son named Hayate Uchiha, taking his mothers last name. His father's new wife took Oron as if he was her own and the four of them lived together as a family.
As Oron and Hayate aged, it became clear to their parents that the two children were becoming two completely different people. Hayate was social, active, and always cheerful. Oron, on the other hand, was antisocial, unemotional, and distant. Just looking into Oron's eyes you could tell how truely cold and unemotional he was. From the outside, Oron seemed to be destined to be the perfect shinobi, being smart, skilled, determined. Hayate, on the other hand, was considered a screw up, never seeming to take being a shinobi seriously.
The day before Oron was supposed to start at the academy, his mother suddenly became ill, and they soon found out that the illness would be fatel. She died a few days later, the news of this destroyed his father emotionally and crippled his mental state. It was because of this that Oron's father delayed Oron's start at the Academy. Oron was disgusted by his fathers weekness, but had no other choice but to delay his entrance into the academy.
It wasn't until two years later, when Oron was 12 and Hayate was 10, that Oron demanded that he be allowed to enter the academy, and finally his father relented, unable to argue. It was in fact their destiny to become shinobi of the leaf. That year, both Oron and Hayate entered the academy together, taking their first steps towards becoming a shinobi. For the first time in his life, Oron felt pride in his brother, for becoming a shinobi with him.
During the second year at the academy, Oron graaduated, becoming a Genin, yet Hayate seemed to be far behind. Oron was becoming increasingly dissapointed in his brother. Hayate was acting lazy and screwed around during the lessons, and failed his graduation exam once again. Oron dissaproved of his brother's attitude towards being a shinobi and confronted him. Hayate believed that there was more to being a shinobi than studying and becoming strong, but Oron could never believe that. Oron challenged Hayate to a fight, to prove that he represented the meaning of a true shinobi.
During the fight, Oron had the clear uperhand over his brother. Knowing more about combat, tactics, chackra, and jutsus than his brother. But during that fight, something unthinkable happened, Hayate awakened his sharigan. Oron was stunned, but he did not let himself falter. In the end it was helpless though, Oron could not defeat his brother with his newly awakened eyes. The tables turned and Oron was crushed.
After the fight, Oron ran off on his own thinking. He sat down by a tree and thought to himself, As long as he has those eys, I can not beat him, he does not deserves those eyes. He could not believe that a superior shinobi such as him was defeated by an inferior shinobi like Hayate. It outraged him to no end. He wanted to know the secrets of the sharignan. He wanted to find someone that he could harness the power. If he could do that, he would become much stronger, and closer to his dream. But how could he do that? How could he learn the secrets?
A week after their confrontation, Hayate dissapeared. Oron was suspected by his father as well as the clan, but they could not prove anything. They could not lock him up, but because they believed so strongly that Oron had done it, Oron was shunned from the clan. He was no longer welcomed by him own father or his clan. After that, he became even more reclusive, even more self reliant. He moved forward in his career as a ninja as a loner, trusting and believing in only himself.
A new beginning
Oron had already begun to excell as a ninja and was already becoming more and more powerful as the days went by. He was still determined to acomplish his dream of becoming the most powerful ninja and he was not going to let anyone stand in the way of that dream. He had been spending long days with endless training and had been able to dignificantly increase his power already, feeling that he had moved onto a new level of power completely. Even so he would not stop and he would not let up, because he knew that he had a long way to go before he was the most powerful. He would just have to keep working hard and doing everything possible to become more powerful.
It was shortly after he had felt that he was finally on the next level that an oppurtunity presented itself to Oron. He met a ritualist that offered to perform some rituals on him for a charge. It seemed like a great thing to Oron, to be able to gain some extra abilities to get him ahead, without having to waste time with it. He thought of it as a quick way to get ahead and he would take the oppurtunity. He had the man embue him with the ability to smell much easier and to be able to eleminate harmful objects or substances from his body. These would both be skills that he believed would help him out. The smell would help with his tracking and the clensing seemed like it could be useful in so many different situations. Once he had selected and paid for the rituatals, the rituatllist began his work.
Once the rituals were done, Oron could already tell that he was able to smell better and he felt a new force within his body. The ritualist left Oron, and being excited, Oron went about his training and tested out his new abiliites. It wasn't long until he glanced into the water and saw the deformities and scars that had covered his body. He was horrified at first at the sight of it and he couldn't believe what had happened to him. He cursed himself for trying to take the easy way out, and knew that this was just what he deserved for it, and now there was nothing he could do. He would just have to emrace hsi new appearance and make it work, because it really did not matter what he looked like or what people thought of him.
From that day on he began to wrap his entire body in grey bandages and wear a mask that covered up to just below his eyes. His eyes area and his forehead area where the only places that had been untouched by the rituals scars, he was at least greatful for that. The rest of him would just have to stay hidden forever, which Oron actually didn't find all that displeasing. With a mask he would at least not have to fake facial expression anymore, and he wondered if the mask and banages made him look better anyways. He actually liked his new look personally, and everyone else would recognize him no matter what he looked like in the end, because they would recognize his power.
It wasn't until a little while later that he began to experience two other side effects of the rituals. These both being even more unfavorable than the previous one. He was no longer able to sleep well anymore, as he was haunted by nightmares every night. It was a complete pain and Oron could not find anyways to prevent them from happening. It was something else that seemed he would jsut have to deal with. The other thing he had noticed was that he was aging more rapidly. At first he had realized that his hair was growing longer and had changed color, and then when he had had someone look at him, they had told him that his cells were multiplying twice as fast, causing his whole body to age twice as fast. The grey color had nothing to do with it, though he assumed it was either from the affects of the ritual or the lack of sleep that he had been getting, but it was noticably different whatever it was.
With the new abilities and the new side effects of the rituals, Oron had had to learn to deal with the side effects and use the rituals to his advantage. He even thought about maybe trying to use more to help him out again, no matter the cost to himself. With each negative effect, he would just have to adapt and become even stronger, and he would use all of the rituals that benefited him to further himself. If he used rituals and his training, he was sure that he would be able to become the most powerful ninja. He would do anything he needed to accomplish that, whether it meant sacraficing his own body or the people around him.
