Greetings Everyone and welcome to the 2014 Advent Calender. Today is December 20th, which means Day 20 of the Advent Calender and the theme for today (If you couldn't see the big letters above) Is Memories! Today is a special event as the Advent Calender nears an end. The next four days are something different than we've had before, so that's why I'm doing this. For this, I want to think back and hear your thoughts on the Advent Calender. There have been 19 days before this, and 18 events (Since 17 and 18 were combined), so I want to hear your thoughts! There are four things I want to hear about.

1) What was your Favorite day and Why?

4) Anything else you can give to me! What would you have done differently? Were you overall satisfied with the whole event? Would you participate in this again if it came up? 1) "Snowballs" was my favorite day overall. The very idea of a challenge where you get to throw things at people is amazing and the system as well where one had to actually choose how many points they were willing to be without made more different than anything else.
2) My least favorite had to be "Puzzles". Certainly some were far easier but I was too stumped, almost like the last five presents of the scavenger hunt. It is so obvious it is annoying me to death. However it is a great event, just among my least favorites of them all.
3) Overall favorite prize was the components, I absolutely love the building houses with them components and it is a good start to those who haven't built one yet (me included) and I absolutely would not mind getting more of these.
4) A prize that would have been nice to see more of is the components. We got the books, we have the weapon allowances, and even Event/IM credits were all seen more often than the components. Just seem to be short end of the stick in all of the available prizes from all the events in my opinion. Overall, I am well satisfied with how the event so far has turned out. You have done an impressive and fabulous job and I have enjoyed seeing what hidden things pop up from that brain of yours. Thank you.

I actually had two favourite days, which would be the scavenger hunt and the snowman events (days 3 and 6). The scavenger hunt was fun for me because I had absolutely nothing to do that day... whatsoever. I was incredibly bored and didn't feel in the mood to watch anime or play games, which is probably why I was the only one who ended up finding all thirty of the gifts. The snowman one was just fun because it was funny to see everything which everybody else came up with; it was simple too!

My least favourite event had to be days 17/18. I'm really bad at solving puzzles, with the exception of word searches and crossword puzzles. The fourth puzzle confused me to no end. I wasn't mad though... it was planned and made to be difficult after all. I just got a little frustrated at the fourth puzzle, congratulations to anybody if they managed to finish that event though.

My favourite prize had to be the Ryo, I'm at half a million because of thanksgiving and these events; I haven't even sold my items yet, huehue. Though my augments I have planned to gain are very pricey so they will take a lot of this money.

Overall I really enjoyed this event, you did a fantastic job gift giver! c:

Whoa whoa...

So here are my answers:
1) My favorite day was number 3! Why? Simply because the hunt was extremely challanging and very very interesting. It was by far the best event!
2) Day 12 was my least favorite. It wasn't as fun as the rest, there wasn't much to do, simply send in PMs. It wasn't doing anyting aside from giving us a laugh (and not even a decent one) after it was over.
3) Favorite prize...Skill books! I love those things and some of them are really hard to come by! I loved the fact dear Gift Giver gave them away. Thanks for that!
4) Anything else...I'm terrible at these kinds of questions. Mainly I think the event was very good and I would love to take part in anoter one of those. Not because of the presents, but rather because of the fun it is. I like the idea behind it, even though I don't celebrate Christmas. It shows real holiday spirit and I love it. Hope this helps! =]

1) What was your Favorite day and Why?

Puzzles! It was a challenge. Gave up a few times but kept working at it. That satisfaction when you complete the hard ones is nice.

2) What was your LEAST Favorite day and Why? (Don't think you'll hurt my feelings here or anything. I want to hear it!)

Puzzles! I have a personal grudge against Reindeer. That and giving up a few times and it being extended. The password boxes when I didn't get a password right felt like they were laughing at me. But refer to #1...

3) What was your overall favorite Prize and why?

Weapon upgrades. Probably one of the more difficult things to achieve since it needs to be PC done.

4) Anything else you can give to me! What would you have done

Uuuuh Ugly Sweater party? No clue how it would work...Oh!Oh! like color a holiday sweater but it NEEDS to be ugly.
Overall this was a fun event and still is! Perhaps maybe a 12 days of Christmas for next year instead of 24?

1) I had multiple favorite days. The Snowball Fight (Day 14) and Snow (Day 4) were the best though. The Snowball Fight let me throw Snowballs at my fellow buddies, anonymously, while getting me lots of moolah. Snow was actually worth the effort as well, I haven't done much description and I really put in a lot of effort in mine and surprised myself with the output, which was a lot less crappy than I thought it  would be. Getting graded showed my exactly where I was lacking in my English skills and helped my improve myself, if only a little bit.

2) The least favorite days were the Candycanes and Stocking coloring ones. Mostly because I had to open them up in paint and fill them in using a brush because the filling tool didn't work well. 

3) Best prizes were the components, I need em to get my future missing nin secret base underway. Also the crossbow upgrade was appreciated, though I can't really use one. Also I LOVE that Dual Release: Pouch Projector, I never wanted one but now that I got one, Lumps of Coal, you can't me from it!

4) I would like more chances for components and upgrades. My Pouch Projector needs max upgrades and my awesome Missing Nin Base is far from complete.

1 --- D4 was cool.. it allowed me to write about a picture, which I already enjoy doing as GM. Was different to write about something not ninja-y.

2 --- D17/8. Someone should get stabbed for this; while some were hard, I'd say if you didn't or don't have access to like a printer, it made it kinda more difficult to work the earlier puzzles. But PMs can be used for multiple things.. like training.

3 --- The event credit. Need them so bad.

4 --- I would've probably not done so many voting things. People hardly vote as is, so maybe I would've had some arena things about general RP. But that can be time consuming lol [which is why it wouldve stretched more than just a single day]. Prizes? Like, probably BFS or a component already established; then of course, we do have the pursuit of points..

1. Lights. I loved it xD the idea of spamming you to no end, over and over and over.

2. Puzzles. I tried 1, said nope and moved on. Painful D:

4. I would definitely have sowed misleading information and throw people off, just to see who went through with checking everything anyways. I like the misleading aspect.

1) My favorite day was probably the Gingerbread man day. Everyone could create something artistic of their own design, which allowed for some awesome and varied submissions. It was interesting to see what people did.

2) My least favorite day is probably the Puzzle day, though this opinion is a little biased due to being completely stuck on the fourth puzzle. The first three puzzles were actually pretty fun, and I actually enjoyed them. The fourth, not so much. lol

3) Overall favorite prize so far is probably the weapon allowance (though that's likely because I won first prize on that one and got a Benihime. XD). Other than that, I liked the two scraps deaths. Of course, if I get any of the things I asked for on my letter to Gift Giver, that'll likely be my favorite prize. Lol

4) I've loved this event, and wish that we could have something like this every year (of course, I understand that that is highly impractical and very unlikely to happen due to the obvious difficulty of coming up with so much to do). Having different things to do each day and a variety of different prizes made the event rather fun and exciting. Not sure I would have done anything different, as everything was so well thought out. Very awesome event all in all!

Favourite day............ WEll Ididn't take part in all of them but I must say I enjoyed the what did you believe when you were younger etc day - just as it is nice to see what people's families passed on almost as a way of keeping their child on the straight and narrow etc

The puzzles... because they are SOOOOOO annoying >.> Nuff Said

1) My favorite day was probably Day 10, the letters to Santa. Always nice to have a chance to relive the memories of being so young.

2) I hate the puzzle day! Not least because of how deceptive the manner of the hints that were given out on the puzzles! I'd say more, but I'd get DQed from it for saying specifics!

3)Scrap Deaths! I need Scrap Deaths! ALL OF THEM.

4)I simply wish I had known of these advent day gifts earlier! I totally missed out on the chance because I wasn't aware they were even going on until day 9. But, mostly my own fault so I can't complain too much. Anyway these advent things were pretty fun for the most part.

My favorite day was day 2 because I really like my design for the candy cane and its one of the few things I got some votes for.

I would have to say that would be day 3, it was kind of a pain to find all of those presents. It wasn't horrible but it was a pain.

My favorite prizes were my augmentations, it allowed me to develop my character the way I wanted him ot be without having to worry too much about the prices and such too much.

I really liked this whol event, it turned out great and it was a lot of fun and brought out personal stuff,peoples creative side, made people think, it was all just great. I would definatly do this again if it happened again. That being said I do understand that it is a lot of work though you would have a whole year to think up stuff for next christmas as well. Overall it was just a great time, great event, and great prizes. Thank you so much for all of the work you have put into this.

1) What was your Favorite day and Why?

There were too. Day one was exciting, mainly because I was thrilled to see this get started. Number two was certainly day 15. I felt like I could go loose like never before ^^

Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugh…. Day 3. Let’s move on.

3) What was your overall favorite Prize and why?

Components! Just a few more and my palace shall be complete! Muhahaha!

I was a bit sad to see that I had to colour something a second time and clearly I was not the only one. Day 16 should have been something else I think.

1) What was your Favorite day and Why:
Honestly I liked all the days that required me to do something. Searching for presents, doing crosswords, gathering puzzles, all that sort of stuff. I much disliked the 'do something and get something!' days. I like a bit of competition.

2) What was your LEAST Favorite day and Why?

3) What was your overall favorite Prize and why?
To me it wasn't about the prizes. I definitely had enough money as it was, and scraps and items never really appealed to me. I was in it to have fun, not for prizes.

4) Anything else you can give to me! What would you have done differently? Were you overall satisfied with the whole event? Would you participate in this again if it came up?
Personally I would have also made some competitions IC wise. Like a snowdown showdown tournament. Arena style, where you win if you hit your opponent with a snowball. Let characters interact in a funstyle RP with rules. Be creative about it!

[The Bearer of Bad News]

1) What was your Favorite day and Why? - Day 12. It was the only one I actually did well in, and that was a good feeling.


2) What was your LEAST Favorite day and Why? (Don't think you'll hurt my feelings here or anything. I want to hear it!) - 17/18. That accursed second puzzle thwarted me for the full two days.


3) What was your overall favorite Prize and why? - I liked the prize from day....13? I think? The event credits and free revamp combined will set me up nicely for some future plans. fufufu.

4) Anything else you can give to me! What would you have done differently? Were you overall satisfied with the whole event? Would you participate in this again if it came up? (NOTE: This likely won't come up again. It was hard enough coming up with all these ideas for one time around) What prizes would you have rather seen in this? Anything at all would be fine to put in this category. I just want to hear your overall thoughts. - Everything was good really. Except the puzzles. I would have made the second puzzle be the third at minimum. Just saying.

1) I liked the puzzles. I only wished I had more time to dedicate to them.
2) The present fidning one. So irritating, so boring, so itme consuming.
3) Scraps. Seriously. I always felt paranoid about scrapping. Now, I have like 6 scraps.
4)I would give more time. It was a pain to penalise anybody who missed a single day. So, it would be nice if all of them had like 3 day periods.

1) Favorite Day: Well, I'm about to probably be the only person who says this, but I've gotta say, I loved the puzzles. Yup, I liked all of them. I enjoyed the challenge brought by them, and sitting down and solving them. I loved all the types of the puzzles, and I enjoyed trying to solve them.

2) My least favorite? Well I don't necessarily have a least favorite. If I had to pick one, I would have to say the Presents. And NOT because I disliked the concept, but because the day(s) that that one was going on, I was working long shifts, so I had to search from them on my phone so it was a bit of a hassle. Otherwise I loved searching for them!

3) Uhhhh, favorite prize? Well darn, I don't know, I really liked them all. Maybe the % chance finding skill books/items because they're so hard to find normally. I liked the weapon upgrade too, and the components finally allowed me to start up a place for Seira, so that was fun. And of course ryo, everyone loves ryo.

4) I don't know what to say. I think you put together a great event and a great set of mini events per day. I really enjoyed waiting to see what you would do next, and I enjoyed the variety in them and the prizes. I enjoyed the challenging ones the most that gave me something to do that didn't take a short amount of time. I enjoyed all the prizes so they were all perfectly fine with me. I would most certainly participate in it again! Great job and thanks a lot for all your effort!

1) The first contest, Holidays, was kinda my favorite. I enjoyed seeing the different ways people spend their holidays.
2) Presents was probably my least favorite. It was just so time consuming. Thankfully I didn't work that day but I feel like I got nothing else accomplished on site or otherwise.
3) The components were my favorite prize. As much as I love hoarding scraps I'm enjoying building up areas for my characters.
4) Overall I've very much been enjoying this. Certain bits I found irksome. Like having to find X amount of presents to be counted for participating. Some contests were more difficult than others to do when I was working since I work full time but that's nothing at fault of the contest. I will say some of the puzzles, in the form they are in, were not very friendly for doing online. I had to get creative to work on being able to fill them in to see my progress.

[The Doctor]

1. My favorite was the Snowball Fight. It was unique, different, and it made us wonder who would be throwing at whom.
2. My least favorite was the 12 Days of Christmas one. I honestly did not understand it and I'm not a big fan of adlibbing these kinds of things. Hell when I did it I just picked random crap without actually taking time to consider what my words would mean.
3. Personally I cannot answer this one. I liked them all, I liked the variety that came into play. Mostly I would chose Ryo over anything else but that is because of what my character is in need at this moment so I cannot really say what was my favorite.
4. Personally? No adlibbing. Personal preference however. Nothing would be done different that's for sure. Maybe not concentrate on the skill books. I personally want those to be rare as hell.
5. I am satisfied with this event as a whole. I would love to do this again I am greatly saddened however that I missed one day because I didn't realize that the 2 day event didn't mean we got to wait a day before the next event. Other than that I am enjoying it. Prizes? Honestly we are good with what we got lol.

[xenomugen]

1) Day 4 turned out my favorite. Even though I missed the mark pretty hard on doing the actually objective, I ended up writing a song that became a Christmas present for my girl because of it.

2) Definitely disliked the present finding the most. It wasn't enjoyable at all and the few sparks oh joy that came from finding a present were quickly snuffed out by frustration and anxiety about not being able to find more

3) Ryo was probably my favorite prize as it is the most easily used, plus because I'm new, I didn't quite understand the value of some of the other prizes

4) All in all I thought this event string was amazingly well done. A huge undertaking and My hat is off the the man who ran it. The only thing I could say is perhaps planning out the day's events way ahead of time could save you a few headaches and help stop you from running short on ideas
