Suggestion: Training From Hell [TFH]
Concept: Multi-person events that reward TP upon completion instead of any monetaruy/item reward, and increase player interaction. This is conceived as a way to push the limits of a character, as well as to provide an alternative to the grind of training. Combat-focused, these events are meant to showcase extraordinary training obstacles for roleplayers to overcome, in the interest of pushing their power to the limit.
Two (or more) roleplayers participate in these events; eaxh restricted to the use of a single technique tree of their own choosing - the focus of their Training From Hell. By using only these techniques, the roleplayers' knowledge within the tree logically grows, their actual experience practicing a particular discipline increases, alllowing one to more easily incorporate new maneuvers and jutsu into their repertoire.
This is also incredibly easy to track for staff trying to keep account of TP; not only are they required to grade this training in the first place, but threads can simply be marked [TFH].
This places some responsibility on the roleplayers, however. They're expected to actually test each other, to push one another's boundaries. If this doesn't happen, TO isn't awarded, simple as that.
These wouldnt count as IM's or regular Events; ninja from different villages can participate with one another in Training From Hell events, if they so choose. The conditions that bring possibly conflicting characters into this sort of situation are left to the discretion and skill of the participants.
Restrictions:
These are all just a big sugestion, in that any part of it is open to be tweaaked/changed/ignored completely, if such a thing might help the idea (or something like it)happen. Just think it'd be cool.
