Wire Strike
Rank: C
Skill: Taijutsu
Effect: Strikes out with Wires.
Special: Requires 1 meter of Wire for 1 meter of range.
Drawback: --
Description: The user whips their arm from around their back, their arm whips out and their Wire un-coils toward a target. The user can either pierce, or slash at their target, depending on how they strike out, such as a slashing motion or a lunging motion with their arm, hand, then finger. The damage is dependent on their knowledge of The Mighty Wire. A thrust create Piercing damage, and a Slash creates an arcing slash damage with the wire.
Limit: Must know Demon Stance E rank. Must know Becoming Unraveled C rank to retrieve Wires. Must know The Mighty Wire D rank. Must know Demon’s Reach D rank.
So now Kuroki moved onto how to make a piercing strike. This would be no easy feat but he has mastered other things before and this should be no different. The motions required would not be a natural extension like a slashing movement was. But that made no difference to Kuroki, for he was going to do it. With a flick of his hands and arms he retracted the wire he had flailing about to him.
With one hand he caught the wire in a nice neat bundle. He took at look at his 'cursed spirit' with a sideways glance. Kuroki was actually surprised that it had mostly behaved itself even if they had an understanding. He shook his head of extraneous thoughts and got back into trying to make the wire work for him. And with a lunging motion, Kuroki slung out his arm towards the dummy.
Onward and outward his wire flew out from his outstretched hand. The wire was uncoiling as it flew through the air making a corkscrew kind of looking attack towards the dummy. And as the wire flew towards it, it actually flew right past the dummy. Kuroki had missed completely, with a angry huff he snatched his arm and hand back. With that snatch back, the wire was snapped from it's path back towards the young wire user.
He had gotten the motion down but not the accuracy. So Kuroki was going to try it again, but he looked at the Y'la to make sure it wasn't that guy's fault he missed. But know it was his own excitement and overconfidence that did that. So with another thrusting lunging motion, Kuroki threw his arm at the dummy. And this time the wire flew true and fast. It uncoiled and had a corkscrewing flight right towards the center of the dummy.
Then with a kind of odd sound it not only hit the dummy but pierced right through it to the other side. His wire had gone completely through to the other side, with another motion for retrieval he called back the wire. And it wiggled back through the hole it made to come back to him. He had did it a successful pierce attack with wire. Kuroki smiled and chuckled with a happy relief at a challenge conquered.
