Kusakage Keep

Kiru walked into the Keep in his typical combat gear. He looked at the binders in the front of the of the keep. He needed a mission to help recover himself after the incident within the city and this would be his time to become more active. He needed to get stronger and this would be the only how. Not just with learning his Yamanaka jutsu but working on his taijutsu as a whole and speed. Walking up to the front desk Kiru laid down the mission with a sigh looking to the receptionist a cool and blank face that was common for him. "I'd like to take this mission if you don't mind." He said waiting patiently for everything to get sorted out.

Description: The Kage has commissioned a new scheme in order to promote grow within the village. The series of missions are aimed at ninjas who wish to progress to the next rank, boosting their power so they are able to better compete for the rank of Chūnin, or Jōnin. Money is a powerful incentive to all, the missions also serve as an easy way to meet the exam perquisites, meaning that the ninjas should have no excuse on why they were unable to progress to the next level.
Objective: –For every 40 tp someone gains in techniques (not skills) they will receive a mission credit, along with a suitable reward. Please note this mission will not be backdated, you must come in and request it before the training commences.
Reward: Depends on Techniques learned Ranks (D ranks = 10k Each. C ranks = 20k B rank+ = 40k)

Sabo sighed as he entered the keep of Kusagakure "Why was I the one assigned to take the mission slip back to the keep, it could of been anyone else" the blonde haired kid said as he would sigh again and slowly walk over to the desk and he would calmly and slowly place the mission slip on the table "The missions done the participants were everyone in team 3" Sabo said with a slight smile to quicken things up.

Description: Reports of a vacant building on the outskirts of Aokusa being haunted have been brought to light. Several mysterious deaths of important figures within the city have been noted in the last several months. Corporations are frightened and city dwellers are demanding aid from the Feudal Lord. It is up to Kusagakure ninja to investigate what is taking place within the building and put a stop to it.
Objective: Investigate the rumors of the haunted house and eliminate the cause for it.
Reward: 35,000 Ryo

[Inoryu]

    Inoryu smiled at Sabo's remark. Perhaps the ninjutsu specialist was unaware that Inoryu was accompanying him to file a more detailed report. Inoryu appeared beside Sabo in Vlad's office apparently from thin air, "The mission objectives have been met, there will be no further incidents of murder relating to the haunted chateau. Everyone on Team 3 had performed exceptionally. I believe we are ready for the next mission," Inoryu said as he offered the mission scroll to Vlad for approval.

Sabo looked to his right when he heard the voice of Inoryu in Vlads office and after that, the only thing that came to his mind was how he didn't realize his captain, the blonde haired kid would look at the mission slip that Inoryu wished to take for us to do this mission and then Sabo suddenly got a bit more excited for it after reading the details.

[Utahhikari-Satu]

Satu would hear the voices of Sabo and Inoryu as he headed to the barrack's to take a well deserved shower with the sundries he received from the commissary. He would see them both at Vlad's desk and stop by to say ^{"Hello you two, we setting out for another one so soon? Guard duty eh? Sounds fun."} Satu would smile at the two team mates and wave at the towering Vlad uncertain if he would recieve a wave back.

[M'yaku]

Hazuki entered soon after the rest of Team 3, anxious to receive his payment from the previous mission. It would seem as if the squad was ready to head out on another mission. He had no complaints .. besides, he needed the money. He approached them, curious as to what they would be assigned next.

[DJ Loki]

Vlad looked up at the group of ninja that were before him, his eyes glazed over his eyelids lowered. After he handed out the money for their completed mission, she approved the next one that they had intended on taking. Handing the slip to Inoryu he'd say, "This isn't a social bar, ladies. Inoryu, take your pets and get lost." Vlad said to Inoryu, showing only him any kind of moderate respect, as he was the only one among them that had become a Chunin, and there by the only one among them, in Vlad's eyes, that wasn't a complete waste of space time and resources." Vlad leaned back in his chair, as a book floated up into the air in front of him. He then waved the group off with his free hand.

Satu looked as Inoryu was instructed by Vlad to disperse his team. He would chuckle and Pat Inoryu on the back as he departed to the barracks for that exfoliating shower he so looked forward to. He would wave at Hazuki and Sabo as he walked off. ^{"See you later everyone"}

Sabo stared at Vlad with a bit of a pissed of expression on his face after the man called him a pet and the only thing Sabo could think of at that moment was becoming a chuunin and kicking his ass, Sabo would shake his head quickly before waving to Satu and then leaving some time after Satu did.

[Inoryu]

    Inoryu replied, "Yes, sir," with a respectful bow. Looking back, Inoryu had always been very respectful towards Vlad because of tales he had heard of his legendary exploits while in the Ninja Academy, but also because of his rumored disdain for genin. In the end, Inoryu was always respectful towards him, had kept a low profile in the midst of the revered warrior, and it was enough to improve Vlad's attitude towards him into an indifferent one. It was a novelty to see Vlad's treatment towards the genin in person and he knew irrefutably that the rumors were true, but Inoryu was more interested in his team's reactions.
    
    Satu shrugged it off with a laugh and went on his way, but Inoryu could sense that Sabo's pride was hurt and felt some hostility coming from the young genin. "Now that is interesting," Inoryu thought, "Perhaps Sabo is the type to challenge Vlad to a fight. I'd like a second go at him myself, someday, but even I am still too inexperienced." He remembered his attempt to defeat Vlad The Impaler with Harue Niyjua and Yuri Ikebana-Hyuuga. Even with Lady Eighth leading the assault, their efforts were ultimately ineffective.

The Kaguya always had a laser focus; he had received what he'd came for, and so he'd leave in much the same way he entered.

    "Thank you," Inoryu bowed respectfully another time towards Vlad before exiting the Keep.

    Inoryu had left the gates and headed straight for the Keep to report for his latest mission. It had gone rather smoothly, though there was more people coming into Kusagakure than he expected. He showed up in Vlad's office and handed him the mission scroll, "Mission complete. It was a pretty uneventful shift," Inoryu shrugged. He would answer any questions or concerns Vlad had with the utmost respect.

Reward: 40,000 Ryo per location that we don't know + 1 Total Anbu credit (Ex: If you take this mission 5 times and find 5 villages its only 5 Anbu credit Owls or Bears only)

They were Saito today. The twins almost never surfaced except on their few personal days, and they more or less left it to Saito to handle the official shinobi business. There was freedom in this arrangement, but also anxiety, such that even Saito felt his heart aching as a week would pass, an impatience that gnawed in the back of his mind until he went under. The deal seemed quite unfair at first, but he was stronger than the two individually, and the lack of anything between the two bodies besides a singular will tended to create lag in maneuvers, slight yet significant slowness which could cost them both their lives. And thus, Saito was here today.

Saito, twelve years old, checked his hair in a window, making sure his bangs were combed together like a beak. The family figured it was to symbolize the combination of the twins, help others know when they were merged, but in honesty he just thought it looked cool. Once that was settled, the boy made his way into the keep and attempted to find his way to the Kusakage’s office to meet his village leader. The family stressed that first impressions were of the utmost importance, so Saito put on his most disciplined face and silently attempted to communicate with who seemed to be one of the secretaries. Yes, silently communicating… locking eyes and not saying a word. Just standing there and staring intently.

Working the day away as she normally did, Harue was running offbeat errands for Yuri that mostly involved handed down paperwork and checking inventory and rosters. In some instances she found herself fidgeting behind Vlad's desk either tending it while he moseys onto breaks or because she simply needs the tools available there. In one of the moments she found herself standing there alone over some paperwork, her quick scribbling slows and then stills entirely. All three of her eyes blink, the vertical one at the center of her forehead rolling up and peering over the desk at the young boy first before the pair under her brows meets him too. The pink woman smiles despite a furrowed brow, straightening up before briefly glancing around with her lower pair of eyes - the third one remains on him. Who was this little squirt? 

"May I help you?" Her voice is gentle and her expression pleasantly patient, but her pen taps steadily against the surface of the desk. A good portion of her long pink locks are tied up into twin space buns as usual, her Kusagakure hitai-ate resting on her collarbones, over the dark sleeveless turtleneck that accentuates her plump bosom. Pink hair not contained by triangular, symmetrical buns falls loosely around her. Her lower half was obstructed by the desk to the young boy, but she could see him wholly - he was undoubtedly a young Genin fresh out of the academy. He looked it, at least.

The lady addressed him! Perfect, now to communicate his situation. With that thought in mind, Saito stared at her, looking deeply into her eyes, concentrating his very being into the center of his vision as if attempting to shoot a laser from them. After a full minute of non-stop staring, a memory of his time at the academy beckoned him, whereby his teacher gave instructions to students like himself with sounds made from his mouth. Sounds… made from the mouth… Tapping his fist into his palm, an amazing realization clicked in Saito: Most people communicated by talking! With a smug exhale through his nose praising himself for his keen observational skills, Saito opened his own mouth to speak as others would, his own social adaptability amazing even himself sometimes.

“I’mth-”

He bit his tongue. Covering his mouth and turning from the apparent receptionist, Saito remained totally stoic, though cursed in pain inside his head, the only subtle clue to this internal displeasure being the stomping of his foot against the ground and the tears formed at the corner of his eyes. Once the pain had settled and the tears were wiped, Saito turned back and, this time, carefully maneuvered his mouth to procure words.

“I am Saito Yamanaka, new genin. Want to greet Kusakage. Looking for missions.” Saito paused at this point, but a moment later added further: “Please.”

Strange, but not a nuisance. While the young birdbeak haired boy seemed to be having immense trouble exhibiting proper manners and communication, Harue activated her doujutsu to glimpse a better look at his innerworkings. Leaning over the desk and surveying him silently as he lashes inwardly out, Harue makes a soft noise. Like a hum in the back of her throat. His chakra and vitals seemed to overlap, bizarrely identical to himself. Odd. Harue straightens up just as the boy turns his attention back up to her, the faint glow of her scarlet irises fading. 

The pinkette says nothing either about the eccentric boy or his vitals, instead only perking up when he finally yet choppily states his purpose. "Oh!" Harue favors Saito over her paperwork, gathering it together and quickly tidying up her workspace as she mumbles to herself. "Yamanaka, huh? Fresh out of the academy? It's nice to have ambitious Genin, usually it takes you all so long to start doing anything." Her mumbling dies into a greeting once she's come around the desk to properly introduce herself and the tower. Previously unseen, a large pink lion who stood approximately a few inches taller than the Genin follows closely behind, sitting beside her. "I'm Harue, Lady Kusakage's assistant." Harue gestures to the tables on either side of the hallway behind Saito. "You may look through available missions whenever you like. Stick to the easier ones for now or you'll need a Chunin to accompany you."

Already moving back behind the desk to the last set of double doors, Harue gestures for Saito to follow. Ōmo would wait until Saito picked up his feet to follow, then walk closely beside him. Without warning, Harue raps the door with three solid knocks from the back of her knuckles before pushing it open, letting herself in. Ōmo shrugs up ahead of Saito to shoulder it open further, keeping it like that so he can walk in. "Lady Yuri," Harue comes to stand in her usual place beside Yuri's desk, facing Saito. "Someone to see you."

When Saito entered the room it may not be quite what he expected, or maybe it would be exactly what he expected. He would first be hit with the scent of the sweetest flowers. The smell seemed to be coming of Yuri herself. If all the time she spent with flowers this was more or less her natural scent. The crimson haired Hyuuga sat at her desk, turned towards the side, as she stared out the window. Papers upon papers fluttering in the air around her. They danced as if they had minds of there on. In one hand was a pen into the other, a sending gem, and she seemed to have someone on the line. One of the fluttering paper stopped to her side and she signed it as it floated there. It folded into a bird, and flew out the door over towards Vlad sailing over the heads of everyone that entered. Vlad reached out to grab at the paper bird, it unfolded into a straight piece of paper as he did so.

Reading over it quickly he said, "Got it..." He then pulled out a sending gem of his own as he began to give orders to someone. "Harue... remained me. Which drawer to I keep the building permit forms? And who might our guest be?" Yuri said without turning to face Saito. "What? No... geez every time. I'm talking to someone in the office. Just contact Harue if the situation changes. No time to do any about it... yet." The Gem cut off as the person on the other line was cut off.

Yuri then turned around and leaned over onto her desk with a sigh. The papers then fell down to the desk all lining up very neatly into a single stack. She leaned back in her chair and tussled her hair, "Harue, check over those and make sure I didn't miss anything." She then turned her attention back over to the new arrival, and leaned back in her chair. She folded her arms, and with a smirk she said,

"S'up? What can I do for you?"
