Yu with a joyful sway to her steps Yu opened the mission binder feeling like taking a D rank for once. She had fun fighting and slaughtering the rebels of the village but it was time to relax maybe? Reading through the many missions she did find one that seemed interesting. Some kid who was a failure in the academy and needed some help with practical training. Something like this would be easy enough. Plucking the paper from the binder she walked towards the desk slamming the paper down."I'll be taking this mission." She said starting to think about how to help the kid. Maybe taking him in to the woods and telling him to kill her would help. Something along those lines at least.
Vlad would look over at Yu as they brought the mission they wanted to take before him. He would look over the mission and then stare down Yu. After he was satisfied, he would hand the mission back, "Get it done, swiftly... should be an easy one." He would then lean back in his chair and put his book back up into his face.
"Uh uh uh. This seems like a hopeless one it will take a day or two. I'll make him come at me with the intent to kill and if he can land a scratch on me he wins." She would say before making a mad dash out of the tower. Yu would simply have fun with this one maybe even offer some other rewards.
Viola smiled and nodded her head, she appreciated humbleness. "Thank you Takeuchi, and your meat wall may be of use then seeing I am more a mental manipulator should conflict happen" Obviously referring to her genjutsu, even though she did have access to high powered force techniques. Along with Takeuchi she returned her attention back to Yuri, listening to what she said but also having a slightly worried look on her face, messing with the giant force of leaf and toying with them, in her eyes, wasn't the best option but like Yuri said... cross that bridge when it comes to it.
"I can confirm that Takeuchi, I have met a branch family member not long ago while he was passing through nation Grass. He was a medical ninja and aided with healing the public when some little demons went wild... He wasn't overly powerful but I believe that was due to his lack of experience more so than anything else." Upon being given the orders regarding the missing shinobi Viola nodded. "I shall arrange my cover at the academy then make a few purchases... I think I need new winter clothes. Where shall we all meet up, back here or at the gates?"

It was hard to wake up this day.He forcefully got awakened by his mom, without eatinganything he left home and lit his cigarette in his mouth as he was on his way to the keep.
He appeared in the keep with his hands in his pockets and his cigarette in his mouth. He sad his everlasting lazy expression on his face.He moved his hands around the C-rank missions as always and chose a random mission. He raised a brow and his expression changed as he began reading the mission. He had to save people from a mining incident..He began grinning; ''I can easily save these people..What a drag'' He spoke to himself soflty.
He made it to Vlad's desk and showed him the mission as he spoke waiting for approval; ''I'm taking this one today..You really are a scary man sometimes, what a drag''
After standing there not knowing the procedures for turning in a mission for money for a bit. He finally followed some of the other shinobi, and found the man that they turned in to. He simply walked over and handed him a slip of paper that he had from one of the guards. There had been an AnBu guard at the KusaKage address that handed out a slip to those that attended. So he was handing it in to get some kind of award.
Yuri sat on her desk and folded her arms as she listened to the 2 of them talk for a bit. She sighed, "Yes that is exactly the situation. Hyuuga Clan Techniques can only be learned at the Hyuuga Mansion, or taught by a Hyuuga who knows them. Finding a Hyuuga to teach me would be simple enough. However, finding a Main Branch member who is also a master of those arts would be exceedingly rare, if not impossible, outside of Konoha. The Main Branch Members are thought techniques that some of the Branch family have never even seen, let alone learn. I am a member of the Main Branch, it is my birthright to learn those techniques. Getting the Hyuuga to teach me will be easy enough. The Ikebana Elders have kept my birth records, and I'm sure the Hyuuga do much of the same, especially for me, since I was... well, a special case. The problem is The Hyuuga Mansion is nestled right in the center of Konoha."
Yuri would rub the back of her head, and then stand up for a moment. She would over towards the window, and stared out at the village. She smiled wide and then looked over her shoulder and Viola. Mr. Nette would cause the wind would blow through the windows. The force of the wind should have been enough to knock the papers off her desk like it had done so many times before. However, this time they remained perfectly still, as Yuri fiery hair fluttered around her. She would battle off Mr. Nette's antics with her own power. She would hold her hair out of her face and say, "Don't worry Viola. I've been learning a few things lately. Mastering this power I have slumbering within me. When I master it, not even fate itself will be able to stop us. As Long As I live, this village will not have to worry about anything ever again." Yuri would make a fist as her eyes would be filled with determination. She would stare down at her hand as chains made of cursed energy would begin to spill out of her fist.
She would be the only one who could see these chains, but they would be able to see as her hair would begin to glow an even brighter red. She opened her fist and her power would subside, "But until I master this, and the gifts my parents let behind for me. No, even after that, we will need to move carefully. I will not make a move against Konoha, unless I am sure the time is right, and there is more to gain from their destruction, than I am willing to lose in the process. Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.... and the absolute bane of you existence, closest." Yuri would chuckle a little bit and then shuffle through her papers. She would would pull out some coordinates and handed them to Viola and Takeuchi.
"We'll meet that this location. We'll leave the village separately, and at different times. I will be taking a secrete passage out of the village. I do not want certain parties knowing that we're working together. This way we might be able to kill 2 birds with one stone. The rebellious elements may approach you of their own volition. This would be more likely, if they do not believe we're are acting together in any sense other than the basic Kage and subordinate roles. I'll meet you at that location tomorrow at 600 hours."
Vlad lowered the the magazine once again and sighed as he looked at the two people before him. Vlad would snatch the note from the kid who had been going around calling himself the swarm. He looked over the note and then groaned, "Next time bring something legible not this chicken scratch. OK? Vermin King, Parasite Parade, Infestatious Maleficarum, or whatever the hell it is you're calling yourself." Vlad would then bring out some bills and hand them to 'The Swarm'... "Ergh... you again... so you're still alive huh? What a drag." Vlad would say mockingly as he approved the boys mission, and handed back to him, "Continue the good work you two!" Vlad would say with a visibly fake smile, and sarcastic tone. He began to mumble under his breath as he brought his book back up to his face. These kids were always interrupting his reading time.
After some time, Kenesu decided to pay the Keep a visit. He wasn't here for the kage. That was of no interest to him at the moment, nor does he feel she needs him bothering her work. Speaking of he felt inclined to get some kind of time killer today. This is usually the better place to start. He'd walk in respectfully, making sure his feet didn't drag or anything. No flashy smiles today. Strictly business. His silver hair had grown quite a lot over the months. So he had to tie it with a dark chocolate leather wrap which had it fall down three-fourths of his spine. His brown skin shimmered still, and his eyes were still and only brightened under whatever light may or may not be in her. Teal colored.
A black sports vest that hugged his body accordingly. He was lean, but athletically built. His white cloak rested loosely on him, exposing his shoulders. The buttons only locked in to cover his abdomen so his clothed chest was visible. He had a lack of tribal marks as well, but his black tribal styled music note tattoo on his right shoulder still remained of course. Plain black ninja grade trousers, a headband tied around his forehead this time, and simple red sandal shoes. Both Hyoushi Dual Bladed swords were holstered together on the same side of his back, diagonally with the hilts on his left side.
A very mellow wave to Vlad, was all he'd do for the time being. Before observing the mission list. He skimmed through, then picked on to place it on the counter. "I don't mind doping this one. Could hold something interesting." He said in a calm youthful voice.
The Mission:

Vlad looked up as the new kid came around. This place sure was busy all of a sudden. It must be the New Kusakage's fault. Her little speech got everyone all excited. Vlad sighed as he was handed the mission, and he would look over it. He handed the mission back to him, "Well dope away dopey. Try not to hurt yourself." These kids and their weird lingo. He really didn't understand this crazy generation. He lifted up his book and buried his head in once more.
"With luck we'll be able to bring someone willing to teach you back with us." With a nod at her words he turned and opened the door again. "I"ll meet you both there, then." And with that said he left the room and walked out of the Keep.
Kisara never liked going out in public. It was crowded, and no one could ever understand her. This is going to be a real pain, she thought to herself, trying not to appear too annoyed as she pulled her jacket down around her body. Kisa's exterior appearance was that of a child, yet little did the people know that she was actually a full fledged adult, as her body had been spurted at youth thanks to a crippling disease that left her tone deaf. Approaching the front desk, she would quickly reach into her pocket to produce a pen and a small note pad.
"I would like to take this artisan mission please sir," Kisara would write upon the pad as she would unfold the mission slip that she had filled out herself. She had had the help of Mizore-Chan, but all the same it was a hand written request rather than an official form.
Name: Craftspeople Rank: C IIC Length: 1 Day Difficulty: Easy Description: The village is in short supply of craftspeople, so much so that they are currently outsourcing the work to neighbouring lands. This needs to come to an end! As an incentive to all budding craftsmen and women the Kage has decided that they will each receive a reward once they have improved by a sufficient amount! Objective: –Gain twenty tp in a five point crafting skill (i.e. Carpentry), or forty tp in a ten point crafting skill (i.e. Armourer). Reward: 20,000 Ryo
Vlad looked down at the tiny figure that was handing him a mission. He would look over what she was going to be doing, and then smiled. With sigh he would hand it back to her, "If you're going to be learning how to craft, I suggest you go to the Shining Seed. They have all the top of the line equipment there, and folks there would be happy to teach you if you ask. Good Luck." Vlad would hand back her mission slip and then lean back in his chair. He buried his face into his book, and began to ignore the world once again.
The trio came to the agreement, with a nod of their heads and a swift exit Viola made her way out past vlad giving him a respectful but not time consuming acknowledgement goodbye before leaving.

Kisa would have nodded in agreement with the fellow, had she been able to hear him. She just looked up at him a little confused as he handed her the approved form. Shrugging, she made her way back to the exit to begin the training.

It wasn't often that she would find herself this deep in the village, she honestly spent most of her life in the far corners of Kusagakure. In her backyard surrounded by nature and its natural music, but the hussle of the village here was much more different. It was loud, people talking and moving about in a rush for whatever silly reason that they do. She doesn't understand them, but why would she need to understand them?
Its not her business.
Chizu took unhurried steps into the keep, her feathery cyan hair bouncing with each step she took. The androgynous young child stared ahead blankly, a never changing frown on her soft cheeks. She didn't notice anyone around her, no, rather she didn't care about the people around her. Instead her eyes were trained soley on where she knew the avalible missions was set up, Chizu walked up to the list and quickly looked through for anything that wouldn't bore her.
Her gaze eventually snapped to a mission that would be right up her alley.
A crafting mission, a perfect mission for a blooming artisan like herself.
Inwardly pleased with her find, the child took the mission up to the front desk and showed it to the man at the desk. "Greetings, I'd like to take this mission." she asked in a high monotone.

Nothing makes you day better, then escaping the summer heat and sleeping in the cool shade of a giant boulder.
"Well good for you." Vlad would say annoyed. He had just finished reading his book and the ending was... terrible, completely ruined the book. Felt like he had wasted so much of his time reading it. He sighed and looked over the mission, and handed it back to her. "You might wanna do you're training at the Shining Seed. They Have state of the art equipment there for you to use, and plenty of people who would be glad to help." Vlad would then begin to gumble under his breath as he dug under his desk looking for a new book to read.
