(Final Post Water Jutsu)
The problem was that instead of transmuting his chakra into earth, and from that into mud, he had gone with something a whole lot more fluid, namely Water chakra. Still not knowing how exactly this had come to be, he felt that it wouldn’t be the worst thing to look into it. As such, he had gone to the Shinobi department of the library and looked into various textbooks and scrolls in regards to the water element, finding that it was a lot like conjuring up mud based techniques by creating earth chakra and liquefying it to some extent. The way the literature he had been delving into described it, water release was the hydrokinetic ability to control water in all of its various forms. Through water release, one could even solidify it and wield it as a sword or turn it into projectiles such as senbon, or condensate it to create a field of thick mist.
Back when he first learned how to use earth release, he had to do it all on his own, leading to various mistakes including, but not limited to almost choking on a throat full of mud. However, it was through the hardships he had endured at the time that he was now a whole lot more confident about his own ability to learn and master something new. After all, he had not been part of the advanced classes in the Academy for nothing, nor was he considered a youthful scholar in his own rights. What most did not know about him however was the fact that he was very headstrong, determined to go out and get that which he set his mind on getting. With fire release being the thing that came natural to him, earth had been very hard for him to get his head around due to how rough it was by nature. But he had managed to self-educate him on how to make use of it, and already knew various Ninjutsu techniques.
It was for this reason that he knew that he could transmute his chakra into water. Doing the same thing he had done when training his earth release chakra, the first thing he did was focus on his core, the location where all of his chakra originally came from. Maintaining his focus on this particular spot, he visualized that his core was gradually filling up with liquid, as opposed to picturing a growing flame or the formation of a ball of earth. Finding himself quite capable of doing so, it felt like controlling the formation of liquid was even easier for him than the formation of fire chakra, and that was quite the odd sensation. Fire had always been his go-to elemental nature due to the destructive properties it had, which always gave him the feeling that he had the power, that he had control over dangerous situations. But now, it was water that seemingly got the upper hand.
Holding the dog seal, which he had learned was the primary hand seal linked to the utilization of water release, he furthered his control over the liquid chakra he had been forming up. Next, he would continue to push his luck by giving the chakra form in his gullet. Back when he had done this with earth chakra, he had almost choked on it, though that was not going to happen to him now. Once he had successfully built up the chakra to an acceptable ratio, he released the seal and brought his hand to his mouth, similar to when he'd cast the Grand Fireball technique. Spitting out a small torrent of water into the plastic container, he kept spouting it onward until he felt like he no longer could. Interestingly enough, it had been just enough to fill the container up with water, which brought a barely noticeable smile to form on his face. In a matter of minutes, he had succeeded in doing what took him days with earth style, and it felt great.
