Jigoku no Mimi (Hells ears)
Rank: "D"
Skill: Supplementary
Effect: With this technique the Bard is capable of pinpointing the location of a noise within a small area.
Special: ---
Drawback: Cannot be used to hear techniques that silent the user's movement. Must be trained multiple times.
Description: Bards are around sounds constantly and all their training in the musical arts hones their hearing. They are capable of further training their ability to hear to allow them to listen and precisely pinpoint the location a sound is coming from as long as it is within ten meters of themselves. They can continue to train their ability to pinpoint the location of a sound to increase the distance it can be pinpointed from by ten meters each time, capping off at fifty meters.
Limit: Art of the Bard
Trained: 2 out of 5

Again hearing a rather loud applause, this time, the sound came from an altogether different location, though he could tell that the origin was the same. Basing this entirely on the sound of the clapping being entirely similar to the earlier clapping, there was but one thing that bothered him a bit. Though it might seem small and insignificant to some, the fact that Hamura had not heard a single footstep from Ajari when he moved across the room troubled him. Though the sound of the bells might have muffled some of it, to have gone unnoticed still bothered the young ninja.
When he heard the sound of a bell which seemed to be located at a larger distance from him, he turned his gaze towards it, or at least where his eyes told his brain the sound was coming from. Given the fact that he was under some kind of illusion again, chances were that he was doing everything all wrong, or that he might even be imagining the bells to begin with. Regardless, he still tried following the sound of the bells to their origins, all the while also trying to pick up the faintest sound of footsteps that might give away Ajari's location to him.
When a loud cackling chuckle resounded through the interior of the temple, Hamura was having some trouble in pinpointing the exact location due to the fact that it was echoing, bouncing from place to place. After allowing the boy to try and locate the sound for a bit, the Daitengu started talking to him about all of these tricks being things Hamura could learn too. Before he could though, he needed to first master his own hearing and auditory senses. Claiming that this was both for the sake of training and because it might save his life one day when his eyes could not be trusted, Hamura really had no choice but to oblige.
