Tomomi continued pacing. It was a slow and deliberate walk about the perimeter of Kusagakure. He thought briefly about how the stinging cold air affected Tomo less now that he had a nice fur coat. But then, moving his focus back to current endeavors, Tomo looked upon the outside of the village. He couldn't help but sigh, though. The hidden grass village truly was in the middle of nowhere.

He hadn't seen anything outside the village, not even a peep. No living creatures within a hundred and fifty meters to be seen or heard from. It wasn't especially surprising, but definitely disappointing and boring. Tomo expected to see bears, and deer, dogs, wolves and other furry woodland creatures. It was winter, but that didn't particularly matter to Tomo.

Tomo unreasonably expected creatures to defy their instincts in order to amuse him. That was only the natural order of things, wasn't it? Tomomi examined a few bugs here and there, but they were few and far between. Perhaps one bug every hundred meters or so. Wasn't this rather odd? It was definitely cold, but not THAT cold. Tomo didn't care though. He'd leave any sort of investigation to the professionals.

Tomo persisted in his absent-minded pacing around the village. His vision was surely improving by the moment. His purposeful determination was sure to produce results soon. Tomomi ambled in a mostly straight line, only turning slightly to avoid any obstacles in his path. His peaceful adventure drew little attention, and for good measure too. He didn't especially care to explain his current situation.

His eyes remained thoroughly fixed upon the earth around him as he stepped. He strained to expand the sphere of sight he was blessed with, but not too hard. He didn't wish to hurt himself, and only attempted to achieve results within reason. He'd never again waste effort to obtain something out of his reach. Culmination was something that Tomo had come to expect more from time, rather than perseverance.

Tomo's mind wandered, but quickly he shook it back to current events. The earth was... just as he'd left it before he lost focus. Only a couple of moments had passed, but once again nothing happened. He sighed and moved along. More trees, more bugs, more dirt. Surely he'd find something more interesting soon.

Tomo pressed onward, feeling closer by the moment to reaching his goals. His steps took him slowly further and further around the village. He was probably about a third of the way around the edge of the village now. He'd covered a rather considerable distance, considering how slow he'd been moving. His vision improved slightly once again, allowing him to see a little further into the forest again.

He was unimpressed by his progress, having grown somewhat numb to his progression. He was waiting for an extreme revelation or evolution to happen, and nothing of the sort had occurred. His steps took him around another corner, changing the direction of his journey. He paced unexhaustingly towards his goal, peering thoughtlessly out of the village, as if yearning for its freedom.

Perhaps he'd grown bored of being considered under anybody. Idiotic weaklings that are higher ranked that Tomo... it makes no sense. His eyes narrowed as those thoughts crossed his mind. Shaking away the pessimistic attitude, he focused briefly on the edge of his surroundings once more. He used his recently thoroughly expanded vision to keep an eye on the wildlife, or lack thereof.

Tomo halted suddenly. Something entirely different from what he'd been surveying caught his eye. It was a bar. To be specific, it was a dive bar. The shittiest sort of bar that you'd never go to, unless of course you're that sort of person. Tomomi inconspicuously walked to the bar and sat down on a bench two doors down. From this spot he could watch the unfolding events transpiring in the bar.

There wasn't a specific person that drew his attention in the bar. He'd grown thoroughly bored with his previous efforts, and decided to move onto something different. Perhaps he'd witness an argument of some kind, or even better... a fight! Tomo considered possible methods for instigating a fight without being directly involved in the provocation.

Tomo sat excitedly, feigning ignorance and appearing to mind his own business. His eyes fell upon the patrons of the bar, who sat, judging the people outside of their cliques. Perhaps there were different gangs there? Mafia? Probably not, but it would be awesome if that happened. Tomo examined their capabilities thoroughly. Most of them were physically strong, and very few had any chakra ability whatsoever.

The bar was lively in a sort of... stressful kind of way. Other than those directly involved, Tomo was probly the only person who saw events unfolding. There were several individuals on either side of the bar, who now stared at eachother intently. It was extremely tense, and it looked as if they were going to erupt into combat at any moment. Occasionally a chair scooted accidentally, which incited sideways glances.

They were definitely going to fight extremely soon. Either that or they were all pussies, and nothing was going to happen. Occasionally one of them moved to take a swig of their drink, and the rest flinched instinctively. The air seemed to shake impressively during the stressful exchange of cowardly intimidating stares. What were they waiting for?

Were they going to fight any time soon? Tomomi didn't especially have a place to be, but he didn't wanna sit on this bench all day long. If only Tomo had a way to make them think the other party had started their assault. Tomo searched for the biggest, dumbest looking guy among them, and stared intensely. If anybody was going to instigate a fight it'd be him. Then Tomo thought.

Tomo's impatience grew. He stared at the man from a distance intently, as if attempting to force his thoughts into his head. He repeated the same thought over and over again. Fight. Occasionally it seemed like the guy reacted, but only coincidentally. Tomo wasn't actually speaking to the fellow. Finally, a nervous young barmaid reached out to an empty glass and bumped it off of the table.

YES! The brawl finally broke out! Men ran across the empty space in the middle of the bar and started striking eachother with the intent to kill. They grabbed anything they could get their hands on to use as weapons. Chairs, bottles, tables, banister supports. It didn't matter. Tomo erupted in an entirely amused laughter, thoroughly examining each and every movement.

None of them were especially good at fighting, but some of them were strong physically. Definitely not as strong as Tomo, who'd been training in Taijutsu and Chakra arts for his whole life. They battered and beat eachother thoroughly. Some of them showing extreme amounts of durability, to the point that they could take hits that would normally kill a person. Tomo was somewhat impressed for sure.

HEHEHE YES the fight was on! The angry, probably idiotic brutes went at it, pummeling eachother thoroughly. It was a sight to see, but also sort of disappointing in an odd way. Weren't they just... too weak? Even breaking furniture on their heads did hardly anything. Like when you pick the tank class in an MMO and you do a fraction of the damage the other classes do.

They moved so slow too. They were even running slower then Tomo could've imagined. Perhaps he was used to watching ninja running faster than a person can see? Either way they were weak. He thought even seeing a small scale weak fight would be enough to entertain him, but he was done. He got up off of the bench, and started walking away. He took one last look as he walked by the door on his way back to his business.

and then a bottle flew past his head. As the bottle hit the wall behind him, Tomo turned his head menacingly towards the patrons of the bar. His eyes were wide in annoyance. He had that sort of 'now u done it' grin on his face. He was going to leave them alone and go back to his own business. Now he definitely wasn't going to. If Tomo didn't kill them all, it'd be a miracle.

The fight halted as soon as the bottle flew out the entrance of the bar. Tomo slowly and scarily stepped into the bar. The smile on his face seemed to extend all the way to his ears by this point. They'd all completely forgotten about their quarrels, and were staring at Tomo in a sort of disgusted but also frightened way. They didn't know who he was, but if they survived the night they definitely would.

Tomo's footsteps echoed throughout the silent bar mightily. The creaking hardwood groaned slightly with each step. This was probably the moment where some kind of dialogue should ensue, but Tomo couldn't. He was laughing. He had that sort of menacing, but lovable cackle. He was going to kill them all, wasn't he? Tomo's eyes lit up as he examined them more closely than he did before.

They were weak, in fact even weaker than his previous assessment. Weak physically, and even weaker as far as chakra is concerned. They were just regular idiots, that happened to live in a ninja village. It wouldn't be surprising if even the weakest genin would be able to dispatch all of these men. Maybe not all at once, but getting to the point, Tomo could easily kill all of them, and was going to.

Just then, two of them lunged towards Tomo. Good. At this point it was self defense for Tomo to destroy all of them completely. At least something interesting was going to happen. Tomo grabbed them both by the face simultaneously, and used their momentum to change their trajectories. He then smashed the sides of their heads together. They both slid to the ground together, probably dead, or at least close to it.

And with that, the others knew what was happening. Even if they ran, they'd still be dead. One after another they ran at Tomo, hoping to at least land some kind of hit. Some of them had knives, table legs, broken glasses, or anything they could get their hands on. It didn't matter though. From Tomo's perspective it seemed like they were all running in slow-motion.

Tomo dispatched each and every thug carefully and skillfully. He laid them to rest with precise Jyuuken strikes, each one intending to kill. He didn't care for sealing their chakra points, but his chakra needles could thoroughly cripple a regular individual. Each palm strike or finger thrust left another man on the ground in a groaning heap of pain and agony.

Tomo reveled in the astonished expressions on their faces. They probably had never encountered a person quite as strong as Tomo. An oddly dressed boy walked into their bar and started killing each and every one of their men. The two gangs had put aside their differences for the sake of survival, but it didn't matter. Tomo was still killing them. Or at least severely injuring them.

Some of them probably weren't dead, but perhaps crippled. They fell one after another, into heaps on the floor. Tomo planned their demise carefully. He didn't let a single man fall on top of another. He moved around the bar so as to not let the bodies pile up. The men fell down onto the floor, with their chakra systems crippled, coupled with extremely debilitating internal injuries.

If they weren't dead they'd probably never be able to function the way they had before. They'd regret the day they mistakenly almost hit Tomo with that bottle. At least this was mostly exciting, whereas walking away would've continued to be boring. This was a somewhat exciting continuation of his disappointment. Their weak forms rushed forward, only to end up on the floor unconscious.

Description: Starting at "D" Class a Soulcaster can assault the soul of another. This attack is a 15 meter ray of soft blue light. The user attacks one person by extending their arm out. This attack hits the insides of the user, affects their very life force. At first it doesn't cause much damage however the higher the more the user learns the deadlier the technique becomes. The attack leaves no physical damage, but creates internal damage against the user's life line. People said it feels like having a heart attack while having lost of breathe. Each time learned the user is capable of shooting this technique 5 meters extra. Technique may travel 10 meters per second plus 5 meters per Class Level.
After 50 meters user must train an extra 10 TP per tech - TP Does not go down by Class Level. Searing Soul does an extra 5 Armour Points of Damage.

Tomo was done with this. He was done abusing his thoroughly superior Taijutsu skills in order to brutalize these thugs. In a sudden rush of kind thoughts, Tomo considered that these men were probably innocent. The bottle they threw had probably been an accident, and they only intentionally involved their own kind in their brawling. But Tomomi shook those thoughts away as quickly as they formed.

No... These fellows definitely deserved immense pain for something, right? If only as pawns designed for relieving his boredom. With that, Tomo's soul reached out gently towards one of the men yet to run forward. A wisp that surely none of these men could see wafted outwards, and then savagely ran into him in a manner invisible to a normal person's eyes.

The man fell into an unconscious and maimed mentally. Tomo smirked briefly, upon realizing the potential for such a technique. Well, it probably wasn't that great, but it'd be fun to use on weaklings like this. With the next confused, frightened thug, Tomo tried to make his soul move faster. The soul moved outwards, and stabbed into his ethereal form maliciously. The poor fellow slumped, having been broken just like his comrades.

Cap of this technique is 200 meters. Capping increases damage by an extra 5 Armour Points. If the target is undead, the Soulcaster assaults the tethers that bind the body to the material plane, inflicting half the damage instead. This attack has no effect on constructs.

Tomo was just about to wrap up his retribution. His justice was nearly entirely inflicted. These men, if they survived, would know not to fuck with Tomomi anymore. It's not like it's hard to recognize him as he walks by. Just don't throw shit near him, and he'll leave you alone... probably. The last few of the thugs ran towards Tomo, and most of them collapsed, one after the other.

However, one had managed to get near Tomo. But he was out of breath, almost completely. The frightened man panted exhaustively before reaching out to futilely punch the much stronger Tomo. His fist tapped weakly against Tomo's torso. Tomo couldn't help but chuckle, while he grabbed the frightened man by his shirt and lifted him up above Tomo's head.

With the soul energy Tomo'd been attacking this man with, he was on the verge of death. But instead of letting him fade away, Tomo halted his soul assault. He needed some sort of message to teach the survivors of his small-scale massacre. With one last beaming glare, Tomo spoke to the man,

"You've fucked up."

He said, and with one last soul strike, the man was left to hit the ground. Entirely unconscious.

Effect: Rider gains control with their Air Tricks. The Rider gains over control, turning, agility, breaking as well as performing basic Air Treck Tricks over large surfaces with a minimum size of 1 meter.

Description: A training technique. The Rider practices with their Air Trecks and are able to control. Practicing their control incorporates speed, stamina, movement, and overall control of Tricks that are incorporated with the Air Trecks. With this technique the Rider will be able to control their Air Trecks within surfaces that have the smallest range of 1 meter in width. The Rider is able to learn and control Tricks that are "D" and "C" Rank in strength.
Limit: Must learn within the Air Treck Arts.

Tomo vacated the bar. The thugs were all either dead or severely injured. Probably crippled - physically or mentally. The innocent people working the bar were in the corner, shivering. Probably also scarred. But just then, somebody rode past rapidly on some kind of contraption. Tomo called out to them, and asked them to let Tomo try riding them. Air Trecks, he called them.

It took a bit to get the hand of riding them, even without the motors running. After adjusting his sense of balance, and riding back and forth for an hour or so, he turned the batteries on. This was where things got dicey. Tomo didn't care though, and quickly adjusted to the increase in potential speed and jumping ability. The cushions in the Air Trecks were an interesting concept that Tomo could not seem to understand, even with his crafting experience. Regardless, it could be said that Tomo's now a novice Air Treck rider.

After much insistence, Tomo was finally coerced into giving the man his Air Trecks back, and sparing his life as well. With that, Tomo was on his way.
