The setting is a small clearing in a forest just outside of the Mist Village. There is a small lake in the center of the open space, and there is some flora growing on its banks. The sky is clear and the sun shines brightly. Birds can be heard chirping in the trees and the occasional small woodland animal can be seen scurrying about. It's a nice, peaceful, quiet setting.
Part 1: Ekitai Mitosis
As Iname walked out to the small lake, he took the time to notice the beautiful flora of the area. He took notice of the tranquility of the area, soon to be disrupted by his training. He chose to train near a lake for a specific reason. And that was so he would not die. The Ekitai people need to replenish the water in their bodies after performing jutsus to maintain life, and so he would practice near a lake so that he could replenish his water reserves.
He had been tired upon approaching the lake, but with thoughts of training in his mind, renewed vigor was sent surging through his body. It was time to begin. He pulled from his jacket the scroll that his father had given him. His first jutsu would be the Zerii Bushin.
"A glob of jelly? Where do I create it?" he said to himself. He shrugged, for this would not be how he started training. Instead, he would begin to form the handseals needed for this jutsu. "Rabbit, Tiger, Dog..." he thought as he slowly performed the handseals. He did this repeatedly so that he could perform the handseals quickly in battle if needed. After about half an hour of continuous handseals, Iname felt that he was fast enough to be able to perform the jutsu in mid-battle.
The idea of this jutsu was not to split the nucleus into two seperate nuclei, but to use cytokinesis to split the cytoplasm instead. So, performing the handseals, Iname focused chakra around a large mass of his own cytoplasm. Using the chakra cage, he brought it up to his throat and then, in one large stream, spewed it forth onto the ground in front of him. The large mass of jelly did nothing but sit there, and Iname began to read over the scroll again. (285/300 Dehydration Slots)
It would seem that the chakra that was mixed with the glob of jelly would be what gave it form. How it would do this, Iname had no idea. But with time, perhaps it would come to him. For now, he had another idea on his mind until he could make a jelly clone with just chakra. "Rabbit, TIger, Dog!" he again thought as he performed the handseals respectively. This time as he isolated a large portion of his cytoplasm, he also divided his nucleus, but only slightly. It was an uneven division. In fact, it was extremely uneven. The small portion of nucleus he had given the mass of jelly was almost unnoticeable in the transparent membrane. He had given it just enough genetic material in which the mass of jelly could hopefully take shape.
As he spat forth the jelly substance, it began to mold slightly. Slowly, the jelly rose and began to form legs. However, the legs were slightly misshapen. Over time, the legs actually looked like Iname's legs. "Too slow..." he thought as he watched the mass rise slowly. Destroying the mass of jelly, Iname began to think. He walked over to the lake and began to wade around in the water, slowly regaining water to add to his mass. (300/300 Dehydration Slots)
As he walked around about knee-high in the lake, a thought dawned on him. Perhaps the chakra is molded as it exits the users body! Deciding to test this idea, Iname executed the handseals, gathering chakra within his body. The chakra would again cage parts of his cytoplasm and rise to his throat. "Here we go..." he thought. Taking a deep breath, he began to spew forth the large mass of jelly. As it passed thorugh his mouth, Iname sent chakra forth and molded it as fast as he could.
To his delighted surprise, the jelly glob began to take form. Much faster than it had with a piece of the genetic material. However, the shape was very crude, and only slightly resembled Iname's form. It was of course a human shape, but the features on its body were disfigured and barely looked like Iname. The only similarity between the two was the general shape. (285/300 Dehydration Slots)
As he commanded the clone to disperse, Iname realized something. The parts of him that he used to create the clone were still living parts of his body, but this thought would be used in later training. For now, he was going to give it one more try. He again performed the handseals and gathered the mass of jelly within his body. As it came together in his throat, he again spewed it forth onto the ground before him. As it exited his mouth, he would send a steady flow of chakra to mold the clone. But again, the features were transfigured and looked nothing lie Iname. He sighed, and went to take a break in the lake. As he walked in, he restored the body mass he had lost. Now, he lay underwater in the lake, simply resting. Thinking of ways to perform this jutsu...

Jelly Clones (Zerii Bushin)
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: One jelly clone is created by the user. When one is destroyed, jelly substance is scattered everywhere and two jelly clones form as a result. Every time a jelly clone destroyed, two more are created, overwhelming the opponent.
Special: Rabbit, Tiger, Dog
Drawback: The clones are only able to do minor punches and kicks.
Description: The Ekitai quickly creates the three hand seals and creates a large glob of jelly. It is thrown on the ground and quickly takes the identical form of the owner, however without a nucleus. The only way of getting rid of them is by freezing them or evaporating them.
Limit: Ekitai Bloodlimit

Mugen Korosu (Infinite Breath)
Rank: D
Skill: Ninjutsu, Supplementary
Effect: People under the Ekitai bloodlimit are able to breath underwater for as long as they’d like.
Special: ---
Drawback: Some jutsus may not work underwater.
Description: Due to the evolution of the Sagasu Tribe, the Ekitai are able to breath underwater without the need to come up for oxygen. This may serve as an advantage for hiding from an opponent near bodies of water and surprise attack them. Remaining underwater is also a method of “relaxing” in order to become more energized.
Limit: Must belong to the Ekitai bloodlimit.
