Ight so here’s the deal peoples.

Kisai has black hair and his face appeal consist of Oral Blue eyes with a pinch of white on the outerline.He wears glasses when needed to , but most likely never does.he has a birth mark located on the side of his rib cage and wears black jeans with a black t- shirt.he also wheres thick souled boots that are in all black and he had a chain on the outside of he pocket.And he also has two pockets on both sides of his pants to carry material and items if needed.

Ok so here is the deal. What is quoted above is the exact appearance of Kazeraikou. Why am I quoting this? (First off, the link didn’t work, and I had to find it, so fix that.)

As he closed in on the obviously missing ninja the symbol on the headband gained more clarity in his eyes. He recognized the symbol from the exams a sign of the mist village.

Now I don’t know about you guys, but where in his description does it mention a visible head hand, let alone a slashed mist one in plain view? I mean seriously, no one ever slashes their head bands when they go missing. So there is the first sign of conflict. Partial metagaming based off assumed information.

2. Nothing serious here, but I will beat you people into the dirt. Start quoting some jutsu from now on. Assuming Kaz used Ryuugan activation rank C?

3. Still me commentating as I read. I love the lack of detail to positioning and what not. Very disgusting. (Yes, I’ll get to the technicalities as I read more and more, remember this is chronological to the thread.)

Scatter where? Surely not too far from him. Pay attention to jutsu descriptions.

Also, wasn’t Marii with her back to the sun? Why were you able to see the jutsu? I can partially understand, like after they scatter, but her and the kunai? Where is this drawback of the eye I see not rp’ed >_>.

5. Just curious… Marii you stated that Kaz wouldn’t be able to look at the sun due to the ryuugan right? So why are you able to be in/surrounded/look at fire?... Just a thought.

6. Skipping ahead a bit… Past Masa and Lash’s judgements seeing as that was agreed upon…

7. Alright, so I’m at the bottom of the thread. Now let me get this straight. Marii has left, Kaz has left. Its just Talo and the Uchiha? Now with that said, this is indeed very messed up. The time line has been completely distorted and tinkered with. Now Talo, keep in mind that their actions happen at the same time as do yours I believe, so every one’s six seconds are the same. To take a preemptive measure to counter your very own as they happen is very fine and dandy, but that doesn’t seem to be the case in here. It seems to me, from what jibberish I’ve read, that Talo performed his tracking techniques immediately after launching the attack. And it seems to be that Uchiha didn’t relocate himself till after setting up the tower and taking the strike, correct? Now based on this, after Talo made his tracking skills all fine and dandy, he launched an attack which would have been quite difficult for Uchiha to see right?... And what does Uchiha do? He fires off piercing winds before Talo can launch his attack, because Talo’s eyes are closed from the jutsu. But wait, whats this? Talo did his actions immediately after he attacked… Does anyone else see the problem here with the time? Talo performed his tracking right after the attack, and uchiha takes the attack, and than hides, and tries to prevent the tracking?

Can you say “Not enough time to perform the actions?”

That’s my verdict, plain and simple. This whole thread is a very conglomerate disgusting pile of confusion and ripping open of the time/space continuum.

Whats that mean now you ask?

It means Uchiha ran outta time to perform his attacks to “preemptively” stop Talo, and Talo launched his without hindrance of tracking, and fully knows where Uchiha is, ergo his attack is hitting.

But what? You don’t understand? Wha?

More Simple terms: Uchiha crammed too much in too little time.
Uchiha fails at stopping Talo.
Talo attacks Uchiha
Uchiha is out of time
Uchiha takes the hit.

Simple enough I hope?

Omg, why couldn't I put that into words??? That was exactly my point, and I believe I was misunderstood when I was trying to explain Yajuu's time problem there and the preemptive counter measures. Adero has explained perfectly what I was getting at, and the reason I even bothered disputing.

Speaking of bothering to dispute. Really, is it the latest trend to accuse Staff of biases and non-compliance to members? Its an online rp board, we all know I really get a high throwing around my very prestigious position >> I have taken all this time arguing with you over the matter, does it seem like I am abusing my powers if I am calling in countless mods to look over everything I say? The accusations are unneeded, look at the logic, thats whats needed.

OOC: I guess I should say my part. I'll post the revamped version of the activation:

Ryuugan Activation.
Rank: “C” Rank.
Skill: Bloodlimit jutsu/Ninjutsu.
Effect: Activates the Ryuugan. Makes the users senses more sensitive. If someone for example is reading a letter 15 meters away, you'll read it with ease. The vision range widens from 180 degrees to 210. You will also be able to use the Kazeraikou clans Eastern attacks. Jutsus based on lightning will be amplified, and the user can control very strong lightning ninjutsus with lower risks than those who don't have Ryuugan. Wind jutsus might be easier to perform, depending how good you are to control chakra. Genjutsu and ninjutsu specialists should be able to do that.
Special: Dragon. Have to know lightning release and how to read.
Drawback: Takes a little chakra.
Description: The user are now able to control small winds (change their direction, fly on them if they have an umbrella or a fan, make them weaker/stronger) and anything electric (but can't control things/others jutsus with high power. Jounins or “B”-ranked shinobis can maximum control “C”-rank lightning jutsus. That means that they can weaken the jutsu a teeny little bit, change direction a bit or slow it down so they can avoid it).
Limit: Must be member of the Kazeraikou clan.

Since the senses are more sensitive (in this case, vision), Kasai might find it hard to look directly at the sun. And fire isn't as bright as sunlight (unless it's the middle of the night, but I suppose this thread is going on in daylight). Plus, I stated that I got trouble with my eyes (as well as my lungs) when I was in the forest:

Alright, the two day rule has passed, however with the amount of arguing and debate that went on, it will be extended a few more hours. 9 o'clock EST is fair in my mind, as my post was made at around 5, and then Adero got around to explaining the entire situation and giving a ruling 4 hours later.

Hakari heard the thud before he saw it, the first clumsy action he had seen the Uchiha preform. The body slung outward from the foliage, misshapenly strewn across the forest floor. Quick to react, the hunter would be upon the shinobi with a flicker, vanishing only to appear with katana pointed right at the back of the deserters neck. The blade remained unmoving, the face of the Sakurai stoic and emotionless. Still expressionless, Hakari would lay the flat of his blade against the fallen's shoulder, firmly lifting the dead weight and flipping the Uchiha to face the sky. The breathing was evident, but he was most definitely unconscious, the chuunin concluded after a quick examination under the eyelid. Sighing audibly, he'd fix the katana to his back with a gentle click, hands disappearing into the folds of his jacket.

Long lengths of wire would be revealed, coiling around Hakari's arm as he retrieved what seemed an endless supply. All but a matter of moments was all it would take to completely restrain the shinobi, subduing the hands with counter balancing knots to both the feet and around the neck. While standing, Hakari would make one final yank and each coil would tighten and lock into place. Drawing the weight over his shoulder, the chuunin would begin his trek back, one of little accomplishment but more of annoyance. Legs tensed, the Cloud shinobi pounced into the trees, leaping out of site and towards the village. Something should be done about that fire, he thought idly.
