Mariis eyes looked closely at her cousin. As soon as the eagle had attacked him with the jutsu, he disappeared underground. 'F***!!! Kasai-kun actually know how to use doton jutsu! Kami, it will be impossible to find him now...!' thought the girl and punched the ground while yelling a string of foul words.
Suddenly, a tree landed four feets behind her, and the kuinochi begun coughing violently. "Hoy, Marii-sama, are you all right!?" yelled Kaiou. 'I have two burns that needs treatment...a semi-paralyzed leg and probably a lot of smoke in my lungs...I can't chase Kasai-kun now, I need to get to the hospital' thought the female.
"Kaiou, come down here please. We need to get back to Kumo immidiately!" yelled the blue-eyed girl before she coughed once more. The bird landed in front of the human, and felt her crawl up on her back. The cutting wind had cutted down several trees in the area, and the bird took off.
"Well, at least we know that Kasai-kun is doing fine. As for that other Cloud shinobi....let's hope he doesn't kill Yajuu-kun or Kasai-kun" muttered the brunette, clinging to the birds neck before they flied towards the moutain where the village was laying. 'We better get the fire brigade here as well...' thought the female.

Yajuu, can you please explain to me why exactly you ignored my Piercing Winds? I really hope you are not proposing those needles would stop it. Your defense I believe will not suffice, and you are going to take the hit. Perhaps if you had done something more tangible, but as your actions stand, you would take the B rank in the heart. I will have someone second this, or disagree.

Mmm, I'm going to agree with Talo. Yajuu's attack may have weakened the winds slightly, but because the jutsu were of the same element, I'm going to go with one over powers the other, and that Talo's attack gets through. The lethality may have been reduced slightly due to obsticals, but a blast to the heart is still going to leave you hurting.

<sub>The young foe had been under the ground for a while now, he felt many pains run through his legs as his chakara began to lower and his energy began to drain. All he could think about was escaping such a jutsu that he wouldn't get hurt from the damage if he came up for air. As Kasai continued to swim through the debree of rocks and soil around him, the ravened haired boy felt trees continue to fall as the ground got hotter from the flamesabove earths surface. I hope Yajuu and Marii ok and even Talo, but if they dont get out of that forest they all could sufficate. Kasai would then stop thinking for a moment as he listened arouns him to hear that there were no trees falling around him. And that the ground was getting cooler, sending a message to Kasai's brain that he was almost out of the whole situation. Coughing once then twice the aroma of fire and dirt around him ran up his nose as he began to rush forward to an area where he was out of the attack. Moving fiercely Kasai pushed with force and his strength, seeing that eh didn't have that much energy it wasn't going so well.

But Kasai continued paying no attention to the smell and pain from his body, but connecting to a small area in his brain telling him to keep moving. This help him tremendously carrying his weight to keep moving made Kasai push harder, but the thought of his cousing and soon to be friend kept entering his mind. A thought then ran through brain as he thougth for a moment. Somenone could be following me right now I need to make something to block off the path so they wont be able to find me. Kasai would then stop where he was and create a set fo handselas, as he would then stick his hands outward into the dirt aorund him and wait as the rocks and soil began to move. Kasai was now controlling the rocks and dirt around him as he formed to boulder to stick into the path, at which he had created. This was great, then suddenly another thought came into his mind, this time helping him get out of this situation quicker. The ravened haired boy would then create another set of handseals and then force his hands and arms back into the dirt as he would wait to notice the dirt and rocks began to slowly mold around his arms and hands.

Kasai would then watch as he arms got haevier and hands made his wrist fall. a smile rose upon Kasai's face, as he would then begin to swim forward knocking and crushing the dirt in front of him out of the way the rocks from his arms and hands made a big impact on the earths surface around him. Kasai was now moving faster even though the soil and rocks were holding his arms down a little. After a while Kasai felt the gorund nice and calm there were no trees falling and no sound of electricity aorund him. Kasai knew he was safe as he would start to rise up with confidence that this was the point of his exit from such a country. Once he was at the top Kasai knew he was safe there was nothing near and the trees were nice and green. While the smoke would siece to an exsistence around him. This was good and Kasai was now free as he would sit down on the cold ground and rest for a quick second as he knew he had to keep moving and that he was no where near done traveling form the Land of Thunder.</sub>

OOC: Did Marii just say where the hidden village was as she stated birds neck before they flied towards the moutain where the village was laying. But I still dont know where. But yeah the fire is still spreading very harshly because no one has attempted to put it out with wtaer. With that said the Land of cloud is being set on fire spreading all around.

Drawback: Must be learned more and more in order to be capable of performing better, and capable of producing more Rock like formations for other types of techniques. Can not be used on Sand
Description: What occurs is that the user takes the time to push down into the ground their own chakra. As the user does this the user takes the earth like materials found within the ground which is the components of soil as they begin to formulate and harden them all around in order to create harden rock like materials. The user may slam their hands against the ground in order to use this technique or just by pushing their chakra down to the ground. A user can gain the capability of grabbing onto the very ground and molding a piece of earth into a hardened like rock. The more the user learns and the higher the Difficulty class the user becomes the more they are capable of mastering this type of technique. When first learned the user is only capable of formulating rock into the size of their hand. When the user learns the "C" Rank version this type increases to five meters in radius. Each time learned after that the distance increases by ten feet giving a total distance of thirty five meters in a radius distance. For each Difficulty class the User is the larger number this distance becomes. Each Difficulty class after C The distance increases by Ten meters. This means that if a user becomes S Rank in Difficulty Class and learns the S Rank Version of this technique the user is capable of formulating Rock within a Seventy Five meters Radius.

Drawback: Makes arms heavier and limits Jutsus that are able to be performed while in use.
Description: Creating the hand signs in order of Tiger, Ox, Snake and Rat user then slams both arms down into the earth with considerable force to divert their chakra down into the ground to channel hardened earth and rock up the user’s arms. Once finished the user’s arms are covered in rock with a thin stretch that travels along the shoulders to connect the two rock covered limbs. While user’s arms become heavier and their hands are no longer able to perform Jutsu that require hand signs they are able to strike with considerable more strength as well as the defensive advantage the arms provide.

I think my post was very misunderstood. i never tried to make the jutsu's clash. What happened was i took action before you shot off your piercing winds. As your thermal sonar jutsu states you must close your eyes while performing it. I simply stated i saw you with your eyes closed then moved in to attack. Before you ever shot off the piercing winds. On the bases that each player can only "attempt" to perform a technique .Right?

Then you have the time line very messed up Yajuu, because I clearly state in my post that the Piercing Wind is shot off directly after the electricity passes through you. You state in your following post..

Indicating you have already taken the damage from the Lightning technique, and so the technique is already on its way at you. My only reasoning you used the needles as a counter measure was because of this. Edit nao s'il vous plait.

OOC: I might have said it indirectly where the village location was, but there should be more than one mountain that is shrouded in mist.
I mean, if there was only one large mountain shrouded in mist, it would have been too suspicious. And after I have flied into the mist, nobody can see (if they're not very close) where I'm heading. I could have flied over that mountain as a shortcut for example.

OOC: Yeah, but I don't think the clue is very big. If the mountain is in a chain (which I think it might be), the chances of finding the correct mountain is smaller. But if you search for it long enough, you might find it eventually.

Umm i still diasagree. I state there are surges of pain occuring during the time i was in the tree. Not that their was just one huge surge, that you detected. So for the technique to already be on its way at me, you would have to had located me as soon as i flickered into the tree. Another thing is that i never stated you were out of my vision, nor did you state you were out of my vision. You stated i couldnt detect the attack but you never said why, other than it was super fast or something like that. And even if the winds were extremely fast or undetectable to my eyes, you still had to perform two other jutsus just to locate me then perform the handseals for the technique.

The process of finding you began directly after the Lightning attack was launched, as it is only common sense to back yourself up. Either you find them dead, or you find them hiding. In your case, you were found hiding. Any surge what so ever would have given you away, there is no major, or minor involved.

I only state the attack is near undetectable is because of the circumstances, and the jutsu itself. You, just being struck with lightning, flickering off into the trees, and then looking for both me, and perhaps a technique I might be launching? Not to mention the surroundings and the already low visibility. The technique is invisible wind, a tough thing to locate as well as react to because of the speed. Now, I ask you edit because the time line suggests (based on the beginnings of your post, note this can not be changed at this point ^_~) the technique would be well on its way to you as you fire the needles, if not getting to you when you perform the jutsu.

The process of finding me couldnt have been launched as soon as the lightning attack was launched, because i wasnt hiding immediatly. During the time off your launch we were both basically face to face. Until i structured the rod, then i hid. You would have had to notice that i was gone first. You might have posted it this way but i really dont see why you would have immediately activated your heat seeking vision as soon as your lightning attack was launched when we were just eye to eye, unless it was just an excuse not to be blinded by the flash bomb. Also nothing that deals with chakra is invisible to an uchiha. and once again though you stated you located me and began to prepare for the technique. That is still only an 'attempt' to get that far. If i was able to find an opening in your actions that allowed me to act before your piercing wind was launched, (which i did) i am completely able to do that. My post was just a basic counter.

anyways visibility shouldn't be that low either. atleast for me anyways....i guess, for there may be rising smoke but other than that there really isn't that much visual hinderance. i stated the cover around me wasnt all that great which serves as a positive and a negative, so if there really isnt that much cover that leaves me free to to observe almost anything i wish without much hinderance at all.

Fine, if you want to mess with the time line, I have no problem. However, your needles are an attempt (you are completely misconstruing the idea of that btw >>) as well. Seriously, what is stopping me from just posting saying my Piercing Winds is already set in motion as you fire your needles, thus I pierce through (thank you Panda) and we continue as normal. In reality, you are just drawing things way far out, and so you only have yourself to blame for the utter boredom of this thread =_= we could have been done with this.

I will be making a post now doing exactly that, and you know what, its going to go right through your needles, and into your heart just like Panda has said.

It seemed he did not have to wait long however, as his razor sharp eyes currently in their second state detected the disturbance in the surrounding foliage. Knowing not what the assault was, Hakari would perform the best defense possible, and that was to cover himself to the fullest extent. Hand seals flashed before him, eyes still alert. The minute scales of the hunter hardened at his beckoning, the pressuring taking over his body moments before the pain struck. The blade held in front of him was first to feel the impact, unseen forces crashing into the steel and making him lose step. His upper bicep and left thigh stung in a staggered fashion, his yelp held back as he attempted to keep watching his jutsu in progress. The hardened scales lessened the blow, drawing little blood and kept the wounds shallow. For this he was grateful, yet the hunter clenched his jaw in anticipation for how his enemy would fare.

The hunter's excitement grew, the pain melting into the thrill of the kill. It would seem not only would the prey be occupied with the lightning coursing through his body, lack of visible registry of his technique, but now also after recovering from preforming a technique of his own. The needles may have slowed the shot slightly, but they could not deter the assassination technique from its target. The deserter would feel pain, and plenty of it.

What is it going to take for anybody to understand that i attacked before you performed piercing winds? Did you or did you not perform the thermal sonar technique?

The thing stopping you from saying your piercing winds was set in motion as i performed my technique should be common sense. If you had managed to still get the technique off it would be missing horribly crashing straight into the tree where i was located. I obviously did not perform the roaring needles technique while still in the tree.

Now maneuvering from the leaves as swift as possible the uchiha would quickly inhale fillings his lungs with the surrounding air that had been slightly tainted by the lingering smoke, while simultaneously forming handseals. Only to instantly release the assault towards the shinobi's direction.

In reality im not whats dragging this thing out. Its your ignorance to my actions in my post is whats keeping us in ooc for so long.

Say im a hyuuga and someone post saying they used a lightbomb to blind me, then end up behind me to unleash a series of kicks sending me into the air only to hurl me down towards the ground. I respond by saying the moment i was blinded by the light bomb i activate Hakkeshou Nankan allowing me to heighten my senses so i can detect him coming near me to unleash the series of kicks, then i perform rotation canceling his actions of sending me into the air and hurling me onto the ground.

What your saying is that my response would have been "disturbing the timeline" thus as you call it borderline godmoding. I do not have to force myself to sit in the tree and wait for you to locate me and preform your piercing winds, i have all the right to act before then and the post still be reasonable.
