“Alright time for some training at last. Hopefully no random person will come after me. Now what should I learn?” Tieren said as he walked through the woods outside the Cloud Village. The air was brisk as a storm had just ended and it was nearing nightfall. He continued walking around as he looked through a scroll containing a lot of lightning ‘C’ ranked jutsus. “Let’s see, Oh this sounds good, and it definitely fits Drijedo.”

“Hmmm, maybe I should head home and try it on Father. This seems kinda tough to do by myself.” He said as he started the long road home. He was also trying out his new jumping technique as he went. He needed to master it so he might as well work on it. By thrusting his staff into the tree, he gave himself a place to stand. He then flipped around his staff, landing on the top, then jumped back off, pulling his staff with him. After doing this about 20 to 30 times, he looked back and saw the holes his staff had made in the trees. ‘Oops, didn’t think of that. Oh well, it works better ther just plain jumping, and its more fun.’ He thought as he then continued to follow that technique. If anyone care about the trees, they will just use a jutsu to fix the hole. It wasn’t his problem anymore.
After he ran out of trees, he had to rely on his speed to get him the rest of the way home. He eventually made it home. “I’m home. Father, are you here? I need your help with something.” He said as he took off his shoes and ran into the kitchen to see his mother cooking dinner. “Hey Tieren, how was your day today? I hope you haven’t been started any trouble today.” She said, worrying like any mother does. “Mother, I am a ninja now, stop treating me like a kid. Oh and by the way, I met my only teammate. His name is Kyuzu Mangekyo. He has the same dream that I have, to be the Raikage, so he is my friend and rival. Isn’t that cool? Oh and do you know where Father is?” He asked, anxious to begin training. “He had to go on a mission, he might not be back for a while.” She said, “Why? What do you need him for?” “I need to ask him if he can help me with training. Oh well. Hey, I know! I’ll go to the Drijedo dojo and ask Master Oplieate if he can help me. I’ll be home later, just save some dinner for me. Bye!” He said as he got his shoes back on and ran out the door. “Wait! Oh he’s gone already.” His mother said.
Tieren continued all the way until he got to the southern dojo of Drijedo. He presented his yellow Drijedo belt to the guards and was let in. He walked up to Master Oplieate and said as he bowed, “Master, I come asking a favor. As I am a ninja now, I must do training to get more jutsus, and there is one in particular I would like to learn. Would you be willing to assist me in my training?” The dojo master said, “Young one, you have gone through a great deal to be allowed to wear that headband of the Cloud Village. I am very proud of you. I will assist you if you join me in meditation. Your training will go much more smoothly if your senses are at their highest capability.” “I will join you master.” Tieren said as he started meditating with his master.
When they finished, 15 minutes later, Tieren read up on how to perform this jutsu. “Alright, I am ready to do this. Are you ready master?” He said getting in his Drijedo stance and awaited to train. “I am ready. Come at me!” Master Oplieate said. Tieren held the snake handsign as he said, “Raiton: Raikou no Ken!” He felt the chakra gather in his arms and then went after his master with his index and middle fingers, the common strike for Drijedo. He attacked the pressure point in his upper arm to paralyze that section of his arm. He could feel the chakra go through his fingers into his master’s body, but also felt a slight tingling in his fingers as he did. He pulled back noticing he missed the pressure point and attacked again, this time focusing more on concentrating his chakra. He went for the same pressure point as before and this time, he connected with the pressure point and appeared to do the jutsu correctly as he felt electricity surge through his finger tips and into his master’s arm. Feeling somewhat weakened from this, he decided to release the jutsu and take a rest. His master went to grab the elixir that would heal his pressure point, even though the sting from the electricity was still there. “You missed the pressure point the first time. Why is that?” His master asked. “Because I did not activate the San-Da-Dee beforehand. I am weak, allow me to rest and meditate more.” He requested walking back towards the resting room of the dojo.
While in the resting room, Tieren thought to himself ’Why didn’t the jutsu work the first time? What did I do wrong?’ He decided to rest and regain his strength there instead of going home right away.
Raiton: Raikou no Ken
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows the user the ability to send small jolts of electricity into the opponent with every hand-strike and arm block for three turns. Can be used in conjunction with most Taijutsu that deal with hand-strikes.
Special: Snake
Drawback: May backfire if user attacks a water clone or other water type barrier etc.
Description: User takes in a very deep breath and holds the snake handsign breifly while their chakra is diverted to their arms. With every punch or other hand strike, the user's chakra is sent out into the opponent's body in a small burst that is electrified. It doesn't cause paralysis immediately, but the strikes do accumulate and it adds to the power of each strike. Basically, you hit harder and you shock as well. A smaller shock is sent out whenever the user blocks an attack with their arms. It is significantly less severe, but it does cause discomfort to the opponent.
Limit: Lightning Release
