Plot: With the passing of the previous village leader, the elders of the Sunagakure panel have chosen a promising, up and coming ninja to lead Sunagakure. Areno Shugga will be instated at an outdoor Inauguration Dinner in his honor, where he will address the village's concerns and announce his plans for the village. Being served are a variety of foods Sunagakure is known for including huge slabs of meat and exotic fruits. The dinner will be held in the village square, open air and beginning at twilight, punctually.

Rules:No Fighting, Fights will broken up and instigators will be fined and punished to the fullest extent to the law.
