Description: With the security tightened she is still worried there might be some plot to harm her village from the outside and so she authorized any guards to follow/interact with anyone even outside the village to see what they are up to, however they are not authorized to kill their targets (only in life/death situations), but they can do anything other than that. Any guard doing this will not reveal the mission's purpose and will not say it was sanctioned by the village.
Objective: Follow people anywhere and interact with them [Can enter any thread in Mo without asking the creator except the Palace.]
Reward: 37,500 ryo + 20 honor points (Points can be claimed for better prices.)

Need someone to GM the above interactive mission for me and another member of the site. We have permission from Febrie/The Duchess of Mo to go on the mission. The plot and whatnot can be left up to you, but I do want some kind of focus on combat/danger so that my character Zuruel can grow slightly and master the use of his Sound Bullet technique that he's been working on for a while.

Objective: The masses have begun to revolt and taken to the streets. Subdue the crowd by non lethal methods, rescue and civilians caught up in the fray, and restore peace and order to the city.
Description:
The anger toward the new Tsuchikage has reached boiling point and the followers of the old have taken to the streets and begun to riot. Hundreds of angry protesters with molotov cocktails in hand entered the shopping districts and set everything a light, breaking down doors and smashing the glass windows. Any unfortunate police officer in the area has been beaten back to the fringes of the district and are outnumbered and out gunned. Unable to spare any ANBU to quell the violence general duty shinobi have been asked to step in and disperse the mobs by non-lethal methods. The Tsuchikage himself will also step in to lend a hand against these rioters, placing himself at the forefront of the violence to show that he will not be bullied out of office and instead stand strong in the face of adversity.

Effect: A Healer can bring a dead creature back to life.

Drawback: It takes 10 minutes performing this Technique.
Description: User can raise a creature that has been dead for no longer than 30 days per Class Level. In addition, the subject's soul must be free and willing to return. If the subject's soul is not willing to return, the Jutsu does not work. Coming back from the dead is an ordeal. The subject of the Jutsu loses 1 point against saves pertaining towards poisons, diseases, and anything else that pertains to such actions. This loss cannot be repaired by any means. A character who died who has Chakra Jutsus has a 50% chance of losing the ability of performing a highest rank Jutsu and will have to retrain it. While the Jutsu closes mortal wounds and repairs lethal damage of most kinds, the body of the creature to be raised must be whole. Otherwise, missing parts are still missing when the creature is brought back to life. A creature who has been turned into an undead creature cannot be raised by this Jutsu. Constructs, elementals, outsiders, and undead creatures cannot be raised. The Jutsu cannot bring back a creature that has died of old age.
Limit: Must be a Medical Doctor. Must have Mastered the Medical Profession.
