Effect: It searches for a hollow sound(Ear Canal) or metal type object(Earring), and once found, it with knock off a series of loud clings. The higher the rank the more loud the cling is, the more efficient sound to where it is. The user will get as close as they can to the enemy and use the whistle, if the person seemingly has earrings or something metal on or around their ear they will be defended to a great extent for a long period of time, but only 8 or 9 posts, Buzzing will occur towards the end when it will stop, the enemy will hit a series of headaches, and bloody noses until it ends. The buzzing, headaches, and bloody noses obviously occupying the enemy for an attack. If the person does NOT have any metal around their ears the whistle will not be as magnified and will not last as long. If no metal, same occurrence will happen but for a shorter period of time, and hurts less.
Special: Peace style fingers covering mouth but able to whistle
Drawback: User will have his or her hearing senses and abilities weakened greatly, because of such close range usages. Their senses will be dulled almost as much as the opponent. The close range of the attack is allowing a feedback of the same loud buzzing noise, the only thing is that it is a little less vivid and the user doesn’t hurt as bad as the opponent. They would have dizziness and possibly a headache but nothing else. Depending on the Rank it’ll last longer,

Description: Figment Perception creates a false Sensation. When a Figment Technique is perceived everyone feels the same thing, there is no alter, or different versions of a technique from person to person. This means that if a user performs a Figment Perception on a group, everyone feels the exact same Perception. With a Figment Perception if a user wishes to create an affect such as speech, the user must pick the speech first in order for it to speak or else no audible speech will be heard. If intelligible speech is possible, it must be in a language the user can speak. This goes the same with images, a user cannot create an image unless the user knows the image. User can only create figments out of two sensory, sight and sound. Figments cannot cause damage to objects or creatures, support weight, provide nutrition, or provide protection from the elements. Figments are pure illusions, used for distractions, confounding, or delaying enemies. This is not a mind affecting perception.

Effect: A technique in which the user screams forth in a brilliant fashion to where the opponents around in an area is unable to hear while making their bodies numb creating the feel of non movement for other types of attacks that may occur.

Description: This technique has three separate tiers for both the opponent and the user. Depending on the very range of the attack and where the opponent is what matters for this type of technique. The user's difficulty class is what separates the magnitude of the attack as well. The technique has a range of twenty meters for the basic D Class Ninja. When the user opens up their mouth they concentrate on the very vocal chords of their throat and push forth in all directions a massive scream capable of great damage is thrown out. For every difficulty class the range increases by five meters with a maximum of forty meters for S Class. For any opponent that is within one third of distance from the user the opponent is unable to hear for three posts, feels nautious for two posts, and can mot move for one post. For any opponent that is within two thirds distance from the user the opponent is unable to hear for two posts, feels nautious for one post. For any opponent that is within three thirds distance from the user the opponent is unable to hear for one post. No matter what Class the user is in the user is unable to hear for three posts.

The compress sound wave intensify air pressure to the point were it knocks over the opponent. The wave is nonlethal and can either knock the opponent over or push them back up to 15 meters

Drawback: This is simply an illusion and cannot be used to block attacks.
Description: Gathering chakra through use of handseals, the user then projects that chakra forward. The chakra, then, will attack the opponent's brain, specifically the part of the brain that deals with sight. In the opponent's field of vision, there will suddenly appear to be what could be called a black curtain between the user and the opponent. This ability is used as a distraction, giving the caster and his/her teammates a chance to create an attack while the opponent cannot see the target. This 'curtain' lasts for three turns or until it is dispelled. The dimensions of the 'curtain' are, at maximum, twenty feet by fifteen feet in length/height.

Kageshin no jutsu (Blackout Technique)

Effect: By performing the needed handsigns, the user will than extend his arms out to both side of his body (left and right). Than making a single loud clap, the clapping motion must draw the opponent’s attention for it to work. If successful, a single opponent will be engulfed in darkness, only able to see 7ft in all directions. Leaving him open for further attacks.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The opponent must see the clapping motion, and the technique will only last for two posts. If the technique is followed up by an attack without using Kageshin-bushin no jutsu, the genjutsu is automatically released afterwards.

Kazeya is aware that the way of the shinobi is to not allow your emotions to overcome your duty. He tries hard to remain detached and neutral at all times. However, he's still just a boy, and he is widely enthusiastic about learning new techniques and completing missions. He is quietly admiring of his superiors and perhaps overeager to impress them.
In casual conversation, Kazeya is calm and friendly. He tries very hard not to offend, which is helped by a patient manner and his utter lack of a temper. His patience does not extend towards his advancement amongst the path of the shinobi, however. If approached with a mission or new technique he will become very excited quickly.
Kazeya has a very strong sense of honor, which comes from his humble upbringing. He prefers to fight things face to face, with an opponent that is alert to his presence. He often suppresses these feelings for his duty, but he feels no small amount of guilt for it.
Appearance:
Kazeya has a round, youthful face, free of wrinkles and blemishes. A long scar runs diagonally from the top of his left eye to across his left cheek. He has distinctly pale skin. His eyes are dark blue and slanted. Kazeya typically wears a neutral expression on his face.
He has long black hair that is parted at the forehead by his forehead protector. His hair is drawn into a ponytail, and falls down slightly past his neck. His body is somewhat slim, but in shape. His arms and legs are of average length.
Kazeya dresses in dark gray, typically. He wears a dark gray long sleeved shirt, with dark blue stripes on each arm for decoration. His pants are black and long. He usually wears sandals. On his belt lie his chakram that he uses as a primary weapon, along with various other ninja tools.
Background:
The life of a ninja was one that Kazeya wanted more than anything, but he never expected to be able to live it. He was a simple rice farmer's son, and he grew up on a farm with his younger brother and two younger sisters. Their mother had left when he was 5.
He always cherished the tales of shinobi brought from foreigners to the country, and when he learned of the Hidden Village of Sound, he was ecstatic, and asked his father for permission to apply for the Academy. However, his father was adamant that Kazeya grow up to be a farmer like him, and refused.
Not long after, Kazeya ran away to join the Academy. However, he didn't make it far before he returned home of his own free will, well aware that his father and siblings needed his help. This only intensified his desire to become a Sound Nin in the end, and he was distracted from then on during work.
His life was changed at age 7 by a terrible accident. While working the plow, Kazeya was distracted by passing shinobi, who were returning to Otogakure from a mission. He lost control of the plow and fell off, nearly getting ran over. His father attempted to stop it and WAS ran over. Desperately, he attempted to pull it off his father but only succeeded in getting the scar on his face. His father was killed.
He now found himself providing for a family before he was even 8. They spent a few weeks in mourning as they attempted to keep the farm running. During this time, what Kazeya had long wished for finally occurred- he was scouted for the Academy by a jounin who was patrolling the country. However, he couldn't simply abandon his sibling.
