Hikari found herself blushing again from the compliments of her speed, however it quickly vanished as soon as it appeared. Hikari wasn't familiar with these sort of things. "It's nothing, really...It was just a simple race." she said modestly. Hikari had felt that the guys didn't try their hardest. She shrugged it off, it wouldn't matter anyways.

As the trio continued to walk, Hikari was gaining an uncomfortable feeling with each step, she decided to tell it to the guys. "Ever feel like you being watched?" Hikari asked while occasionally glancing being her.

[Tekato Shimura]

Tekato noticed Hikari ended up winning, good for her he thought. They continued to walk together and Hikari said she felt like they were being watched. Tekato didn' notice any signs of disturbances in the trail ahead, likely there was no trap there. As they walked previously he didn't notice anything that could indicate human presence, however he could have easily missed something during there race while his guard was let down. Tekato kept his head straight and said to the others quietly, trying to keep his mouth movements to a minimum so it would seem like he is walking without a concern and not talking to them about anything important. "If we are, keep your guard up, but don't let them know we are aware of their presence just yet, we would want them to think they will have the advantage." He whispered.

Either way Tekato didn't change his pace in walking, his hand movements, or anything, he was fairly good at putting on a face that didn't display his true thoughts. He hoped Hikari was wrong, but he was prepared for a fight if she was right.

He knew his team was at a major disadvantage, none of them had any tracking or awareness skills other than basic things taught to them in the academy. They were a purely offensive group, no aburame bugs, no hyuuga eyes, and no inuzuka nose, and none of them had sensory abilities. He casually looked over at a building nearby, it was in the middle of the forest, chances were, if someone was watching them, they had some association with that. Hopefully someone with peaceful intent.

Raikaru heard Riku mention his kunai. "It is right here, I picked it up as I ran by." Raikaru removed his head-band and put it back on his head.

As they walk Raikaru heard Hikari and Tekato. Raikaru thought Hikari might be right, something was a little off, but he didn't know what. Maybe it was the upcoming building, this was one of the first buildings they had encountered, who knows who or what was inside. Raikaru stayed firm, he was not about to give away the fact that he was a little on edge. He walked to the front of the group and started walking towards the building. If anyone asked what he was doing he'd say, "Maybe there are some extra supplies, it looks abandoned." If not, he would just walk up and expect the group to follow.

[Riku Tadami (Sage)]

Raikaru answered Riku's question. He had picked up his throwing knife then pocketed it. For some reason Riku had a feeling of relief.

As they traveled on a bit more, Hikari stated that she had a feelin that she was feeling watched. Tekato expertly hid his feelings then said in a whisper, "If we are, keep your guard up, but don't let them know we are aware of their presence just yet, we would want them to think they will have the advantage." Right after that Riku became alert and ready for anything without much facial change. If someone was watching them it would most likely be in the nearby building. Riku noticed Raikaru walk in front bof the group. He said, "Maybe there are some extra supplies, it looks abandoned." "Don't you think that is a little rash?" , said looking at Raikaru then the rest of his teammates. Even if this sounded not the best idea at the moment especially since Hikari felt like they were being watched, Riku was feeling curious of what was in the building.

[The Vineyard]

Lei noticed the group of three gained another person whom was coincidentally a fourth person. Seemingly the leader of the group in Lei's eyes as she watched them carefully without moving from her spot in the shadows of the tree. She kept watch over them and soon noticed that the girl of the group of four looked around frequently. Much too frequently to be coincidental as it were until she had said she felt someone was watching them. Lei knew she wasn't spotted seconds later when the girl trying to look around again.

"So these are Leaf ninja? How pathetic but maybe they'll provide good eating for the royal supper," Lei would say to herself while wetting her lips with a sadistic tongue. This could end up too good to be true and that was for certain as she smiled. Four corpses to make meals out of and that could supply enough meat to last till the end of the third moon. Lei would smile and slide down the tree bark with her arm using friction against the tree as a leverage mantle for getting down to the ground.

With a calm demeanor she would stay out of site while following the four as she would note their movements and speech as it came. She would also note one had a high interest in an abandoned building for that which she knew not of. However it may prove better to kill them indoors an abandoned building than to witness seeing or hearing it out in the streets. She would wait to see if they entered and if they did she would shunshin to the roof and break in through the roof's nearest entry mark while if they didn't enter she'd just follow for the time being.

Hikari nodded solemnly to Tekato and stopped her current actions. Her hands formed into a fist and she only gripped tighter, to the point where she was cutting off the circulation of blood to her palms. Hikari had also hoped that she was just imagining things, she could be wrong. As they walked along, Hikari was now sure that her mind wasn't deceiving her. There was definitely an ambush coming up, with an enemy with a killer intent.

Hikari would remain an average posture as she trailed behind the three boys. She wanted to speak up, but she just couldn't find the right words to spit out.

[Tekato Shimura]

Tekato glanced at Hikari as they walked, he noticed her fists were clenching, she must have been nervous. Raikaru suggested going in to the abandoned building for supplies, Riku seemed to be against it. Tekato thought about the situation in terms of risk and reward. They not only could have been walking into an ambush, they could have been walking into a place full of traps. They were invading someone else's territory, which meant not only did they have the element of surprise, but also home field advantage. The reward was the prospect of getting supplies. There was a probability that neither the risk nor the reward even existed since they were only going off of feeling, they had no evidence.

Tekato wasn't sure of what the right decision was. Raikaru was walking toward the building, he didn't have time to argue especially if it was about the possibility that there were enemies nearby so he just followed Raikaru, hoping he wouldn't get them into trouble. He decided not to speak, giving silent consent to Raikaru, but at the same time showing that he could go either way on it, he didn't care if they went in or not, they would survive with or without whatever was in that building.

Raikaru, stayed silent but now it was confirmed that there was an enemy with them. He had stayed extremely intent as he took lead of the group and he heard someone or something trailing them and they had seemed to be in the tree's before.

Raikaru ignored Riku's thoughts and the worried demeanor of Hikari. Raikaru knew that Tekato was aware and ready, they would have no problem if they were ambushed, and Raikaru didn't want to hurt his team.

"Be ready for anything." He looked at Tekato with a look that said, you better for sure be ready and have my back. He then nodded and put his hand on the door. The nob was missing, it was just a flat piece of wood set on hinges. Raikaru pushed open the door, it squeaked as it swung open. Raikaru slowly entered the building, there was nothing that was immediately brought to Raikaru's attention, there didn't seem to be traps or anything.

Lei would flatten up on the roof after noting the entry of a few of these fools. She would immediately break in through the roof without a sound being made with a grace due to the roof's upward latch being unlocked. She smiled due to this as she looked around. The building was of an office building design with big spacious areas and few columns. Two levels where the ground entry was below where Lei was located at. The steady pace to which she traversed through the entity of the building was slow.

A steady footing to traverse across this flooring as she would listen to everything around her. No matter how small the sound was she had listened to it. Bringing her hand to the hilt of her blade she located the stair well and kept ears and eyes on that one thing. She would merely smile as she would walk towards that position and graciously pull her blade out without a sound being made. The only thing that could be heard from above where Lei was would be the rats scuttling about.

At least that was until she knocked over a bottle of whiskey that would roll down the steps. Without breaking this bottle would bounce down further and further down the steps till meeting the concrete flooring where it shattered and spilled over. Her body froze in quiet stillness where she would cock her head down to hear the area below her and she would keep steady to pay attention to the sounds as her sword was at the ready and her body was poised to attack if there was a rush attack of the students.

Raikaru missed to ignore Riku, which ticked him off. He didn't want to look like the coward in the team because he certainly was not. He put on aver serois face on and stayed on high alert. He was ready for anything.

Riku was wondered if his team was as ready as he was. He alertness was activated out of anger, but he eventually let it go. He didn't hold on to anger for long anyways."Be ready for anything.", said Raikaru to his other teammates. This ensured Riku a bit that his teammates were alert as well. Raikar swung open a nobless door. It squeaked very loudly. It would've arose suspicion if a hidden enemy heard it. Raikaru was the first to enter the room. Riku followed right behind him. There didn't seem to be any danger or risk of danger. Riku looked at Raikaru to reconfirm with him, but it seemed that he was starting to relax. "Raikaru don't relax know because anything can happen. Your the one that told everyone to keep alert, you should atleast follow up on that too.", he said in a scolding voice. This seemed a bit harsh but it was Riku way of tough brotherly love.

Right then, Riku heard a loud, harsh, CRASH!. Riku knew that it wasn't likely that some glass like object just fell by chance. Riku took a step out of the room then said in a loud stern voice, "Whoever you are come and show your face." He didn't say it in a specific direction because he wasn't sure where it came from. Riku had many feelings running inside him at the moment. His face stayed emotionless. It all came to one emotion, No Slacking. He was going to impress them all.

Sorry for the late post. I've been extremely busy with schoolwork and real life events.
>.< Anyways, here's a longer post to make up for my last one.

Hikari stopped her obvious actions and prepared for whatever was to come. She trailed in after Raikaru and Riku. Hikari was ready for almost about anything. Her instincts alarmed her for an ambush with an enemy that withheld a killer intent. She didn't have any idea that they would meet an opponent this early or their mission. Even if a day has passed, you would expect difficult situations towards the end of your mission. Riku then alerted his team to keep their guard up. The building was quite large, actually.

As soon as the room was confirmed that it was clear of any dangers, Raikaru had relaxed almost immediately. Hikari was about to warn him, but Riku had beat her to it. Depsite that, he had said it quite harshly. But not in a way that would make someone too angry for trying to correct them. Hikari knew,too, that you should never expose yourself. No matter what situation or position you were in.

The sound of clanking glass coming down a stairwell rebounded off the walls and Hikari was wholly sure that the team had heard the noise, either that or she was starting to go crazy. She turned her head in that specific direction and saw a whiskey bottle rolling down the stair case. It came to the stone floor with a loud 'crash' and the drink spilled as the glass shattered. The room currently reeked with alcohol, which Hikari despised. But speaking logically, how many twelve year olds love intoxicated drinks they call 'beverages'?

Riku stepped into action, he demanded for the enemy to show them self. But Hikari though this was a rather hasty decision,"We could of found the enemy ourselves instead of calling them out." But Hikari only said this in her head.

Tekato walked into the building after Raikaru. A few moments later a bottle of alcohol tumbled down the stairs until it broke at the bottom. As soon as it happened Riku stepped outside and yelled at the building telling whoever was in it to show their face. Tekato quickly formulated a plan to turn her position into a disadvantage. He quickly, almost instantaneously looked at his teammates and communicated the plan without words. He pointed at Raikaru and Riku and then motioned that they stay in the building/check out upstairs. He then pointed at Hikari and himself, then motioned for them to go outside. He made rolled his eyes up the ceiling to communicate that they would go up onto the roof. This would be advantageous because if it was an enemy and they tried to escape Tekato and Hikari could cut them off, and if a fight ensued inside, they could go in as back up.

Assuming no one showed immediate disagreement Tekato jumped outside, leaped onto a tree branch that was about 7 meters above him, and from there quickly scanned the roof for any entrance. He saw the latch still open from the enemy. No doubt it was an enemy who went in when they entered, meaning there was no mistake that there was an innocent inside the house. An innocent person wouldn't sneak in through the roof. He jumped to the end of a branch and stepped onto the roof of the building as softly as he could, then made another leap to the open hatch, landing softly as to not alert the enemy within, as precaution he took a side step to another location in case he was heard. He stood by it but crouched so that he could not see who was in there, and so that they would not see him. He simply listened and watched the roof latch for anyone trying to escape.

The reason Tekato thought Riku and Raikaru should stay in the building was because he knew that they were on similar wave lengths mentally, so they probably fought well together, but the main reason was more because of each member's skill. Raikaru and Riku being lightning users were almost solely offensive types. Tekato had a huge speed advantage because of his Shunshin training and Hikari has her water techniques. Tekato and Hikari were better fit for capturing the enemy if they tried to escape, and on top of that they would be good back up for their comrades. He wasn't sure what exactly Hikari was capable of since he had yet to see her perform water jutsu in action, but he knew that there was a good chance she had something in her arsenal that could help in both scenarios.

I did the calculations and it took about 5 seconds (from five total movements) from the time he jumped outside to the time he was on the roof. So overall this post probably occurs over 10-12 seconds including when he explained his plan. We aren't technically in battle so i figured a post being more than 6 seconds was okay.)

Raikaru thought that maybe they had just walked in at an unfortunate time. The bottle falling didn't absolutely mean that someone was there. But just incase there was, team Kuro didn't know anything about the opponent, it could be one, two, eight people. They may not even be Ninja. Or there could simply be nothing at all. But Raikaru thought it was better to be safe then sorry.

Raikaru saw Tekato motion and was able to decipher his plan. Raikaru agreed without words, instead he just nodded and formed a few handseals to show that he was ready to stay and fight. Suddenly a few sparks and a slight blue and yellow aura formed around Raikaru. A sword also slowly formed in his right hand. The lightning started from the palm of his hand and expanded until a sword shape had formed. He then drew a kunai and held it in his left.

Raikaru yelled up, "whoever is up there, come down with your hands on your head." He then motioned to Riku to wait until they were confronted.

Effect: The user becomes charged with electrons, shocking those that come in contact with him or her.

Drawback: This jutsu will no matter what last for 5 posts, it cannot be dispelled, for it is self sustaining and after its performed, no more chakra is put into it. It does not discriminate between friend or foe, this means if you are injured a medical ninja will not be able to help you without getting shocked. This also makes the user glow with electricity giving away stealth. If a water based jutsu comes in contact with the user, then the armour of lightning jutsu will backfire, and the water AS WELL AS the lightning will hit the user.
Description: After performing the handsign, a few random sparks and shocks of electricity, usually yellow or bright blue will begin to emit from the user. Any things that comes in contact or very close to contact (a few inches from touching) the user will receive a shock. This may not stop the person from making contact with you, but will definitely slow them down a bit, or even leave a slight paralysis on wherever was touched.

Drawback: If the user sustains the sword for over 6 posts, they begin to get numb in their hands. If sustained for over 7, they begin to get numb in their arms, and a slight shock in there fingers. If held for over 10, the users hands will become paralyzed and the sword is dispelled. This jutsu cannot actually cut the opponent or make them bleed, it can only numb or paralyze.
Description: The user performs the handseals, then holds out both of there hands as if holding and invisible sword. The lightning sword will then form right in the users grip. The sword can be used as a normal sword, except for cutting the skin, it will paralyze that area temporarily (1 post) The area around the paralyzed area will become numb

Twisting her body from the kick, unless it had missed the momentum would have carried her into this attack anyways, as her sword would begin dancing through the air as she continued to hammer out at this man with the attacks of a life time with endless amounts of movements within her reach as she attacked full out at this man. Always keeping her body upright while doing the hacks, kicks, slashes, etc. All the while she noticed there were two instead of four and kept this in mind in case any counter attacks were formed. Raikaru yelled to the strange woman who must've dropped the glass bottle, "Whoever is up there, come down with your hands on your head." He made a signal not to strike unless she attacked them first. The opponent ended up to be the first to strike. She clenched tightly to her blade. As soon as she disappeared from the staircase, Riku went into a defensive stance that made him look pathetic. His arms were covering the side of his head when she reappeared right in front of him. She kicked in a way that would have let her foot keep moving an it could've hit Raikaru. He then caught her leg with both his hands and tried to throw her back. If she was thrown back on the floor, Riku inhaled deeply then exhaled a three foot long wind arrow that would pierce through her hands.

Riku then, unsheathed his own blade then went into another defensive stance. He was wondering what the lady would come up with next.

Mittsu Kasho Sutando (The Three Point Stand)

Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: A defensive stance that is used for taking hits. A stance that is used if the user is unable to attack back. This can be used as a ploy making the user seem as if they were useless.
Special: ---
Drawback: This technique is used for defensive purposes but they are not immortal so they will still feel effects of hits and attacks. This technique is used for hand to hand combat only.
Description: The user stands tall without slouching. They take their arms raising up their hands up to their face. Their elbows are bent touching each other as the user slouches slightly. The user brings their arms inwards towards their body to protect their body. Their face is protected with their fists. Their legs are shoulder width apart as they bend their knees slightly. Knees are never straightened because that can be deadly to the knee. As knees are bent the upper thighs touch each other down to the knee. This protects the private areas from low attacks. To avoid private area attacks user moves slightly to the left or to the right rotating their hips. When an opponent attacks the user concentrates on their muscles and joints as they quickly squeeze to tense these areas. This technique nulls or dims down the effects of techniques. Depending on the TaiJutsu technique and the capability of this technique the user is capable of dimming down strong techniques. Each rank the user learns they are capable of dimming techniques one rank lower.

Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: User is capable of breathing inwards and exerting outwards a large like arrow to pierce into the opponent's body.
Special: User takes in a deep breathe filling their lungs with air.
Drawback: Only one may be created at a time.
Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. This arrow may be blocked as it is just a large consumption of wind, however it can not be deflected away. This means that the object must be large in size enough to defend from one against the wind. The size of the arrow is the size of the opponent's mouth with the length of three feet as it can travel up to the distance of twenty meters. This technique is used for short range to steer an opponent away from the user.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release

[Hikari Maeko]

Hikari had no problem figuring out Tekato's strategy. The team would split up in order to keep the enemy from escape. Raikaru and Riku would stay inside while Tekato and herself would stick outside. It was actually a great plan. Hikari had always wandered how he came up with such plans so quickly.

As her comrade set foot outside, so did she. Hikari leaped on a separate branch and landed on the roof as agile and mute as she could. She had the location on the opposite side of the hatch. The hatch, it was left wide open. Whoever was the infiltrator apparently did not have the sense to leave no traces behind. Hikari, too, listened below the roof for upcoming sounds. Because of the thickness of the roof, it was pretty difficult to hear the noise below it.

[Tekato Shimura]

Tekato waited a few seconds, he couldn't hear anything through the hatch so he peaked inside. It was a basically empty room with no one in it. He heard the shuffling of feet and a louder sound that he wasn't exactly what it was. He put his head into the room and looked around thoroughly, no one was there which meant they probably went down stairs and a fight was going on, or a conversation if it was a friendly. The former was more likely to Tekato. He gestured that he and Hikari go into check it out.

He jumped into the building and landed softly. He definately heard fighting coming from the downstairs so he rushed over to the stairs and jumped down them. He looked and not too far away was Riku, Raikaru, and a girl, who must have been the enemy. She was attacking Riku. He immediately formed a few hand seals and thrusted his palms forward, sending a funnel of air toward the girl attacking Riku. It wasn't enough to do damage but it would likely hit her and make her off balance, which is good enough for one of the others to take advantage of her and take care of the rest.

Effect: When the user pushes out with there palm, creates a small funnel of air that can push the opponent back or over, but it causes little if any pain. This however can be a very annoying jutsu.

Description: The user quickly gathers a small amount of chakra to there hand and pushes it outward with there palm as a small funnel/gust of air blows out with enough force to push the opponent back or off balance.
Limit: Must have Wind Release.
