Description: Yuuen Baika no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Akimichi clan that surpasses the Chou Baika no Jutsu by allowing the user to grow even further. Upon activation of this technique, the user would grow up to ten times his/her normal height and weight. This grants the user phenomonal strength and defensive capabilities, but at the cost of severely slow speeds.

The inspiration that he had received from the tome had driven Jäger back into his clan techniques. At first he had felt the rough scales of his thick blue skin and wondered if that was what he should have been focusing, increasing his Hoshigaki abilities. His mind had been wandering lately though, and his heart was burdened with the weight of stagnation. At times he felt as though being within the walls was constricting, though there was nothing wrong with the village; ironically, he imagined that he was growing to large for the walls to contain. It was on that same train of thought that he was inspired to continue his training of his true heritage. His belly rumbled as he chuckled to himself at the idea of growing too large for the village. Already he was capable of growing to a size that could be considered monstrous, but there were still techniques available to him that could further his size and destructive capabilities. He paused his thoughts for a moment. Destruction was not what he wanted, and he was troubled that the want to do so had even crossed his mind.

Currently he was out in the rain once more, clad in his orange gi, the upper part of which was lowered around his waist and tightly wound so that it would not grow heavy with the rain and track in the mud.  The downpour was particularly heavy today, though thanks to his remarkable transformation, he was easily able to keep his eyes open wide as the heavy droplets cascaded down upon him.  The Rust District was where he felt the most comfortable training at the moment, as he doubted the people of the village wished to see a colossal fishman rising above their horizon.  It may cause more of a panic than necessary, and at least the people of the Rust District would simply close their doors and windows and pray that they would not be killed.  Jäger  would never do anything to harm the people of the slums, nor anyone who had not forced his hand, but he could understand the fear that would be evoked by his grand form expanding and dwarfing all else around.  

This training had been part of the reason he had not wanted to be in the village, as he was certain that being such a size would cause problems, and by being free from the walls of the village, he could train and cause as much wanton destruction about the country side as necessary in order to gain control over his body.  Though he had certainly experienced having his body increase in size, he was about to reach close to eighty feet in height once he had mastered this technique, which meant that there was thousands of pounds more weight he was going to have to be aware of, and have many meters more of his body to control.  It was the awareness of the body that made these techniques quite difficult, and being able to go from one size to the next and have the mind be conscious of what it was moving around.  The brain was a tricky thing, and it required some dedicated training in order to get it to process the fact that it was going to be many times larger.  According to it, once he reached that size, it was still in proportion to his body, so it was going to think he was still the same size.

Acting like a small eight foot in height was a considerable challenge for an eighty foot tall titan, and could cause some immense damage if he lost control of his body for even a moment.  Luckily the rust district possessed many abandoned buildings that were clear of squatters and life.  A wasteland of abandoned construction sites and dumping grounds, and that was where he had decided to undergo his training.  There would be plenty of damage for him to do there, as although the buildings were empty and dilapidated, there were parts that still stood tall in the face of the dedicated remains and ruin.  After Jäger was done with them, the land would be flat and quite clear of rubble, and if the village so chose, they would be easily capable of once more starting construction here.  Unfortunately for the people of the Rust District, he doubted that the village had any interest in making their lives any easier, so if anyone was going to build here, it would be them.
