[Chuunin Examiner]

Arriving at the front desk of the tower a Fairy Sprite would poof into existence holding a package and letter. WIl a smile and a wave they placed the package down and immediately poof away.

Within the little package several modified Vivre Tags were placed, they were blank with just two circles on them, one gold and one blue. The reasons why would be unclear without the letter.

The letter once opened would read:

Dear Lord / Lady Kage and Assistants,

We would like to extend our welcome out to you and your shinobi who wish to attend the upcoming chuunin exams. We have a portal hidden within the Land of Grass, a single door within a large field. All applicants MUST have one of the cards we have granted with them in order to enter.

A special technique has been placed upon them so that with a small application of chakra the golden circle will rise out of the card as a bubble with a small golden arrow inside to make sure they are going in the right direction. This is important as without the card no applicant will be able to find or enter into the exams. Once registration closes on the 10th these cards become useless and the technique wears off. Please dispose of any left over cards as appropriate.

We wish you and your applicants much luck in the upcoming exams.

Surya would arrive in the Wind Shadow's Tower some months after he had initially signed up for the cleaning mission. The low-ninja, wearing total black, had not produced a drop of sweat in the torrid lands of Sunagakure; he hadn't brought along with him his puppet Vasuki, nor any other apparel containing his standard shinobi equipment.

When Surya approached the receptionist's desk, he would stare at the woman's bosom a while before coughing and clearing his throat. "Excuse me, but is there any word on the Chunin Exams?" he would inquire; "I meet the base requirements.. and it'll be quite the show to have our village showcase a Ninja Puppeteer, as we are known for." Hopefully the receptionist wouldn't remember that he had signed up for a cleaning mission; had she in fact did, then she could mark it down in the village records that it was failed, since he didn't bring it up himself or seek pay. Right now, he had little time to worry about collecting a ryo reward when his pockets were already quite hefty. He just wished to travel to these Exams and do something with himself.

The clerk sighed as the fellow approached asking of the Chuunin exams. "Ah yes, I believe you will be wanting one of these." The woman said taking out one of the tokens that the Examiners had sent out only a week or so prior to the visit. "Would you like the village to pay your fee as well?" The woman asked surya as she began pulling out a clip board from under her desk that housed most of the financial records for the village. "We will cover the fee if you so desire." She added putting the coin on the desk before her do that surya could take it for himself. "You have the villages permission to go, God speed." The clerk said taking out the fee amount and placing it on the table so that surya could pay on site. Hopefully this young man would prove to be worth of the rank Chuunin and not waste the villages precious Ryo.

The Genin bachelor swiped a swift hand and collected the Vivre Card and ryo presented to him by the receptionist. "Don't worry," he winked; "I plan on one day being a village Sannin and to do that, I must pass these Exams..." The youth turned and stuffed the items inside his pockets.

On his way out he would holler over his back: "If I don't happen to make it back, there is a blueprint in the Liar's Den for one of these new puppets I was working on." He hadn't cared if the woman chose to acknowledge it or not, though; his mind was now on purchasing a map and compass to travel northward.

"Ah finally home..." Amira muttered quietly to herself as she led Kusanagi and the others to her office. "Kusanagi, you may stay with us if you like." She said looking at him so that he knew that he was allowed to be there in the diplomatic situation. Amira in this moment quickly directed them to her office. The cool sandstone hallway was just as she had remembered only a month or so ago as she lead Ryosuke to her office. He was definitely a true image of what a good Kage should be. He was a peaceful, and gentle fellow who only wanted the best for his village. In this Amira saw so much of what she wanted for her village, and for the others that supported peace. "So Ryosuke, how is the rain village anymore?" She asked as she pushed open her office door.

The cool sandstone room housed only a simple wooden desk and a small home piano that was installed during her reign as Kage. There were also a few chair opposite the desk as well which Amira briskly offered to her guests with a wave of her hand. "I'm just curious how everything has been since we here in the sand have not heard from your village in a while." Amira said trying to remember the last registered date if any where an Amekage had visited her village. She was genuinely concerned for the village that now extended its political hand to hers. "Be that as it may I do wish your village well, so what can I do for you both today?" She asked opposite them allowing Kusanagi to float about wherever he felt it proper. This all would only be the result of everything went calmly however, and everyone followed her into her office.

In that same instant, Amira quickly pulled out her mission's file and took the red stamp of completion and tapped it onto the file. "Completed" it read as she nodded knowing that the payment would be given to her and Kusanagi at the earliest convenience. For now the political affairs of her village called her.

This mission may only be taken by Jounin level ninja or higher along with three Genin. You will be handed a messenger animal as well if you so please. If possible also acquire one of the hidden stone headbands for an additions pay out.

Following behind, the tiny cloaked figure had now placed herself in front of Ryosuke, so that she was leading the way forward, just in case something was lurking ahead. Even so, that didn't appear to be the case, as Amira was leading them into the heart of Sunagakure village, into the Kage office. It was quite unlike what the Amekage tower was, but it was quite stylish in its own right. Pleasant, one might say. Different to the sight that had met them at the gates to the village. Now that they were in absolute private, aside from those that had specifically been allowed inside, the girl carefully allowed her hands to find way up to the hood and mask. With a small click, the mask came loose, fitting into her hands as she carefully placed it on a table. Pulling the hood down, she let out a soft and relaxed sigh. The girl was, due to her specific bloodline, well aware of the potential threat that the others could pose to her. That is why she wasn't immediately worried.

The multicolored hair was falling over her shoulders, as the pair of scarlet eyes were looking onto Amira. There wasn't much doubt if they knew of the prior events, or had checked through a BINGO book lately. The girl was wanted, for transgressions in the snow. Even so, there wasn't anything hostile about her, and she seemed quite the genuine and calm person. "I am sure I speak on behalf of Ryosuke aswell, when I say that we are pleased that you agreed to have this meeting with us. Since you've only seen my cloaked self, I figured I should introduce myself. I am Yoshi, Amegakure shinobi and current protector of the Amekage. I have two duties here in Sunagakure, on behalf of my village. One is to see to the safety of our dearest Amekage..." The girl pointed to Ryosuke, grinning at the fact that he needed protection. Ryosuke could mostly manage himself. There was only one specific reason why she was there. It was a specialty of hers, that he wasn't too good at dealing with. Continuing to speak, she was now addressing Amira directly. "...and the other duty is to learn and understand as much of your beautiful village as you will allow me. I would be especially interested in the Kage library...

...In exchange for your kindness and hospitality, I've prepared a gift, containing the rarest herbs that one can find. I am certain that, if you so request, you could come visit our village in person should you wish to understand who we are and where we come from, too." Bowing her head, that was about the best introduction that she could give. Everything was out in the open, and she wasn't keeping anything secret. Granted, she had spoken before Ryosuke, but it seemed rude for her to remain masked and hidden, when everything else was openly visible. In short, it was a display of trust that she hoped would be reflected.

‘Suke followed the Kazekage from the gates and to the village tower’s inner works as to keep an eye on his surroundings. His mind went to work as usual, the way everything around him looked and the like was steady and he paid close attention to what the different goals in mind had ahead of Yoshi and himself. Specifics of which were not entirely deemed to be in the light but that was merely the games of chance at work it had seemed. Nonetheless, his face was pleasant as he walked through the tower doors with steady eyesight about the place.

His sniper mono-goggle was still among his face, the utility of it was on a mere condition view so nothing really dangerous ever came up. Luck be told he was capable of spying the sick from the healthy individuals but he was here for something already as he could not aid them quite yet. No, that was not the case as it stood firm in his mind while he moved in steady movement to see Yoshi taking lead ahead of him. “It must have happened while I was catching a view of my surroundings,” his mind stated to himself while he did such in casual style.

‘Suke continued onwards, his eyes working as they always have to keep a gripping foretelling of the area to begin and remain in his mind. The way it should always be as it were to be stated. The building was not as dim as he thought it would hold to be, no it was a rather tranquil appearance to itself and that made it ever so much more worth his time. War mongers could not be negotiated with after all, only those that held a rather self-esteem to themselves can be for they held a better view of their village than any beast in sheep’s clothing.

‘Suke dressed in his black garb of shihakushō and hakama neatly while moving along his records of natural thought of gear that was among his body still. Granted the mono-goggle on his face was there. But so were the assortment of ten kunai, forty-one senbon, hundred sixty exploding tags, eighty locking tags, a prismatic compass, the known world map, ten smoke grenades, and the small summoning scroll with medical equipment linked to it. His waist held the bladeless satetsu kiba and his sheathed kyuushi. The weaponry hidden amongst his body that also hid the kunai harness.

He sat down, his white haori and gently acting like a robe of its own adding a soft padding to the already soft chair he sat on. All the while he finally took the kage hat off, his rather blonde hair and blue eyes gazing about the as he listened to Yoshi give time for talking, answering for him as she did so in the midst of things. Yet at the same time there was something not answered and that was for him to say on his own at least while Yoshi spoke of why they were there in the first place, something he didn’t mind her saying as it as her mission to do so in any way possible.

He spoke soon after her, replying to the question posed to himself among the midst of said things as it were. “The rain village is doing well as it stands today, the best opportune moments are making themselves present among one another in a firm resolute manner yet it doesn’t hamper upon anything that I am shaping it up to be. I have been Amekage for a little over a year now in the village and the changes are slow but are viably there. I regret to say there is still corruption to snuff out but then again, every place of power has those kinds of places regrettably.

“To go along with what Yoshi was saying, the purpose of our visit here is to create diplomacy between our villages. There are many to say that Sand and Rain do not mix, and though the elements deem true enemies I see that as petty and we should not leave ourselves viable to that alone. Rather I wish to set up permanent ally workings between your village and my own. The terms we may spell our here and now with what our best interests are if you so wish to do so.” Speaking in turn he spoke well. Providing viable reason for his being there while knowing everything he could offer in turn without any fault.

Kusanagi followed Amira as she led them to the tower. He was felt relieved to finally be back home where his heart is. He wanted nothing but to go home rest, but before he could go home he wanted to stop by the tower and collect a few things. It felt great walking inside the tower of his on village where the ground was nice and not made of metallic structures. "No, thanks. I'm only here for the payment, then I'll be off." he said following Amira and the foreigners to the Kazekage's office.

He knew whatever they wanted to discuss with the Kazekage didn't involve him, and wanted to give their space. Being the last one to enter the office, he stood by the desk with his arms folded waiting for his payment. While he awaited his payment, his face turned to observe the two Amegakure shinobi. Neither of them looked threatening, so leaving the Kazekage alone didn't seem like a problem to Kusa.

"Absolutely as I had hoped you would have said." Amira said happily as she heard the Amekage speaking of peace. This was the direction she wanted her village to be going in. To find mutual peace with the village that now came before her now spoke of making a permanent alliance. "I see how adventitious a permanent alliance would be, and agree that this would be the best path for both the rain and the sand." Amira said folding her hands together and leaning forward onto the desk while keeping her dark brown eyes locked on Ryosuke. "This also means that we both will have an open boarder towards each other and as your friend here made clear, we would also be sharing some of our resources." Amira said keeping a face of seriousness to stress the importance of the moment that she was now participating.

"This would mean that our library and village would be open to your village's ninja." She said now looking over to Yoshi. "So your friend may have full permissions to go and browse our tomes and selections of scrolls and maps." Amira said with a happy smile. "Your gift is kind as well, we appreciate the donation and humble accept it for our treasury." She said smiling and nodding before turning back to Ryosuke. "All the same my friend, I expect no less treatment from your village as well." She said with the expectation that Suna ninja would be permitted within the rain village and have the use of their utilities."that being said, I see not reason why our alliance should not be." Amira said looking at the Amekage with a look of acceptance, peace, and friendship.

"Now that that's clear, I should also inform you that we are currently at war with Konoha." Amira said somberly, ashamed of the war that had been dumped on her by the previous Kazekages. "All the same I believe you also hold enemy status for our mutual friend Yukigakure and its Yukikage." Amira said looking Yoshi dead in the eye as she spoke. The young Kazekage may not have known too much in the subject; however she was very familiar with the rouge snow ninja who now stood before her as a Ninja of the rain. This didn't bother her, but made her hopeful that there would be other Kages who would accept such an outcast and give them the mercy to join their village. Mercy was something that she personally respected of Ryosuke. His kindness not only made her like him as a Kage, but as a friend and human being.

"We will in suit like
To support your opposition to them in the same passive manner." Amira said giving her support to Amegakure's opposition to Yukigakure to help give the two villages a more strengthening bond. "We Ame help and defend us now as a brother and equal just as Suna will for Ame?" Amira asked now as the defining question. "Not just allies, but brothers of the Shinobi way and peace?" She asked supportively extending her small hand across the desk as to extend it to both Suke and Yoshi. Would the Amekage accept having two villages be so intimate in relation? Amira asked herself as she sat across the Amekage with her villages bright future in her heart. Would he be willing to help build a future that both her people and his could live in harmony? All this plagued her mind as she awaited Suke's answer or responses to anything she had just said.

Sitting there in her chair, she was listening to the two of them exchange their small speeches. Stretching softly, she crossed her legs and got comfortable in her chair. It was obvious that she was in a completely relaxed state, and there was nothing threathening about her. As such, Kusanagi was likely extremely correct in his assumption that neither of the two Ame nin were going to be lifting a finger against anyone within Sunagakure. Soon, however, there were rather curious tidings being brought onto the table, as the scarlet eyes of Yoshi met with the brown eyes of Amira. Biting her lip at the exchange, it was obvious that there was still tensions in the world when it came to her persona. So much was to be expected. There were however, things that needed to be cleared.
"My entire reason for defecting Yukigakure was their treachery. They wanted to use me, as an Amegakure shinobi, to assassinate the Hokage and spark hostilities between Konoha and Ame. Circumstances that I was never willing to accept." Sitting up so that she was mirroring the intensity and seriousness of Amira, the girl continued to speak. "..While I cannot promise anything, there may be something that I can assist with in regards to your relations with Konohagakure. Since I risked my life in protecting the Hokage, they may listen to my plea for a neutral relation towards Sunagakure, provided that is what your ladyship wants. At least, I would be willing to try. When it comes to Yukigakure, I would not expect Sunagakure to openly declare themselves hostile to Yuki. In this chaotic world, having the same stance towards every other nation could cause us more divide than unity." 

Leaning back in her chair again, she was just speaking her mind. The girl was the more thoughtful between herself and Ryosuke. Perhaps that is why she was taking such an active part in the discussion. "..While I am certain that Ryosuke-dono would agree to allowing Sunagakure shinobi to visit the village, I know that he would still be suspicious towards shinobi coming to Amegakure, as you should be towards our shinobi coming here. An alliance is also the first thing to be abused for backstabbing a nation, as I am sure you understand..."

Slowly rising from her spot, she shook her head from side to side, smiling widely. "I overspoke my authority. Please forgive me my insolence, lord Amekage and Lady Kazekage. I shall head to the library, before strolling the streets of your lovely village. In the meantime, I'll leave a clone here for the safety of my Kage." Folding a quick series of seals, an identical copy took the girls place, plopping down into the chair where Yoshi had just been seated. With that, the girl made a deep bow before the both of them, before attaching the mask back into its slot over her face, slowly leaving the Kazekage office to head downstairs. Left in the room with the Kazekage was a bag, containing twenty doses of Dreamfoil.

...Once at the counter downstairs, she would softly request allowance to look through the scrolls belonging to Sunagakure. Then she would find herself a place to sit and read in peace, making it absolutely obvious that she didn't intend to bring anything with her outside the tower. As much as she was allowed to read, she had no intentions of stealing anything.

Description: This plant is used in the most miraculous medical cures, as well as lethal poisons and most tasty culinary dishes. The plant reaches up to 6 meters in height. The plant itself is surrounded by several sections of green leaves which stalk out and blend into the surroundings with blue feather pedals. These blue pedals are connected directly into the roots of the Dreamfoil and serve as a method of storing and containing chakra leeched out of the ground, which is then converted to its own delusional substance for the plant’s survival. Surviving off of chakra from the ground, these plants are only found in the rivers nearby underground swamps, the richest sources of decayed life, in order that they have enough life essence to grow off of. The plumes must be soaked in a liquid catalyst for 2 full weeks without being disturbed and while shaded from all light. After preparation if given to a dead body within 8 days after death, the plant will restore life. If given to a live body it will kill the recipient within 1d4 rounds. Must be digested. Herb consists 32 doses.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)

Effect: This technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions.
Special: "Clone Seal"
Drawback: The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power.
Description: The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after 1 or 2 solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones cannot be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. (Cannot gain extra training points through training with Shadow clone.) User is able to make up to 5 clones at a time. Takes the amount of time to perform a "B" Rank Jutsu. Shadow Clones may travel between different threads within the same board.

[Father 'Suke]

‘Suke settled in, today after all was going to be a long day of negotiations and that was going to be the matter of discussion for the antics ahead. He listened to Amira, taking heed of the talk and leading the speeches as she spoke up with everything intended here in. Indeed this posed the largest question of possibility to him as he analyzed everything she spoke of in the given circumstance. The alliance proposed was advantageous to them, however he never spoke of what exactly was to be divulged in the alliance nor the terms there in resided within.

Amira immediately assumed there was to be an open border within the two nations, of course Yoshi made due that the sharing of resources was a necessity but it wasn’t exactly what ‘Suke was going for in its entirety. Rather he waited to analyze everything before he posed a reaction to such things. Lady Kazekage gave Yoshi permission for the scrolls, and that wasn’t something outside of his calculations, rather it was a good thing in his eyes. Following such was also the gift of herbs, needless to say he had more herbal remedies if this wasn’t enough but Amira showed gratitude for the stock in his eyes.

There was more however when she turned back to ‘Suke and spoke of how the treatment should be mutual and he also saw that as true. Yet there was something out there he did not expect, the sand was currently at war with the leaf. This was a wrench in his plans but he heard that Amira made note of his enemy status with one of sand’s allies being the snow. This was another wrench but soon the gears broke the wrenches when the Kazekage spoke that an alliance was still possible but spoke up that the support of these oppositions would be held in passive manner.

This was a steady kindness in his eyes, in fact that was something he generally could see being possible in the long run as it were, yet there was a stigma to it as well when it comes to someone claiming the said “passive” individuals were double agents or the like and then the fires would burn said bridges. This was a delicate manner and it should be approached as such and that was a plan to put the wrenches at bay with any possible hopefulness as it were. The question posed of Ame being the helper to the sister village was up but he did not yet agree to anything yet.

Yoshi began to speak, clearing some things up about herself in this manner in such terms. She spoke of why she defected from snow and he knew the reasons himself but most of them were never brought out to open before. Hopefully this could score some sentimental points between the two of the girls speaking. However there continued to be a moment when Yoshi spoke that ‘Suke grew quite curious of. Indeed it was fine that Yoshi spoke of the relations with Konoha, but he was not happy that his love spoke of him allowing others into his village.

This wasn’t something he was all too proud of from her but he did turn his head to the side, his rather abrupt and quick to anger personality having its talons in him for a second as he merely glared. “Yoshi, you will not speak again in the politics. If you dare I will be certain to rip you to shre—” The demonic persona of ‘Suke was going to add more such as tearing the unborn child from her womb and more but the alpha persona’s resistance caused ‘Suke’s eyes to roll back before taking a sharp breath in for which the alpha persona returned.

He looked with apologies to Yoshi and then to the Kazekage while rubbing his temples. “My apologies but I am only human. I am certain you know the feeling even given your age that the stress of the job as kage can definitely destroy the mental state sometimes.” He finished his light rubbing and then with a sigh he proceeded with the politics, keeping his emotions in check as it happened. His emotional levels had to remain constant or the beta persona could escape and that wasn’t what he wanted to happen, never again was he going to want that.

“I do not intend to keep borders open, the open border policy is a nice theory on paper but it can provide terrible back stabbing and assassinations if you were to ever leave your post of Kazekage and be replaced or I to my post and the newly appointed thought our policy a sham. No, I believe we should do the border with a bit more tact to it. Such as a letter sent to the border of the allied land to notify when an allied shinobi is coming through. We the kage are to keep the permissions on check and such so that the two may go about business accordingly with one another.

“Now, with that being said, my embassy has direct access to what missions my village has running daily if they so desire or they may go in and gather the intel of the mission from my kage tower itself in the village if they so wish as well. That isn’t an issue but I do expect a delivery notice of a message ahead of time for any shinobi wishing to enter the other’s village with their respective kage’s insignia upon it. This is to reduce possibility of being assassinated and the like of such as well to reduce malice intentions where seen in the events that they can come up.”

He steadied himself with the speech letting it soak in that his plan may be the better for an open border policy itself. Ideally he wouldn’t mind open borders but the world they lived in was not a decent one, it was in fact a kill or be killed world and he did not wish that upon anyone for the world to hold dear to one’s own. He however continued onwards with what he’d offer to the actual plotting of this ideal contract of alliance. “Now, you spoke of Yukigakure and Konohagakure. Now, I’d like to say currently it is true we are enemies with Snow and for decent reason while neutral with Leaf.

“Snow wanted to blackmail me into handing Yoshi over to them or to declare Leaf an open enemy to rescind the bounty on Yoshi. This is not something I would allow and thereby I declared Snow an enemy. Honor is something I hold high and if someone interrupts the integrity felt therein then I will not rest until they are punished for their insolence. It is who I am and I hope you understand.” He caught his breath once more. The speech was dragging and he was just about to bring it to a close for the time being.

“Now, with all this being said I can offer only medical aid to your village if you fight any village that is deemed an ally of mine and I can hopefully expect the same from your village when we are attacking a beneficiary of yours. This way you are not involved in the fighting amongst allies but rather just a bystander of medical science. This I hope is acceptable to you as it is for me. Reasonably the medical science herein will permit and be deemed satisfactory to both sides and I can propose trade routes for our villages for said medical science goods and services. What say you?”

Amira listened to Yoshi's opinionated speech as she watched Ryosuke's face become more distasteful than she would have liked to see it. "You are excused dear Yoshi...I believe that's what the bingo book listed you as anyway." Amira laughed not giving two shits about the Bingo book bounty. Yoshi obviously had spunk and a good heart, which was all Amira needed to know to forgive her in an instant. As Ryosuke began to speak aggressively towards the woman, Amira softly stood up and raised hand towards the pair. "Please keep it together guys..." She muttered quietly as everything slowly began to resolve itself. "Right...so as you were saying." Amira said continuing to listen to what Ryosuke had to say.

As to open boarders, Amira had been thinking to Rashly. The idea on paper wasn't bad, but I'm the end there would need to be some room for privacy. Both ninja were allowed invitation to the others village. That in itself was a big step towards a more peaceful environment. "I agree with you, and see how all of that could work." Amira said sitting back down and rubbing her chin. A simple letter in advance from either herself or the Shinobi would be enough for an accepted entrance. "A simple letter is an acceptable price of entrance, and keeps our village...privacy in tact." She said avoiding any talk of assassinations. She being a political figure knew they were out there; however she disdained at the thought of one of her villagers assassinating Ryosuke or vise versa. "More then fair" she affirmed as her mind wandered to the other subject he had mentioned.

"As for the political issue with your aggression towards snow and our aggression towards the leaf." Amira said folding her hands together again so that she could appear at least quasi-serious. "We understand and will accept your rightful aggression towards snow, but Suna is growing tired of our conflict with Konoha." Amira said now looking Ryosuke in the eyes. "I'm willing to talk about peace if your willing to be the third party moderator." Amira said leaning back a bit trying to keep the flow going. It's strange how you can hate someone so long that you forget why you were fighting in the first place. That was how the conflict between sand and leaf felt constantly. In fact on her travels she had even forgotten when she visited the land of fire only to be rebuked and reminded by the police chief Ameranta. "What do you say to that lord Amekage?" Amira asked trying to keep a serious and calm tone as she spoke.

"Also in regards to support, while we are on the subject, I find the medical support to be more then fair." Amira said continuing to keep her gaze upon Ryosuke. "In fact I would even go the length to take it a step further to say that humanitarian aid like food and reconstruction would be equally offered in a time of need or conflict" Amira said continuing her thought flow as she spoke. "However, if we are both opposed to this faction or attacked unjust-fully then I do expect your military support." Amira said somberly as she thought about more warfare. Sadly she had a suspicion that even if peace was achieved between Konoha and Suna, the sand village would probably be drug back into conflict by the tensions between Takigakure and Iwagakure.

"We in turn will support you with our military strength in the event you are Attack." Amira said hopefully confirming that the sand village was willing to stand up for its allies. "Otherwise, the medical aid is more than I could ask from you in that situation and we humbly accept whatever it is you're willing to allow us, as we will you." She said taking a moment to think before she said anything else. Hoping for a response from the fellow Kage in a positive way, Amira sat quietly awaiting what he had to say.

The elderly woman at the desk slowly looked up at the fellow who had requested the scrolls. "Alright let me see here. We have quite a few village scrolls as well as a few others that might interest you." The woman said politely as she walked back to the scroll rack and pulled off as many as she could carry. One of which was the Sunagakure village scroll. This scroll was different then the rest however. The codex that had been placed upon the scroll made it almost impossible to comprehend as Yoshi would find out through further investigation is she so chose to do so. The other village scrolls info books were readily available and readable. "Is there anything else I can help you with dear?" the woman asked politely as she dumped the scrolls down onto the counter for Yoshi to take and read down in the library under the librarian's supervision.

It was something that the girl had experienced a couple of times. This dark looming shadow that was present within the Amekage. A shadow that was nothing like the gentle and caring person that she had come to love, respect, adore and hold dear. It was something, or someone, that she was afraid of. Something that, when it had taken hold, she wouldn't feel comfortable leaving children around, or even having be head of the village. In her heart, she knew that she needed to do something to help Ryosuke eradicate this side of himself. Certainly he knew it himself, that if that side of him was to ever take over, it would bring about dark tidings for everyone in his vicinity. Now that he was more vulnerable with ever, starting a family with a woman who was wanted across the world for her transgressions against Yukigakure, it was ever more likely that he could end up in a place from which he could never return again. Though, in this meeting, it wasn't something that she was willing to allow the Kazekage to know. This was a personal problem for the Amekage, and not something that should influence the negotiations. So silently, she simply removed herself from the office. The clone was still sitting in place, absolutely immoveable, as if frozen in time.

Coming down to the elderly woman behind the library desk, the two of them had a short exchange before the Amegakure shinobi was provided with a lot of reading material. Smiling warmly, she performed a curtsy before the clerk, respectfully. It seemed that this particular shinobi was raised with finer manners than most would find. "Thank you. If there is more, I will request having a look once I get through this all. For now I believe this is enough reading material." With that, she'd raise herself up again from the curtsy. Afterwards she'd simply position herself in the corner of the tower, crossing her legs as she started to read. Although incomprehensible to her, she was still looking over the village scrolls with interest. How on earth were they planning to teach any of their shinobi what these scrolls said? Smiling to herself, it was curious how different villages had different approaches to problems. There were scrolls on the history of the village. There were scrolls on political engagements and knowledge. Trade routes, locations of interest.. So much information. It'd be hard to remember all the things that she wanted to remember, but she did have quite a sharp memory.

[Father 'Suke]

‘Suke brought his anger in control, allowing it to finally subside into oblivion as the discussions when onward. Amira seemed to be enjoying all the ideas allotted to her by ‘Suke, even if he wasn’t the most experienced when it came to negotiations he was capable of understanding most of what was necessary. He did make note she removed all specification of assassination, which was a good move on her part, meant she was not thinking of betraying him right away nor would he think of betraying anyone he actually made negotiations with.

Her affirmation that this was more than fair was delightful to him, but then she spoke of how the sand itself was tired of their constant conflict with the leaf and that brought his mind to a different kind of plot. The manner of which that was presented to him to be a third party mediator in the events of sand having negotiations with them. To her question of his thoughts on that matter he nodded in thoughtful resolution to this, “I can be a mediator, I have no qualms on this. However I wouldn’t be able to do so right away. I’ve a few concerns in my village to attend to prior to this but I’ll send word once ready.”

The Kazekage began speaking once again, but this time of the medical offers brought up being more than fair. He was a doctor first and foremost so he enjoyed the idea of medical technologies. Now, when there presented itself the idea of humanitarian aid being a step further he did have a few reservations about that. But he waited to present thought, allowing Amira to speak more. Bringing up war, if a faction or conflict was mutual then the military support would be there and available and he’d present himself for that accordingly.

It was time for him to respond fully and he would do so, “First matter of concern is the humanitarian aid. Now, I am not opposed to this but there are conditions that must be met in my eyes to work effectively for it. First is the fact that it must follow similar channels provided by our ninja visiting one another’s village, that being the fate of the letter system. Second and last condition is that it is to be after war time. While in war your people or my own may be endangered so humanitarian aid should be during the fastest moments of peace possible.”

This was the primary concern for his people as during war time he had no qualms of using his medical shinobi during that period but humanitarian efforts also benefited the non-ninja communities and to keep them safe meant keeping them out of the war ends. “When it does come to a mutual war where an enemy or a condition where we both feel equal then I do believe in aiding you fully with Ame’s military might in acceptance that you all do the same. So with that I believe the majority of the alliance we have is discussed.”

He gave a thought over what else there could be acceptable to their teachings and the like, with that in mind he did lend thought to the different things out there. “I am uncertain as to what else our alliance should hold as my main points of discussion were addressed and brought about. Is there anything else you wish to hold into our discussion currently Lady Kazekage?” He asked, showing respect in the words by speaking her title as to keep all this still fairly professional. That was always the key was keeping things professional.

Amira leaned forward on her desk as Ryosuke responded on the subjects. What he said made a lot of sense, and was clearly only an oversight on her part. This again would allow the villages' security to remain in tact as well as keep her own village ninja safe during wartime. "That's all more the fair lord Amekage, I have no further comment." She said nodding her head as he finished up his responsive spiel. She found him to be quite the man indeed, with just as much experience as a Kage as she herself had, which was comforting to say the least. "So it seems we are in agreement then." Amira said reaching into her desk and pulling out her pen and clear pieces of parchment. "Shall we make this official then?" She asked putting the tools down and extending her hand across the table. Today was not yet over, she reminded herself as she thought back to the letters that would have to be sent out as well as possibly offering a simple tour to the Amekage who had been such a gracious guest as far as she could see. Hmm what to do? She thought to herself as we slowly stood up after the handshake was accepted or denied.

"So my friend, I also would like to ask if you're interested in allowing me the honor of visiting your village when you return from your journey." Amira said walking over to the piano and quietly playing a bit of a soothing piece that was one Joplin's many pieces. "I'm sure you have places to be, but please rest a bit before going back out." She said as she stopped for a moment realizing she was slightly off tempo. "Perhaps Yoshi and yourself would enjoy a tour of the village while you all are here?" She asked standing up and swiftly going over to her desk and picking up the pen she had put down only moments ago. "But first...I must write a few letters." She said taking the papers, scribbling down the few notes she needed to have written.

Amira swiftly wrapped the now finished notes into envelopes before putting her index and middle fingers into her mounts and whistling. As if on cue three furry messenger cats climbed through the sandstone window and into the room. "Ah, your timing is improving." She said merrily as she put the letters into the document slots on the back of the cats. "Okay...now..." We said going in to whisper the locations for each letter to the comprehensive felines. The cats swiftly responded by climbing out the window from whence they came, proceeding to their destinations. "Are they not total dolls." She said jovially as the cats delivered the letters. "Anyway, if there is anything you require let me know so that I can personally have those needs accommodated to." She said walking back over towards Ryosuke. "So shall we go look for your masked friend?" She asked hoping to get the pair all that they needed. They must have been weary from their journey after all.

Towards the comment of making it official, ‘Suke merely nodded, there was not much else he had to discuss on the point himself and ultimately it was all coming together rather nicely. Yoshi had permission to view scrolls and the like, she had protected him in the entire encounter of which he had gotten here and in the likelihood of the event he also saw fitting that she did the job well. Even for the actuality of getting her pregnant along the way, she still maintained her status of a ninja and made way through the months in the best aptitude possible.

The ultimate improvement of her as a shinobi and a person was improving, but his own anger was becoming problematic. An issue that would need to be sorted out sooner rather than later if at all possible. He looked up from his internal confrontation and saw the kage’s hand extended, he stood and shaked upon it as well. Their treaty of alliance between the rain and sand was official now, and it provided more aptitude for creating better borders than ever before. That was a delightful thing to know in his own mind.

The Kazekage asked of visiting his own village, in timely manner of course and he would rather welcome the idea as it were. However there were a few bridges to burn, bones to bury, and the like of which he merely stated out in a rather blunt fashion, “You are more than welcome to come and visit, however I do wish to extend warning that for the next six months (3 months RL time), our village is going through an ethnic cleansing of old policies and those in charge of them. Nothing too dangerous but if there were to be a fracas going on, I’d rather not have someone not in the midst be a target of concern.”

His warning was for her own personal health and safety, something he was rather good natured upon unlike the other him. However when it came to the offer of rest he had to say something, “Lady Kazekage, I do say this with the best regard to your station, your people, and the village itself but I do believe we’ve perhaps overstayed our welcome. We were in the land of wind for the past two months and perhaps longer. When we return to our own land we’ll appear as foreigners as our land is very uncouth with rain and very little sun so this tan will be gone by the time we meet again.

“However, needless to say we may or may not take another day of rest before heading back. Ultimately it depends on my bodyguard’s feelings on the subject.” He smiled at that, knowing there was more going on than what he actually said, more than in terms of this being the fact that she was pregnant and they had to get back soon. While explaining he couldn’t help but notice the individual played a few keys on the piano, something about it was familiar but alas he was not music savvy to know enough about it. Yoshi knew more in that area than he, that much he knew.

However she soon got letters made, extended offer of tour, and had carriers and such show up expressing affection for them. “With what I had said of our timely schedule I do believe a tour won’t be too necessary this time around perhaps later. As for finding my companion,” he pause for a moment looking at the clone with a caring smile, his back turned to the shinobi of the sand to keep that affection hidden before face turned to the same polite but not affectionate face as before to look at the Kazekage, “Indeed let us find her and we’ll be on our way. I thank you for your hospitality.”

"Alrighty then." Amira said as she listened to Ryosuke speak. His sudden glance towards the woman's clone gave her a moments pause. Those two, she thought to herself as she swiftly began to direct Ryosuke to the library for which Yoshi was located. "Thank you for visiting our humble village, believe me when I say the pleasure is all mine." She said as she walked beside the Amekage assuming that he would follow her down to the library.

As Amira reached the library, hopefully with Ryosuke, she began to observe her villages record center as it always seemed. The old books and scrolls clashed with the new papyrus scrolls that cared a fresh clean that the others lacked. She loved how the elderly librarian monitored the activities of the library as well. "What a sweet old lady..." She muttered quietly as she noticed the colorfully haired ninja woman with her mask again upon her face. "Hey, have you found everything you've been looking for in our scrolls?" Amira asked politely taking an interest in the woman as she allowed Ryosuke to address his shinobi as he would. "It's sure been an interesting return home." She said again quietly to herself as she observed her new allies down in the center of the village.

The girl with the scarlet eyes had gone through most of the scrolls at this point. Yet, all the important things had been encoded to a degree where she wasn't currently capable of understanding any of it. The village scroll, the ANBU scroll, all gibberish. When Amira came walking down, she had just about finished looking through to see if she could find anything interesting, and she had been thorough, but overall it hadn't been much that she could use the scrolls for. Carefully rolling them together, she rose from her position to step towards the counter and place the scrolls back into the posession of the old clerk behind the desk. Bowing politely, the shadowclone that she had created simply disappeared, returning all the knowledge from the meeting to her. For a few moments she looked thoughtful as Amira addressed her, before she then replied. "I much appreciate the gesture of allowing me to view your village scrolls. The encryption however has made me unable to understand anything of what was written within. I do not assume you'd be willing to share the cypher with me, lady Kazekage?"
It was making the whole exchange a slight bit awkward. It was almost like allowing a friend to borrow a car, yet keeping the keys hidden. The young Onigami wasn't certain if this was meant as a joke, an insult, or Amira simply didn't know better. As for Ryosuke, Yoshi was making an effort out of not giving him a single gaze or a single remark. Until they had the chance to speak in private, she would be keeping this as proffesional as she could. The mere thought of looking into his eyes currently scared her. Never had she imagined that he could say the things that he did. Never had she imagined that he would threathen her life over something so small. Yoshi was frightened of him. Something needed to be done...
