Desired Position:
Moderator
Experience
I was an Assistant Moderator and a Moderator on another website known as Pokemon Torrenta. I had the position multiple times with multiple Administrators running the site. The duties of staff on that site were a bit different then on here. Basically being an Assistant and Moderator was like being a Game Master as well.
I was checking profiles, doing OTP (One Time Posts), which were basically like Trainer Hill, Excavation and such. Trainer hill was doing a post about how their Pokemon received free levels. Excavation would be doing a dice roll and based on the roll, the person would receive a specific item. I also helped moderate events and things of that nature.
In the staff section, we did a lot of work on trying to help update the site and that's where you could throw ideas and such around. I'm all about trying to help the site's I'm on and it always helps when you're actually a member of staff. You have a different form of respect in those positions.
The main duty on a Pokemon role play site was to do the wild encounters people had. You did dice rolls to see if they got shiny pokemon and then you'd make either a battle scenario or a plot for the person receiving the pokemon. You had a quota you had to hit and had to maintain multiple threads in order to keep your staff position. Which gets monotonous as you're constantly moving others forward. Having about 5 to six posts a day and needing to make sure you post in every thread before three days were up or you'd lose the thread.
I have no link, as I left the site about two years ago to pursue writing fanfiction which evolved into writing original stories. Which resulted in me returning to this site in fulfillment of interaction in my writings.
To add on to this list I previously posted, I also now have experience on this site as well. Where is my experience? Mainly Character Submissions and answering questions in C-Box or over PM. I'm dipping in and gaining experience with customs as well. As well as trying to help the site with current projects. I'm willing to take any task given to me and get it done. I've gained a lot of knowledge thanks to Lynx, Ko, and Aimi. Lynx and Ko gave me most of my knowledge during the site and are always willing to answer my random weird questions. Aimi helped with customs. Usually when I do a training, I stick with the thread and grade them as quickly as possible. Loki can attest to that.
Role-Play Experience and/or Event
First Arena Battle with Aimi
Second Arena Fight with Aimi
Current Missions Thread
Entertaining Scrap
Boxing Training on Previous Character
Another Character's Training
Old Missions Thread
CE 2015 Start
CE Forest
Kamina Training
Additional Comments
My knowledge of this site is always growing. And my love and passion for NFRP is always there. My absence from here could work against me, but I've no doubt been a hard working member of staff. I'm always trying to help out, especially now that the site is going through an update. I'm trying to do everything I can to get involved with this update and help as much as possible. Even though I had a short leave, please take into consideration that I'm here every day. And I always put staff work before my own role playing, as I genuinely enjoy doing it. Thank you for taking time to review me.
