The Kazeraikou and Kino mansion.
Outside.
This mansion is located in the villa district of Kumogakure no Sato. It is one of the smaller mansions that has been built in a classic French style. The building itself is built out of pale beige stone while the roof is made out of slate. The mansion goes through a maintenance checkup every third month. These checkups will reveal works that needs to be done as well as safety issues.
The road leading up to the house is built out of stone that can be found in Kumogakure no Sato. A large porch is located in front of the building. The porch is made out of the same kind of stone as the road is.
On the right side of the house is an annexe where the where the staff lives. It has two bedrooms, two small bathrooms, a living room plus a kitchen. The rooms are built in the same style as the mansion next to it. The annexe is checked at the same times
A beautiful garden can be seen at the front. It has several different types of trees; among them are cherry blossom trees, pine trees as well as a couple of birch trees. A gardener trims the trees and the grass on a regular basis. At the back of the house is a camouflaged greenhouse. The greenhouse has a number of plants that carries berries and vegetables used for cooking. Surplus fruits, vegetables and berries are given to the Raikage tower to feed the staff or frozen.
House layout.
Security: The security around the mansion is tight. Firstly, you need a fingerprint in order to open the main door. The only people who can open the door at the moment are the Raikage as well as the butler. There are many sensors that respond to motions as well as changes in heat inside the house. If one were to trigger the sensors, it would set off different alarms. One will create a loud noise while another paralyzes the target with electricity. Another sends a direct alert to the Raikage tower to alert the ANBU guards immediately.
The premise has a number of hidden safety cameras as well. There is one hidden camera at each side of the gates plus one for each corner of the garden. None of the cameras have any blind spots or are exposed to the elements.
All of the rooms inside the house except the bathrooms and bedrooms have safety cameras too. All of them are connected to the Raikage tower.
The windows have been reinforced to withstand a huge amount of force. It takes an "A"-ranked ninjutsu or taijutsu to break the glass. If that was to happen, an alarm will go off at the Raikage tower.
Ground floor:
The first room in the house is the Japanese inspired foyer. At the center of the room is a staircase that leads to the first floor.
The staircase is divided in two to provide easier access. A bonsai tree is located at each side while a rug covers the white marble floor. All of the walls are painted in pearlescent grey except the wall at the staircase. Said wall is made out of muddy green marble and decorated with a panting. Underneath the painting is a chest of drawers. The chest of drawers contains slippers, gloves, caps, rainwear plus walking spikes for shoes.
Next is the main kitchen. It has a modern Asian design that gives the room an elegant touch. All of the kitchen furniture is relatively new and has a rather minimalistic design. The furniture is built in recycled wood that has been reinforced. A small island is located there as well to provide extra space for preparation.
Another room that can be found at the ground floor is the main dining room that sometimes serves as a meeting room. A table made out of dark recycled wood, four chairs plus a bench is placed in the center. A beige rug is underneath to protect the white linoleum floor. On the left side is a painting with kanjis that hangs over a cupboard that has tableware for special occacions. The walls are painted in a cool beige colour and decorated with white leaves.
Last but not least is the living room. It has slate grey brick walls while the floor is made out of recycled white stone. A rug that looks like the one in the foyer is placed under the table. The table itself has kanji carvings that were made by a local artist.
A comfortable charcoal grey sofa plus a matching chair with colourful pillows are located next to the windows. At the wall behind the sofa are two pieces of metal artwork that was given as a gift from a smith. A fireplace made out of natural rock is at the opposite side of the sofa. Above it is a flatscreen TV. Next to the fireplace is a discreet aviary that is 40 square feet. This aviary is used by Daiki during the nighttime.
First floor:
Five en-suite bedrooms are located at the first floor. Each room is 15 square meters (50 square feet) in size with an excellent view of the garden outside.
The bedrooms as well as the bathrooms have a modern Asian design to them. This corresponds with the interest that the owner has in culture and history. Each room has a different colour at the walls. The rooms are painted in baby blue, sandy beige, pale golden yellow, light pink and mint green. Each room has linoleum floors that looks like wood plus a rug that matches the walls.
A pair of small bookshelves hangs on the wall next to the bed. In front of the bed is a desk plus a matching chair. At the left side of the bed are two sleek wardrobes that holds all of the clothes. The wardrobes and the bookshelves are made out of recycled wood. The owner wants to preserve the environment as well as possible.
Each bathroom is painted in a colour that matches the one in the bedroom. At the left side is a toilet as well as a bidet. In the back of the room is a shower. Next to it is a bathtub that is just the right size for two average-sized people. At the right side of the bathroom is a sink built in the same style as the bathtub plus a mirror. The bathrooms are 9 square meters (30 square feet). All of the bathrooms have a small frosted window.
All of the rooms are decorated with photos of different flowers plus a vase with flowers. These flowers are fake, but they do not appear to be that. The rooms are used as guest rooms or bedrooms by the people living there.
Cleaning are usually done by the maids once a week unless they are told otherwise. The rooms are checked every third month during the maintenance checkups.
Another room at the first floor is the library. It has a number of books concerning history, culture, mythology, geography, fiction, manga as well as children's book. All of the books are in good condition since they are stored in bookshelves.
The floor is made out of linoleum that looks like dark wood. A smaller rug is on the floor in front of the sofa. The sofa is placed in front of a window that has superb view of the grounds.
Second floor: The owner of the house lives at the second floor. What one can find here are the master bedroom, the en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet plus a storage room.
This bedroom is slightly larger than the bedrooms downstairs. It is 18 square meters (60 square feet). The room has a French style that contrasts with the more Japanese rooms below. The walls are painted in an icy lavender shade while the floors are made out of linoleum.
At the south end of the room is a queen sized bed with a grayish lilac headboard. A nightstand is located at the right side of the table. A pair of chalk white armchairs are in front of the bed. The windows face the east and the north end of the property.
The bathroom is somewhat larger compared to the bathrooms downstairs as well. At the floor is a waterproof material while the walls are covered in cool beige wallpaper. The ceiling however is painted cerulean blue with a modern-style lamp illuminating the room.
On the right side of the room is a modern Japanese bath tub. At the opposite side are two marble sinks plus a chest of drawers made out of recycled wood. Last but not least is the shower at the far end of the bathroom.
