Kusakage Keep

Having complete another mission, Ameya lazily strolled back into the keep. As she was passing the tables, she grabbed another mission without looking. She didn’t even notice that she grabbed a higher ranked mission this time. She found her way to Vlad. “I finished the flier mission. Can I do this one now?”

Objective: distribute flyers to the public promoting the new circus in town.
Description: A new circus is coming to town! Yay! Clowns, balloons and food! But wait, the group still needs a few days to set up. Distribute flyers to get the local area excited for their opening.
Reward: 14,000 Ryo

Difficulty: Easy
Description: The Kage has commissioned a new scheme in order to promote grow within the village. The series of missions are aimed at ninjas who wish to progress to the next rank, boosting their power so they are able to better compete for the rank of Chūnin, or Jōnin. Money is a powerful incentive to all, the missions also serve as an easy way to meet the exam perquisites, meaning that the ninjas should have no excuse on why they were unable to progress to the next level.
Objective: –For every 40 tp someone gains in techniques (not skills) they will receive a mission credit, along with a suitable reward. Please note this mission will not be backdated, you must come in and request it before the training commences.
Reward: Depends on Techniques learned Ranks (D ranks = 10k Each. C ranks = 20k B rank+ = 40k)

Echoing the stony halls of Kusa Keep in the early hours of the morn, before the mist has receded from the grasses, the sound of tapping fills the air. In the fog moves Zianna just outside the keep. She is a ghost in the mist and moves without hesitation in it. She opens the doors and goes inside, her grass band letting her in and wanders about. She taps her shikome on the ground moving about

She continues till she finds the Kusakage's office and makes her way inside if its not locked. Her shikome has dew on it and her clothing is damp from the mist. she steps in this time silently and moves to the side, unable to tell at her current state if the kusakage is preoccupied.

She slides the shikome against the wall beside her making sure she has room to move and then picks up the sword cane and holds it quietly. She had come to see the kusa kage.

Vlad watched uncaring as the blind girl made her way into Yuri's office. Yuri had told Vlad several times that she wanted her office to be open, so he would just put his head back into his book. Yuri on the other hand who had several papers floating around in front of her moved them out of the way to see this blind individual before her. She raised and eyebrow, "Can I help you with something? Or are you just looking for a seat?" Yuri said as she sat back and began to move her papers around her. Yuri wasn't sure who this chick was, or even if she was just lost.

She honestly didn't care, either way. If she was just looking for a sit and was lost, as long as she sat there quietly, she could sit there all day. Yuri went back to focusing on her paper work as she began to hum to herself. She waited to get the bulk of this done before the day got relatively business. It was pretty early in the morning so there weren't many ninja taking missions... oh... that probably wasn't a good thing right? Well she guessed if ninjas did all their work at night then maybe they would naturally sleep in. Huh, then what did that say about her? Was she not doing enough missions of her own? well she was a Kage when would she have the time?

The tiny white haired woman tilts her head as she is spoken to. She says calmly. "Kusomimi" and activates her bloodline so she can "see" whats going on. She gets a read on the situation and then says. "You must be... the kusokage." she flips her hair out of the way and her Kuso headband is visible on her neck. "I am Zianna, a gennin." she doubt the kusokage knows her. "I got up early to meet you, and it seems the timing was right."

She clicks her tongue making little popping sounds as she approaches a seat and sits down, resting her canesword across her lap. She tilts her head toward Vlad, her blind eyes opening ever so slightly as she observes him in three dimensions using sound, smell, even touch to feel the vibrations as he moves ever so slightly. She doesn't have much to say.

Zianna dresses very plainly. her clothing is all without pigmentation, her hair is white, and even her skin is extremely pale. She does not strive to stand out, and it is clear. She is wearing a simple tunic top and a long skirt, but shows almost no skin. She is modest, even if she could use her beauty to her advantage. She actually isn't aware she is in fact a looker which is part of it.

Yuri didn't look directly as the girl as she spoke, but sh was blind why would she care, right? Yuri instead kept her eyes focused on her papers. She smiled as she heard the girl had gotten hear early to meet her. "Well I am the Kusakage, and you have meet me." She giggled a little bit, as it was still a bit awkward that she got so many visitors just because she was the Kage. "So is there any specific? Or did you just come hear to say high?" Yuri was curious about the girl's arrival usually when she was visited by Genin they came asking for favors, or permission to do something.

She listens sitting there  calmly and patiently, though due to her size her feet don't touch the ground all the way in the taller chair so she swings her legs idly. 

"I was curious perhaps if there was anything I could do mission wise." She says as she dips her head constantly, her ears flicking around as she listens for the plethora of sounds in kusakeep. She decides to add. "Or perhaps I could assist you in some way." She asks hoping the later was more viable. The young gennin isn't overtly ambitious, she knows her limitations, a humility she deals with every day. "I am still learning my skills, though they are mostly, unguided."

She slowely gets up hopping off the chair and moves around almost silently, leaving her cane there. Her steps are light and she makes her way over to vlad. "who... are you?" she asks calmly, her face pretty much facing his stomach due to their difference in size. Nobody ever told her people look at peoples faces so she has never quite figured that out as a social norm.

"If you want missions ask Vlad. But I already have an assistant." Yuri said as she continued to look through her papers and continued, "No offense but you're like straight out of he academy right? There isn't really much you have to offer me at the moment." The blind girl stood up and walked over towards Vlad, and Yuri just let out a deep breath as she was sure that Vlad was going to be causing a seen very soon. Vlad looked down at the girl as she asked who he was. He narrowed his eyes and then but his head back into his book, "I'm no one... leave me alone." Vlad said as he leaned back in his sit. Yuri shook her head and rolled her eyes.

"That's Vlad. If you have missions you want to take, then he'll be the person to talk to. He's the person that signs off on all your missions, and pays you once your done. So if you wanna get started on doing some missions then he's your guy." Vlad looked over at Yuri and then sighed ass he put down his book, "So what do you want? You wanna mission or what?"

Tomomi arrived at the keep oddly. He'd considered many options when it came to the acquisition of funds, but perhaps this one was the most efficient and helpful method. He could assist the village by completing missions, and simultaneously garner the capital required for his aspirations. Anyways, Tomomi entered the facility quietly and respectfully. He didn't make a commotion as he usually does, moving towards the table on one side where missions are listed.

His eyes glanced across the table till they fell upon a binder labeled "C". These were the higher ranked missions that Tomo was allowed to take as a mere Genin of Kusagakure. Anyways, he skimmed through the pages till he found a mission he felt fit his current intentions, and presented it to Vlad, who was sat further in the room.

Tomo thanked Vlad quietly with a bow, minding the mostly quiet atmosphere in the space, before leaving quickly, on his way to finish as much training as he could.

Zianna's ears flatten. They view her as useless. SHe opens her blind eyes ever so slightly in irritation. Well no better time than now to work her way up. Vlad even tells her to go away. The small woman obliges however and moves back to her walking cane and picks it up. 

"No offense taken... " She is offended, but its a normal thing so her face doesn't betray her, but her shoulders are slumped a bit showing her feelings upon it pretty readily if anyone cares to observe. "If you have something for me to do, then I will take it without hesitation." 

She sits back down. "No matter what it is, I have enough to prove, to myself-" she looks vlad's way. "-and others."

Yuri was about to speak to the blind girl once again, but was interrupted, by the sound of a bird flying through her window. She groaned as she quickly looked over the letter that the bird had brought to her. "Ergh... Vlad! There's a riot at the prison. I'm heading there now..." Yuri then turned her attention over to Zianna, and then said, "I'm taking Zianna here with me." As she said that Vlad raised an eyebrow as he but his book down and looked over towards her, "You sure about that? A riot is an upper level B rack mission at least." Yuri shrugged her shoulders as she but the papers back in order and out of the way.

"It'll be fine, call in Houkou, tell him to meet us as the prison. Handle things while we're away."

"You got it." Vlad said as he leaned back into his chair and went to make the calls he needed to get a hold of Houkou. As Vlad handled that Yuri turned her attention over towards Zianna, "Let's go... this is a B rank mission. Be on your toes." Yuri then flip her Kusakage cloak over her shoulders and made her way out of the tower towards the prison.

Difficulty: Moderate
Objective: Stop the Prison Riot.
Description: The Kusagakure Prison is being over run by the prisoners. Get in there and quell the rioting inmates by any means necessary. The Prison is filled with some of the most deadly criminals that roamed Kusa, mercy is not advised, but restraint is appreciated. Some prisoners are there from none violent crimes.
Reward: 77,000 Ryo

    Interested in finding new reading material, Inoryu would ascend to the library inconspicuously through the keep. He browsed through the selections of books and scrolls and after about an hour, he had chosen two books to check out and study further. After going through the process and taking responsibility for the care of the book and scroll, he would calmly leave the keep and make his way back to the training area.
