  Shiroi remains quiet for a moment, then looks to her papers, then back to Vlad. Glancing around the room again, she takes note of the mission folders laid out again. "Ahn... sorry to be a bother then. I thought it would be more complicated for a newcomer." she pauses and looks toward her fox, Rahv, before reaching out for the nearest folder to her. The one that had been left by the previous attendant to the desk, the 'C' folder.

  A few moments of reading and glancing around nervously later, she finally nods affirmatively, then says aloud to Rahv, "Well, there's a mission that's training to prepare for Chuunin exams, Rahv. That sounds just about perfect, huh?" the fox nods and gives a single affirmative yip. This is all the confirmation she needs to return her attention to Vlad, "Sorry for the delay, I think I've found the mission I would like to take on." she turns the folder around towards Vlad with her finger on:

Description: The Kage has commissioned a new scheme in order to promote grow within the village. The series of missions are aimed at ninjas who wish to progress to the next rank, boosting their power so they are able to better compete for the rank of Chūnin, or Jōnin. Money is a powerful incentive to all, the missions also serve as an easy way to meet the exam perquisites, meaning that the ninjas should have no excuse on why they were unable to progress to the next level.
Objective: –For every 40 tp someone gains in techniques (not skills) they will receive a mission credit, along with a suitable reward. Please note this mission will not be backdated, you must come in and request it before the training commences.
Reward: Depends on Techniques learned Ranks (D ranks = 5k Each. C ranks = 10k B rank+ = 20k)

Decimus came back form the kusakage introducing herself to the village. Maybe it is by her words, he decided to pick up another mission. He saw someone else picking up a mission and took a quick look. "Thirst for power?... Hmmm" Decimus said to himself as he looked for another copy of the mission. Perhaps he was lucky and it is one of those missions where multiple people are needed. After looking for it, he found another copy.

The missions was aimed at giving ninja's incentive to train for exams. This is something that sounded right to Decimus as he wanted to train but also do a mission at the same time. He looked at the requirements and remembered he had some old books from his dad. He still wanted to study those as it would allow Decimus to grow in using his shark body. "Vlad, I am taking this one as well." Decimus said waiting for Vlad to stamp and approve his mission.

Vlad would look at the girl and then over at Decimus. He looking at their missions he said, "Alright then. Try not to hurt yourselves. Both of you are approved, grow stronger... become a force for the Lady Kusakage." Vlad would then waved the both of them off, he still had plenty of reading that he needed to catch up on. He leaned back in his sit and kicked his legs up onto the counter, as he grabbed his book.

Shiroi nods in satisfaction, glancing over to the other person now taking the mission basically alongside her. "Ahn, well then, good luck to you." she turns to Vlad, bowing her head slightly, "And thank you."

Glancing around one more time she hums to herself, then to Rahv, tilting her head toward the door when he's looking at her. They leave together quickly after that, though they don't go very far.

  It was just another day,began with a late waking up.Sleeping too much and getting late isn't something Satoshi is not familiar with..
 
 As he quickly left his home,he reached for the Kusakage Keep.
He entered the keep with his hands in his pockets.He looked around the missions with an unsatisfied look.He talked to himself as he inspected the missions:''What a drag..''
 
 He took a C-rank mission called ''Disappearance'' and put it into his pocket as he started to walk towards the person that would accept him going with this mission.
 He spoke as he reached the desk '' I'm taking this one..''.

Vlad sighed as he had just started to really get into his book. The village was starting to look more active than it usually was. This was a good thing wasn't it? Well not for Vlad, this just made things much more annoying for him. He looked down at the mission, "Hmm... I guess noobie... Don't you go disappearing too." Vlade would hand the mission back to him and send him on his way.

  Satoshi appeared back in the keep two days after he took the mission.He had just woken up from his sleep as he was resting after the mission.His unsatisfied look was boosted with sleepiness as he reached for the desk as he held the mission note in his hand to return it..

Vlad would look up from his desk and give the kid an annoyed look. He would snatch the mission note from the kid and then placed a stamp on it, as he stored the mission report away. After storing away the Mission Vlad would bring out reach into his desk and pull out several bills. He would count up the money, and slide it across the the desk to Satoshi. "Good job on not getting disappeared. There's you're money... get lost." He would say as he grabbed his book and leaned back in his chair.

  He sighed and took his reward without making any eye contacts with the Vlad.He mumbled to himself as he moved towards the exit to leave the keep
''What a troublesome guy..''

[Real Folk Blues]

Bound up and drugged it seemed there wasn't much else for Tuva to do but go along with it all, blowing out a long breath and focusing on just walking. This part she didn't like, being paraded in blindfolded and debilitated, it was much worse than she'd originally been led to believe and without the ability to tell direction she was all but needing to be carried. Sure maybe the process seemed harmless but it was far less dignifying to be toted in like a cripple.

No sooner had they brought her in did she chew her tongue on an outburst and simply held out her hand in some random direction and hopefully face up. "Give me the remedy, this is asinine." It was exactly that, craziness to be brought in like this. Perhaps when her head cooled she'd calmly present an easier method.

"I agree..." Yuri's voice would echo as she the Amekage would be sat down and her blindfold taken off. As the blindfold was taken off Yuri would hand the Amekage a cup of tea. "That should get rid of the grogginess, and it's actually pretty great tea." Yuri would pour herself some, she wasn't the biggest fan of tea... but this was damn good tea. She sat down in her sit and her Long red hair would flow around her as she stared at the Amekage, "Sorry about all that. It's an old protocol, and I don't have a better replacement for it... yet." Yuri would take a sip of her tea and then let out a sigh.

"Well I'm the Kusakage Yuri Ikebana-Hyuuga... I gotta say, I'd thought you'd be older. That really takes a load off." Yuri shoulders would relax and she would slump a little in her chair. It was nice to see someone closer o her age in charge of things. Yuri clapped her hands with excitement, "Full disclosure... this is my first time doing something like this... so I'm terrified and amped at the same time. Is that weird?" Yuri tended to get a little chatty when she was nervous, and she was desperate to break the tension.

  Satoshi lazily appeared in the keep with his hands in his pockets.He forcefully checked the mission list to begin a new successful mission.''What a drag..Why am i even a shinobi?'' He would say quietly..After inspecting a set of missions,he found a perfect mission for today called ''Time for the Butchers to get Cut down.''...''They are probably just a gang of mindless criminals, i can easily get them down with my mind..What a drag..'' He would think to himself

  Without losing his lazy stance,he walked towards Vlad to have him approve of this mission.He calmly showed the mission to Vlad and spoke without making much eye contact;
''Going with this one today..''

Vlad looked up at the Nara boy who seemed to be back for more more missions, how nice. Vlad looked over the mission and then handed it back to him, "Alright kid have fun." Vlad would say as he leaned back in his chair and went back to reading his book. Hopefully he would get through more than a chapter this time.

[Nara Satoshi]

 Satoshi sighed and put the mission paper into his pocket as he thought to himself;
''He acted way nicer today,people are hard to tell..What a drag..''
He did a waving hand gesture at Vlad and moved towards the door to exit the keep,so he could begin his new mission..

  He appeared in the keep again next morning to return his mission.His clothes were covered in dirt and blood.It seemed that the night he spend at home after his mission,he paid no attention to his clothes.He actually didn't even notice it until he somehow saw his reflection on a mirror.

  He pulled the mission paper out of his pocket and returned his finished mission to Vlad;
''Dont look at me like that..It was a rough mission..Damn,what a drag.''

  He would wait to have his reward paid,with his hands in his pocket

Vlad looked at the mission report that was left to him by the young Nara. After looking over it, he would stamp it and tuck the completed mission away. Her would then hand him his money of the mission, "Good Job... there are always missions too be taken. Don't be shy... but don't forget your training." Vlad would tell the young Nara and then began to read his book once again.

Tuva shook her head and a wild crown of jagged flames as she got settled into the seat, grasping at what had to be the remedy though she needed to be handed it with her inability to discern directions with her limb more or less. It was an equally slow process to sip the concoction, taking one long pull to prevent the need of taking another sip in hopes the dose was potent enough. The whole while she sat in the chair looking something like a cyber tech tweaker till the brew kicked in and she could sigh a sigh of relief.

Young was the Kusaage much like herself and when the irritation, as short lived as it was, faded away she threw on a smile and waved her hands. "Bah, forget about it. I'm in the process of revamping my own village, out with the old, in with the new!" She took that liberty to flash her headband with the barcode symbol on it, an exaggerated version of the four slashes that made up the old Ame headbands.

Off to business though. "Well I think it's important we leave a little of ourselves in the grand scheme of the villages so as long as you have a plan in mind the stress comes from other people, not yourself~" It was something that'd kept her complacent in her near empty village. "So I wouldn't call it weird I'd call it inspirational." She reached for her head and took of her goggles, "I uhm... I'm very sorry. In the midst of all the craziness I wasn't permitted to take off my goggles. They are camera lenses and set to recording so.... I mean I guess I got a good short of this room? Eh heh?" She'd happily copy the information over and edit out all rom from the beginning of their conversation if need be.

"Eh, it's fine... keep recording if you want." Yuri, really didn't care, there was nothing in the room that could be used to hurt or track down the village's location. She had closed the blinds at the behest of the Anbu, the only thing in here were closed files. Most of which would be of very little concern to anyone but her. Yuri would lean back in her seat and fold her arms as she looked at the Amekage. She thought that the two of them were a little young to have such responsibility forced on them, although she wouldn't be surprised if there were even younger Kage still. Yuri would sigh as she let the thought leave her mind.

"So... like I said. This is my first time doing this so I'm not really sure how peace talks... go." Yuri had appointed herself a political adviser, but Viola was away at the moment. Tuva seemed nice enough, so she didn't think it would be necessary, to call her for this. "So, I'm not big on fighting, and I detest war. I'm trying to bring piece between my village, and any other villages that would listen. As far as I know the only true enemies of Grass are Konoha and the Hidden Stone. There were talks of peace with Konoha before I took over, and I plan on pursuing them further. However, the Hidden Stone... seems to be a lost cause." Yuri mentioned this, because if Tuva was aligned with any of these two nations then if things went well here, then perhaps she would be able to help her with the others.

[Errmanno]

Errmanno walks into the Tower with his collar popped up dressed in his traditional outfit. His skin and eyes yet to be seen as his helmet, glove, boots, and clothes in general obscure his feature. The ever present buzzing surrounds him but it seems his bugs were subdued today. This was his first entrance into the tower sense the Kage's message. He was here to collect the reward for listening to that message. He didn't have a slip or anything but he was sure the Kage would remember his presence even if it was a good memory. But he needed the funds, so here he was to collect.

[Real Folk Blues]

Tuva merely shrugged and snapped her goggles firmly in place, practically rubbernecking as she looked around the office to peer at what other Kage offices looked like from the eyes of another dignitary. She did say she was new and this castle of hers showed it. Tuva hadn't changed hers at all and in the blank void of her thoughts Yuri was still talking before Tuva came crashing back down to earth with her.

"Allies? Hmm.. I believe we are part of something... Uhh.. the summertime... summerfield... summer-thing alliance. It contains Rain, Leaf and a few other countries. SO I could possibly go in your stead to speak with Leaf's Shadow but something tells me they are going to want to speak with you directly. I am unaware if Stone is part of it as I merely glanced the document." For a minute she sniffed, falling back into her seat and sort of just... kicking her feet back and forth in the air, "I toyed with the idea of maybe just breaking off all 'alliances' and going neutral but... seeing that there are like minded leaders out here I decided against it." She sat up suddenly, staring at the ceiling.

"My main problem is being convinced every village will agree to be allies. There is no way they'd go for us both and if you ally with someone who has it out for my village and my home I cannot rely on you to provide me reprieve or relief. That'd more or less defeat the purpose of being friends, wouldn't it? That'd make you the same as being an enemy, which is dangerous. I propose we stick to our guns and our neighbors. Rain and Grass. They just go so well together, don't they?"
