"The council is no more" Suno had been trying hard to keep his face expressionless. However as these words reached him, the shock and surprise was evident on his face. After staring at him in stunned silence, he regrouped and returned to his guarded demeanor.
"However, that ninja spoke no lies. The council has kept this village weak and vulnerable for as long as they have been in power" The hits kept on coming. It was no secret that the Hidden Rain wasn't exactly among the strongest nations out there. However, to hear that it had been purposely kept weak..that was hard to understand.
"It is why I, and a handful of shinobi loyal to Amegakure have chased them off... but we still have a problem. There are undoubtedly men and women still loyal to the council, and until we can weed them out, you must keep this to yourself and share with no one." Suno sighed, and turned his head to the ceiling, thinking about what he had just been told. So it was worst than he feared. A coup had indeed taken place, more or less. The village had not been as stable and peaceful as so many Shinobi had been lead to believe.

"Is that something you can do?", Itada asked with a cold stare. Suno looked back at him, and after a moment smiled.
Of course! It has been my experience, people, especially Shinobi, tend to over look young people. We are thought to be ignorant of anything and everything. Rest easy knowing this secret is safe with me. He flashed another big grin as he finished. While his mouth did one thing, he was sure his eyes gave him away. His thoughts were racing from this new bit of information he had learned.
"If you don't mind me saying though, if this does get out, things could get very ugly. Enemies could easily use this sway the minds of the common people. Even a good number of Shinobi may feel some type of way about this..." He finished letting his words trail off.

"Agreed. And that is why this must remain a secret", Itada responded, loosening his face from the cold stare enough to brandish a friendly smile.

He, of course, was weary that such a young soul would find it so easy to keep such a thing a secret -- so young, it was almost certain that he had friends whom had graduated from the academy with him, and the urge to share with them what had happened would undoubtedly be strong. He, however, had a contingency plan for such a thing...

As an Uchiha, there were only a select few in the entire shinobi world that could guide the boy in harnessing the power granted through his bloodline, and luckily, Itada had come from the same lineage. Whereas he had learned to utilize his doujutsu to a master decree on his own, Suno would have the pleasure of learning from another -- two others to be exact, if they included Kaka'rot, the ancient Uchiha soul that Itada shared his body with. In taking the genin in as both his pupil and brother in arms, the Amekage would both be able to keep an eye on him, while helping to increase his proficiency as a ninja. There was however, one thing he was itching to know.

"Suno, you have shown a loyalty to the village by coming here. Truly appreciated..", he continued as the smile faded from his face.

"I must ask one more thing of you if you will....", his voice trailed off as he spoke, that friendly smile fading along with it.

"Show me your eyes" — as the words left parted lips, the boy would come to notice the shift in his face the moment he looked back into the Amekage's visage .. a once onyx pool had seemingly bled into a scarlet hue, each eye marked distinctly by the three tomoe that marked a true master of the Sharingan. Through such eyes, Itada could see the boy's chakra as it circulated within his body, and though it did not compare to his own, which was expected, it permeated with a power much higher than that of your typical genin. By his estimations, the genin at least possessed the power of a Chunin — It had meant the boy was special, and in ways that did not include his kekkei genkai, which made Itada even more excited.

Unbeknownst to him, the young Uchiha had thrown himself in the middle of ninja politics -- was it too much of a burden for the young soul to handle? Only time would tell.

All that was left now, was for him to show his power.

"Suno, you have shown a loyalty to the village by coming here. Truly appreciated.." The boy watched as the smile faded from the older uchihas face. Suno still kept his smile however, waiting to see where his Amekage was going.
"I must ask one more thing of you if you will....Show me your eyes" Any and all friendly expressions on the boys face fell instantly. The friendly face was replaced by one you would have expected was under attack. His first thought was "How.." but he quickly guess that as the Kage, he would have had access to the files on his Shinobi. He no doubt looked him up as he rode the elevator. Taking on a very stern appearance
"That is not something I show off to people readily. I've in fact kept it hidden from most of the people in the village. " He said slowly. As he looked into the mans face, he noticed something staring back at him. The Sharingan. He resisted the urge to both shout excitedly because he had been right, and use his own eyes in self defense. While he had never fought anyone with his own gift, he did know his own weaknesses fairly well.
"But given the circumstances and who you are, I suppose you ought to know what youre subordinates are capable of. The words almost tasted wrong leaving his mouth.

Taking a moment to capture that energy that circulated throughout his body, he focused its flow toward his eyes. After a moment, his eyes would reflect the same crimson look as the older Uchiha. What was not known to Suno however, was that he had finally gotten his Third Tomoe sometime during the night while on his mission. He still thought he only had two. As he looked at the Uchiha however, Suno could not helped but be in awe of the power that radiated from him. So this is how someone so young could have become Amekage. His hard face soften only a little as he took this in. Never before had he seen such power. Was this power from his gift?
My eyes..have yet to truly mature. He said finally. The world seemed a little different, though the child just assumed his recent heavy use of the Sharingan and the long night was wearing on him.I've only just begun to really train with it. My parents haven't been exactly helpful with teaching me how to truly use it.

So — it was as he had hoped.

The genin had not only unlocked the secrets of his blood, but his Sharingan also possessed the three tomoe much like his own — impressive.

Itada focused more, imbuing his eyes with more power as the two sets of Sharingan stared into one another. He had never been the target of such techniques, and so he wondered if the boy, Suno, could feel the physic pressure bearing down upon him as the power in Itada's eyes swelled – it was slight at first, the power of his hypnotic stare was a subtle one, nearly unnoticeable as it infiltrated the mind's of its' victims, weakening their will to almost nothing. This was the disadvantage to fighting an Uchiha -- one could be inside your head without you even knowing.

As the genin continued to speak, relaying the information about how his eyes had yet to mature and the unhelpful hand of his parents, the moment the last of the words trailed off, he would find it increasingly difficult to move, almost to the point of being paralyzed, yet the Uchiha would hold back most of the power in his technique. It was only a mere demonstration of the things one could achieve when one became proficient with use of the Sharingan. It made things no better that Suno was only a few feet away from him, and well within the range of his Aura of Misfortune, which weakened him even further.

"I can see the power in your eyes, Suno – it is raw and untamed, but with the right guidance they can become something of legend", Itada praised him, releasing the grip that was his Shackling Stakes that kept the boy from moving. He, of course, was referring to himself.

"I can show you, if you would have me", he finished, the scarlet stained doujutsu still staring into the face of his younger clansmen.

Description: A Sharingan based technique. A user can focus their stare on 1 creature within 7 meters + 6 meters per Class Level as a weaving movement. That creature takes a -2 penalty on Will Saves. This penalty changes to -3 at "C" Class. A user can maintain their stare against only 1 opponent at a time; it remains in effect until the user stares at a new target, the opponent dies, the opponent moves farther than the range, or the user falls unconscious or dies. The user can remove the memory of their stare from the target's mind; the creature does not remember that it was affected (nor does it realize that it is currently being affected) unless the user allows it. The hypnotic stare is a psychic effect, and relies more on the Uchiha's focus than the target's Observation of their stare. It cannot be avoided in the same ways a gaze attack can. The Uchiha can use this ability even while blinded, but must succeed at a Verify Difficult Observation check to do so. Staring at a creature requires the Uchiha's focus, so if they use their gaze attack or similar ability, user must target the subject of their hypnotic stare or voluntarily end the stare. Description: A Sharingan based technique. Target is 1 person. Range of this technique is 7 meters + 6 meters per Class Level. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level. A gazing technique. The target is bound by massive shacking stakes. The target must make a Will save or become frozen in place (as though paralyzed, but the target is still and does not drop what it is holding). This effect ends when the target suffers damage equal to or greater than 5 Armour Points per user's Class Level. Paralysis from this technique is a mind-affecting effect that lasts until it is dispelled.
Limit: Must be an Uchiha. Must know Sharingan.

ooc: Sorry, kind of a weak post, just got home from work, its already been a long week.

As the boy spoke, the duo staring back at each other, Suno could see his chakra just as easily as he was sure the man could see his own. He wondered how his chakra compared to the older Uchiha. But while talking, Suno could see the mans Chakra racing, and shifting. It would change and become more focused in his eyes. Suno thought this was an odd thing. Did this have something to do with his Sharingan being active? Did the man see the samething going on in his own body?

The air would suddenly change. He wasn't sure what it was. Something was just different. The only way he could describe the situation was that the air between Itada and himself was different..like it was infused with chakra? The boy would finish speaking, telling him about his parents. This time he knew something was wrong. His heart began to race. What was this? His arms felt heavy, he legs and toes didn't want to move. The beating of his heart filled his ears. His maroon eyes, drilled into the older Uchiha. He suddenly understood what was happening. He had never experienced it himself before, but he knew the stories and legends of the Uchiha.

Something welled up in him that he had never truly felt before. Hate. It was hate. In that moment he hated the Uchiha in front of him. He hated to be a slave and have someone control his mind. Itada began to speak himself, all the while Suno fought against his entrapment. He heard and understood everything the man was saying. But they were meaningless at the moment.
"I can see the power in your eyes, Suno – it is raw and untamed, but with the right guidance they can become something of legend" At long last, the tight grip that held him in place suddenly vanished and he was free once more. The boy was able to jump up, throwing the chair he was sitting in back. It made a lot of noise as it bounced backwards. Suno however, was in a defensive stance, preparing himself incase the man decided to attack his mind again.

"I can show you, if you would have me"

There was silence between the two for a long time. Suno continue to stand where he was, going back and forth between trusting and not trusting the man. Finally when it seemed he would not be attacked again, Suno straighten up and returned the chair to where it had been, before sitting back down. Though this time, his right hand stayed at his side, almost fingering a Kunai knife in a leg pocket. And again, there would be a long moment of silence between them.

"I can't deny your power. I see it with my own eyes the incredible amount of power that flows inside your body. I know I could learn so much from you. I won't deny also that I have wanted a teacher to show me how to use these eyes, and to help me grow as a Shinobi so that I could become powerful and protect my village. That being said, Yes, i will accept any wisdom and instruction you have to offer." When the boy finished, he added a quick little smile. He finally found someone who could teach them what it meant to use the Sharingan. Still, Suno made a mental note to keep an eye on this man that called himself the Amekage. His mind was a sacred place, to feel it suddenly violated like that. Then of course the man admitted to have lead a coup to overthrow the council. Even if what he said about them being evil and weakening the village was true, this man killed the leaders of the village with a handful of a few others. How far could he be trusted? He was dangerous and someone would need to keep an eye on him. Given the abilities he possessed, if it ever came down to it, Suno might be one of the few that could challenge him...with training of course.

Perfect — the word seemed to echo within the Uchiha's mind as the genin accepted the proposal for training.

"Get your rest .. we begin tommorow on the way to Yukigakure", Itada added. Was it short notice? Yes, but time was of the essence. Besides, there would be no better training than real world experiences.

With that, Suno nodded and took his leave. So much had happened so quickly, it was hard to understand it all. What he needed now was sleep. Then he would really think about, and get excited for what was to come.

It had been awhile since she had been back considering all that went down the last time she was here.Himayi stretched out her arms as she walked in to the tower. She was jamming out to a song in her head that she had heard out one time.Picking up a mission she danced her way over to the reception desk with her completed mission and one other mission to complete."Done with this mission and I'm trying to take this one. Gotta go protect them borders and all Kunoichi style." Himayi said with an almost to energetic thumbs up.

Description: There could always be a chance of enemies trying to set up a base of operations close to the village, so regular patrols around the country to make sure everything is normal are necessary. This can include making sure the borders are secure and check for civilians who may be trying to smuggle in weapons or whatnot.

Reports from the ANBU had come as soon as word got around that he was back -- a nukenin, missing in action for years had shown up in the countryside. From the dossier presented, she was an Uchiha at that. This one was personal.

With his hands in his pockets Onako stumbled in to the tower with his typical mean mug. He wore his loose yellow top and blue pants as he walked over to the missions. His eyes scanned over them all before he smirked and picked out one that had been perfect for a man like him. Strolling up to the receptionist desk he tossed the paper on the desk cracking his neck nonchalantly." Mind if I take this one." Is all he would spout out. There was something of a tender softness in his big brown eyes. A glimmer in his evil looking face.

The receptionist had a strange look on her face looking at Onako with a sigh then a smile." Welcome Lord Kage." Onako's right arched up as his head cocked. He burst out laughing uncontrollably falling to the ground. "GET UP!." The receptionist had snapped as Onako stood to attention. "Listen you are Kage, trust me I don't know how but it's true." She said before walking off. Putting his arms behind his head he walked after her."Where ya goin?" She simply grunted and kept walking as he followed suit. They took the stairs through the many levels. He was given the back briefs on the many rooms. Giving the many Anbu there handshakes and what not and high fives. Until they made it to the Hokage office where Onako took everything in with a long look. Messy especially with all the paperwork lined on the desk. He went to go check the door on the left of the desk his right to see a little room. He would have to pimp this place out to his liking but there was much potential.

"This is your office, that is your paperwork." She said with a finger as Onako shivered  scowled. He didn't know the first thing about paperwork and he didn't really feel like starting. "Can't you do it?" She scowled at him before karate chopping his head. He cowered and back off with holding a defensive hand."Just kidding damn calm down." Sheesh Onako started thinking she might just take over how scary she was. Women were always like this in his humble opinion."Glad to see you're taking this seriously Amekage." Crossing his arms he paced shaking his head." Yeah we'll excuse me for being reluctant of having this thrown on to me. None of this makes sense and i'm just suppose to take charge. Let alone a genin at that. But hey I GUESS i'll figure this shit out." He shot at the receptionist before heading to take a seat in his chair. He grabbed the Kage hat and put it on his head and sat back trying to relax himself.

"I know." She simply said sitting on the desk putting her hands in her face. "But our kage was taken out by a vicious shinobi along with one of our best. Our numbers are weak ,our nation is weak, we keep losing Kage and it's unacceptable. You have to make a change and a difference. It's unfair and sudden but politics is never smooth." Taking the kage hat off and setting it on the desk his brown eyes closed as he thought to himself for a moment. He thought about his late mother who had unrevealed his whole family history. In her death some of his maturity started to manifest. He looked to the receptionist with a serious face. She seemed slightly taken back from his new demeanor. From brat to a blossoming leader possibly.

"Here is the file."  Onako opened it and read over the file. His eyes jumped from one line to the next before they blew open and throat felt constricted it was hard to breathe somewhat. Putting it down he slid it back."Stuff like this is the things we face, along with the unending civil war and unrest we deal with." "Guess I just gotta beat the shit out of everyone." He said casually getting up and walking towards the door. "Where are you going?" She snapped hoping off the desk and walking towards Onako. He stopped at the door."To Train." With that he stuffed his hands in his pocket and left. He started to get lost in his mind as he made his way down the stairs. The receptionist simply chuckled and went to go organize the paperwork."Maybe there is hope."

‘Suke moved into the old building that was his home for much of his younger days and at the same time was the nursery to his last days when in control of the village. There was much he had left to do here and at the same time there was little he couldn’t do. Needless to say his position and proud posturing here had made things rather easy to know the processes and what he needed to do in other potential spots. His mind keeping it together while outside of such he had the ideal foresight to know things as he should and hopefully with being gone for so long he could get updates on what has happened here after seeing just how few staff there was from the times before. His peaceful days of the village was gone it had seemed, and what was left was… daunting.

He wore the usual clothing, that of the Shihakushō paired with the Amekage haori that was his dignified status. Atop his forehead was the headband of the village while inside his clothing was the kunai harness against his chest and the many small pockets and linings that held his other equipment. His seven kunai, the one compass, his decked out mono-vision goggles, his map of the known world, a small scroll which held his items within for summoning purposes, thirty six senbon, a smoke grenade, eighteen locking tags, and lastly was the eighteen explosive tags. It was all hidden perfectly and in ways that had his hulking seven foot five inch frame appear normal. There was much he had to discuss and he knew he needed that person to inform him of what events have transpired to date.

So as he moved through the building’s first floor he looked to the receptionist, not bothering to introduce himself as he knew that the receptionist would hopefully know of him at the very least. However ‘Suke did speak to her in a short sentence, “Inform the current Amekage that he is requested at the Four Mouths.” It was short and direct, simple and at the same time not domineering to the point it was offensive.. His words unlike his frame were eloquent and toned. He moved towards the elevator where the ANBU were stationed. He looked at them, and they looked back. Once the eye contact was made he was allowed past with no questions asked as he made his way through the elevator and from there the passages towards the four mouths to await the arrival of the current Amekage, his eyes gazing out over the village as he stood looking over it all.

  Effect: A seal that allows the user to channel a plethora of amount of Chakra within a single seal to be used for later purposes.

  Drawback: If the user uses the Chakra within the Seal completely the user must re-perform the Strength of a Hundred Ritual.
  Description: Picture By storing a vast amounts of chakra over an extended period of time into a specific point on their body — usually the forehead — the user creates this seal, which manifests in the form of a rhombus-like marking. Once the seal is formed, the user's already impressive chakra control allows them to perform techniques without any wasted energy. When released, the seal will either spread across the user's face (Yin Seal: Release) or wrap around their entire body (Strength of a Hundred Technique). The stored chakra is then released into their body, greatly amplifying their medical techniques by 1 Rank. A user may use a portion of the seal's chakra to maintain their youthful appearance. For every 5 posts a user makes the user may channel Chakra equal to Healing Hands (Moderate). User may store enough Chakra equal to 120 Healing Hands (Moderate) (600 Posts). If the user does not sacrifice Chakra within 5 posts they will lose Chakra equal to 10 Healing Hands (Moderate) until the Seal reaches 0 and the Seal disappears. Once the user reaches the 120 Healing Hands (Moderate) threshold the user no longer needs to sacrifice Chakra and the seal will hold the power for 1 full OOC year before dispersing 10 Healing Hands (Moderate) per 5 posts. (Yin Seal: Release) The user can also release any amount of chakra with this technique by dispersing the seal and pumping the stored chakra back into the user's body. The user of this technique can also transfer the chakra from their seal into another individual, with the Strength of a Hundred pattern spreading around the body of the recipient.

  Description: With their unique body type, and constant use of chakra, the Masamune clan has adapted to the constraints of continuous chakra consumption. Known as a “Chakra Well” the Masamune clan is granted a reserve of chakra to be used for their techniques. This is an innate reserve of chakra dedicated to clan abilities, used to compensate for the continuous demand of chakra from said abilities. All clan members are granted the extra chakra based on their specialist type. This is a reflection on their body’s demands for spiritual energy; which gives them a set amount. The user is granted a single “S-ranked” amount of chakra PLUS an additional “B-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu non-specialists, a “A-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu specialists or a “S-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu master. For example, a ninjutsu non-specialist is granted a single "B-ranked" plus a "S-ranked" amount of chakra. This reserve allows the user to last longer during fights, where their bodies would demand the extra amounts of chakra or be spend toward a single powerful attack, which will not end up devastating the user's chakra reserves completely.

Due to diminishing returns of subsequent experiences of pain a strong addiction to pain is created. The user still experiences pain as every other person, bus also experiences a rush at the same time. Renders the user immune to damage and pain from Cult of Nenyana jutsu, meaning that jutsu from this religion only work on those who are not a part of the Cult.

  Drawback: The longer the user goes without pain, the stronger the desire to experience it becomes. If the user goes without pain for six weeks (IC) they will go into a frenzy where self-harm will occur until the user has satisfied him or herself.
  Description: This is the initiation to become a Follower of the Cult of Nenyana. The user meditates for a month (IC) at least at the Main Temple of the Cult. After this meditation the user is brought to the Mother of Torment where he or she receives a personal message and a bit of chakra from Nenyana herself. This induces a state of terrible pain for a while where the user has to bite through for a while as his body becomes attuned to the wiles of the Goddess.
  From now on, whenever the user experiences pain the user will also experience a rush in addition to the pain. However, due to the diminishing return of these rushes the doses of pain need to be larger every time to approximate the previous rush, creating a severe addiction to pain.
  This jutsu enhances the kidneys, which instead of adrenaline, will now produce a substitute of this hormone when the user experiences pain. It is this that causes the changed perception to pain. In addition, the kidneys also affect the chakra that flows through them, eventually changing all of it into a new variety of chakra that responds differently to the chakra from Cult of Nenyana techniques, absorbing it when it comes into contact with each other rather than be harmed by it.

But her eyes were locked on his attire as well as his overbearing stature. Watching as he he had upstairs and the Anbu guards allowed him through she had trouble processing immediately what was going on." Well i'll be damned..." Was the only thing to escape her lips.

Onako was visibly worn out with a disgruntled look. Covered in sweat and perspiration his face was stuck in a cold glare that seemed lost in thought. He wasn't all there in the moment as he walked up to the receptionist slamming a mission paper down. The receptionist jumped out of her daze as Onako walked past her towards the elevator to head to his office.Hands in pocket he was still lost walking past everyone and everything. He'll  grab a quick shower before going on with the rest of the day. "Lord Onako!" The receptionist waved him down as he was already about to head upstairs into the office. Looking up he stared her down." Your Predecessor is waiting for on the top of the tower!!" And with that the doors of the elevator snapped shut as she pouted from his attitude.

As the machine whirred Onako started to think to himself about the words she had said."So a old ass kage is waiting for me then." He said sighing while lifting his hands from his pocket. He had on his same loose yellow shirt shirt and baggy blue pants. However everything was worn from the training he did in the past month. He finally reached a new level with a great power boost and he was feeling more confident as a warrior. Also in his leadership skills in which he had ran scenarios and properly trained himself. However he was still far from mastery. Regardless with his new found strength he needed to go out and build his nation.

Leaving the elevator he left to get on the next only accessible to him and other Kage.Waiting inside he crossed his arms as the doors opened and he walked out. His guard was somewhat high considering he didn't know what to expect. The first thing was the mountain of man that was waiting outside the elevator. "So you're my visitor." Onako said exiting before leaning back on the metallic doors. Crossing his arms for comfort he kept his distance for now interested in what he needed to tell him. Hell even maybe be able to shine some light of this whole situation he found himself stuck in as the new Kage. Fuck it he thought to himself the answers would soon come eventually.

Who are you?” ‘Suke’s voice wasn’t rough nor gruff, no in fact it was quite mellow for who he was and uncharacteristic to the normal commanding figure voices that generals of armies or even present kage possessed. ‘Suke however kept gazing out across the rain village before he sat down with his legs crossed, his back was still to the current Kage but he was not towering in height anymore. “What’s become of our home while I’ve been away these last several years?” His words held a curious tone and at the same time sadness could be felt throughout it as well.   Description: Picture By storing a vast amounts of chakra over an extended period of time into a specific point on their body — usually the forehead — the user creates this seal, which manifests in the form of a rhombus-like marking. Once the seal is formed, the user's already impressive chakra control allows them to perform techniques without any wasted energy. When released, the seal will either spread across the user's face (Yin Seal: Release) or wrap around their entire body (Strength of a Hundred Technique). The stored chakra is then released into their body, greatly amplifying their medical techniques by 1 Rank. A user may use a portion of the seal's chakra to maintain their youthful appearance. For every 5 posts a user makes the user may channel Chakra equal to Healing Hands (Moderate). User may store enough Chakra equal to 120 Healing Hands (Moderate) (600 Posts). Renders the user immune to damage and pain from Cult of Nenyana jutsu, meaning that jutsu from this religion only work on those who are not a part of the Cult.

  Drawback: The longer the user goes without pain, the stronger the desire to experience it becomes. If the user goes without pain for six weeks (IC) they will go into a frenzy where self-harm will occur until the user has satisfied him or herself.
  Description: This is the initiation to become a Follower of the Cult of Nenyana. The user meditates for a month (IC) at least at the Main Temple of the Cult. After this meditation the user is brought to the Mother of Torment where he or she receives a personal message and a bit of chakra from Nenyana herself. This induces a state of terrible pain for a while where the user has to bite through for a while as his body becomes attuned to the wiles of the Goddess.
  From now on, whenever the user experiences pain the user will also experience a rush in addition to the pain. However, due to the diminishing return of these rushes the doses of pain need to be larger every time to approximate the previous rush, creating a severe addiction to pain.
  This jutsu enhances the kidneys, which instead of adrenaline, will now produce a substitute of this hormone when the user experiences pain. It is this that causes the changed perception to pain. In addition, the kidneys also affect the chakra that flows through them, eventually changing all of it into a new variety of chakra that responds differently to the chakra from Cult of Nenyana techniques, absorbing it when it comes into contact with each other rather than be harmed by it.

He watched as the man sat down however Onako didn't react any differently and allowed himself to relax slightly. It was time to grow up for a moment and accept reality. The man didn't really ask anything to crazy only on something he didn't know how to speak on."Weak this place is weak.Our past Kage was killed in combat. I can barely call it my home or anything i've been gone a long while and only recently have come back. Yet somehow I get thrown the title of kage so that should tell entirely how the place is doing." Onako said stuffing his hands in his pocket. He walked forward also looking out to the village moving as close to the outlook as possible.  He knew what needed to be done without having never done anything like it. It was time for the Rain to fall over all the Lands.

"Despite being as young as I am or inexperienced I was choosen regardless. I'm planning a lot of things for the village considering I was just another random ass kid like the rest of them. Therefore being at the bottom of the food chain I know what things will make me succesful. I also know what would make me better as a soldier and warrior of this nation." Turning back to the man there was a soft look of sincerity in Onako's large eyes. "I want to build a barracks help out our struggling people give everyone a place to lie. We already have a great training center but I also want to build a center for people to craft and sell. By investing in our people we can also invest in ourselves as a village and build revenue and great power. I want to find the best crafter so I can design weapons of great power and create a vault for our best ninja to use from and be equipped in battle." Onako was just trying to sum up everything he had in mind from here on out." I also have caught wind of a country where we can go harvest resources from as well but that time will come. For now we continue to work internally and build ourselves up. Hell I've spent the last month or so training immensely and I have 2 great new powers while enhancing my basics." That's all Onako could really speak on. Turning around completely he stood there waiting for a response if he had not received one during his little speech.

‘Suke expected many things but this was by far an unexpected as his eyes scanned the village only to see just how destitute the place had actually become in the years he had been gone. His ears catching the words that the other individual spoke, as the words were truly something that ‘Suke had not expected from someone just new to power. Yet the fire for combat was there, the want to defend oneself as well. Both were there and ‘Suke could certainly tell that fire was not going to be cooling soon at any point in time. This young man had been away from the village only to return and have to immediately go through the work loads of the kage after ‘Suke had left. There were no statues in the tower of any leaders after ‘Suke so he could imagine there was much fault for the succession line up to this point.

The young man certainly did not hold back though when discussing the position the village had on itself. The words he spoke, all of them just flooding out completely as they were had ‘Suke certainly nodding in understanding for the moment. Then came the dream, or at least the short term goals with long term admiration for what the village could do better in the near future. The building up of a barracks would certainly help those who were left homeless. Though after the words were done ‘Suke could tell that this kage was certainly one who thought of training and power but such thoughts were not bad. The Hachidaime respected the young one enough to notice the care he had for the village but at the same time worried that if the young kage spent so much time training himself then he would have less time with his people.

It was after ‘Suke heard all of what the man said that he looked from the village and over at the young man, his voice somber as he began, “I understand the great responsibility on your shoulders all too well, and I too understand how daunting a task can be when one is just thrust into the position. It seems to be the way our village does things and has been its way for quite some time. If there was a method to change that I would love to know what it is but I digress. You wish to build our nation’s arms up, to house them, to increase our revenue pool. You are going to need far more than one crafter, no one artisan can do it all. I know of a master blacksmith, or at least they were when I was promoting peace in our village.

“That one’s name was Emi. Should possibly still be here in the village unless they are out on mission. Beyond that, you may need to hire more craftsmen of multiple trades for anything else however till then I am a decent constructor. Though to be honest I want something in return.” ‘Suke knew he would need to have this talk at some point with the standing kage, and low and behold here one was just before him as 'Suke would turn to face the man to talk better and more personal. “I wish to build a hospital away from all villages. Make it a neutral zone for any wounded. The purpose of this place is to research all manner of ailments but also to provide aid and relief efforts where due. If you have heard anything about me or know anything of me then you certainly understand why I am doing something like this.” ‘Suke breathed a moment, as he knew there was more details that he must say on the matter.

“This hospital I am planning to build, it requires resources but it is not something I am burdening one village with in its entirety, I am going to visit all villages, BINGO, and a few Daimyos for the aid to build the hospital. The cost is shared between all who wish to share in it and those who don’t wish to aid in its construction, well I am not one to hold grudges. I will still offer aid even to them as nature allows. I plan to build the hospital in the Land of Whirlpools. It will be located there because it is a land that actually is not ravaged by the political world of shinobi as often as our own lands are. As our home has been. I already have a standing deal with one other village for this plan I currently have under tow but I am in need of more as you can surmise.

“Much like I offered that village, I can offer my services as an artisan of construction in return I would like any cooperation or funding we have to spare for the purpose of my goal.” ‘Suke’s own goal was lofty, but it held heart and sympathy within every fiber of his being. Once the seal is formed, the user's already impressive chakra control allows them to perform techniques without any wasted energy. When released, the seal will either spread across the user's face (Yin Seal: Release) or wrap around their entire body (Strength of a Hundred Technique). The stored chakra is then released into their body, greatly amplifying their medical techniques by 1 Rank. A user may use a portion of the seal's chakra to maintain their youthful appearance. For every 5 posts a user makes the user may channel Chakra equal to Healing Hands (Moderate). User may store enough Chakra equal to 120 Healing Hands (Moderate) (600 Posts). If the user does not sacrifice Chakra within 5 posts they will lose Chakra equal to 10 Healing Hands (Moderate) until the Seal reaches 0 and the Seal disappears. Once the user reaches the 120 Healing Hands (Moderate) threshold the user no longer needs to sacrifice Chakra and the seal will hold the power for 1 full OOC year before dispersing 10 Healing Hands (Moderate) per 5 posts. (Yin Seal: Release) The user can also release any amount of chakra with this technique by dispersing the seal and pumping the stored chakra back into the user's body. The user of this technique can also transfer the chakra from their seal into another individual, with the Strength of a Hundred pattern spreading around the body of the recipient.

  Description: With their unique body type, and constant use of chakra, the Masamune clan has adapted to the constraints of continuous chakra consumption. Known as a “Chakra Well” the Masamune clan is granted a reserve of chakra to be used for their techniques. This is an innate reserve of chakra dedicated to clan abilities, used to compensate for the continuous demand of chakra from said abilities. All clan members are granted the extra chakra based on their specialist type. This is a reflection on their body’s demands for spiritual energy; which gives them a set amount. The user is granted a single “S-ranked” amount of chakra PLUS an additional “B-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu non-specialists, a “A-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu specialists or a “S-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu master.   Effect: The user’s brain is rewired to where pain causes a reaction where the pleasure areas in the brain are stimulated. Due to diminishing returns of subsequent experiences of pain a strong addiction to pain is created. The user still experiences pain as every other person, bus also experiences a rush at the same time. Renders the user immune to damage and pain from Cult of Nenyana jutsu, meaning that jutsu from this religion only work on those who are not a part of the Cult.

  Drawback: The longer the user goes without pain, the stronger the desire to experience it becomes. If the user goes without pain for six weeks (IC) they will go into a frenzy where self-harm will occur until the user has satisfied him or herself.
  Description: This is the initiation to become a Follower of the Cult of Nenyana. The user meditates for a month (IC) at least at the Main Temple of the Cult. After this meditation the user is brought to the Mother of Torment where he or she receives a personal message and a bit of chakra from Nenyana herself. This induces a state of terrible pain for a while where the user has to bite through for a while as his body becomes attuned to the wiles of the Goddess.
  From now on, whenever the user experiences pain the user will also experience a rush in addition to the pain. However, due to the diminishing return of these rushes the doses of pain need to be larger every time to approximate the previous rush, creating a severe addiction to pain.
  This jutsu enhances the kidneys, which instead of adrenaline, will now produce a substitute of this hormone when the user experiences pain. It is this that causes the changed perception to pain. In addition, the kidneys also affect the chakra that flows through them, eventually changing all of it into a new variety of chakra that responds differently to the chakra from Cult of Nenyana techniques, absorbing it when it comes into contact with each other rather than be harmed by it.

Onako listened and took note on the few points the man had said to him. That in order to do what he had envisioned he would most likely need more than one artisan. He spoke of a man named Emi who was a shinobi in the village. Onako would look more in to that on his own time if he was truly a great blacksmith. Along with the barracks however Onako had a reward system he wanted to place as well as a ranking system.This would do well for sparking competition among his troop and around the nation he thought. As for the rest of what was said to him he would need more time to think on that.

The second point made was in turn for his services he wanted help with funding for a hospital.However not one for the village but for all nations to use. This was somewhat of a red flag because he would be investing something that would be used by not only his own shinobi but by enemy shinobi as well. He would be investing in future killers of his people and just the simple thought didn't sit well with the entire idea. However he really needed trusted Artisans and he was one of them. He would bite he had no other option. Upon hearing the news however he would released disgruntled sigh and trying to refocus to the conversation.It was somewhat of a do or die situation.

The tender face of his mother floated in his mind for a second as he smirked at the man wondering how he would take the offer.If the negotiation went smoothly then they could get started immediately. Onako wanted to move as soon as possible and the faster the stronger the village would be.
