The Tower of the Amekage
Ground Floor: Lobby & Lounge
Among much of the wetter parts of the building, the place that is trodden the most, is the first floor of the Amekage Tower. The first floor houses a few select areas for visitors to browse. Chief among them is the mission boards nailed to the wall and updated continuously by the few assistants that move about the lobby in place of the Amekage. This area is the lobby, and with the natural rain that occurs continuously outside, the floor is dimpled to keep individuals from slipping recklessly, but also cleaned every night to keep festering mud and waste out. This area leads to four separate parts of the entire building as well directly from the main lobby onwards:
- The lobby has an open area to the left that can be closed by movable blinders that functions as the dining hall. Suitable for sitting four tables of four, this room is for the rare occasions of dinner parties or the casual quick bite to eat which leads to the next area.
- Connecting behind rotating doors from the lobby or the two way opening push doors of the dining hall, is the kitchen with its second-rate appliances and cooking wares. However, this shouldn't be comparatively a let down as the kitchen itself houses a good many recipes and delicate chefs and servers whom bring about the best in every meal.
- The following section is the place where those who serve as assistants and workers of the tower rest. This area houses the chef and the two servers of the kitchen, the librarian, the lobby assistant, the linguist for national and international communications, the animal tamer for the village messengers, and the three on-staff AnBu whom serve the full time services of guarding and additional services as needed.
- The next part of the first floor the lobby connects to is the elaborate entrances to the basement or the next upper floor, guarded by an AnBu at all times. These entrances that lead to either one are housed in what can appear as a separate room in and of itself, but instead this is an elevator. This elevator hosting a checkpoint fashion where all materials and armaments are confiscated, this excludes clothing, but may be returned upon leave of the upper and lower floors.
- Basement – Amekage Permission (Written and Verbal)

Once having past checkpoint on the first floor, the basement can be accessed and it is here that many secrets of the village are stored. What might those be, well no one will tell you 'cause they are secrets. The area below confines a large amount of storage mostly. The place houses from spoils of war to extra books and containers. This is also known as the vault as this is the place where the villages scrolls are kept as well. To have access to this area one must have permission from the Amekage, written and signed approval. Just having the Amekage with you will not aid you so to keep from henge or other camouflaged trespasses from working. There is indeed more space that can be filled but currently it is just the storage and acting as the Village's vault.[/li][li]Bodies of Enemy Shinobi

Second Floor: Library
This library houses all documents, books, ledgers, files, and other paper bound materials that one could possibly find in a library. With such, this place is similar to that of a normal library as aside from the numerous shelves that line the walls, the library itself has a few key desks, tables, and then the overseer clerk desk. The clerk's desk houses cameras and acts as security for the entire library as the check in spot is through the librarian's own desk spot. Every material is monitored whether housing secrets or not. It is for this reason that the library here contains more books than most. The documents here are subjected by a categorical system of three parts.
The first being named “Open section” as these books can be taken off the shelves and read through without any necessary guidelines. The second is notified as “Closed Section” as this will require the librarian's approval before reading, these books generally are those that help with skills of the sort in regions outside Ame no Kuni's own. The final is listed as “The Restricted Section” and these books require documentation from the Amekage to access these books. Grimoires and other dangerous books of such proportion that can be cataloged as dangerous for some to attempt reading. These books are also bound by lock and key when hitting the shelves for added security. The binding being that the book itself is chained to the bookshelf to keep from running off with the books.[li]Closed Section

Third Floor: Council Hall
This hall is a round table of sorts where the council members, heads of AnBu, and the Amekage hold discussions for and of the Village. This is a room of relatively larger size than what it could be for a few viable reasons. The main one of them all being the statues of the past Kage lining the wall in a semi-circle. These Dignified Amekage who are positioned to look down at the table, are all standing on the side of which the current Kage's seat is. It is here that the past Kage are all remembered and can be comparably recognized together. These statues stand from floor to ceiling height. The meeting room's table is made of fine wood as are the seats for anyone and everyone around. For comfortable ease, the seating is cushioned with woven roots. The Amekage's seat however is cast metal, solid and unmoving. It is not hollow whatsoever and like the buildings outside it is unyielding to the torrents that come and go in this room.

This is where the messenger animals are sent to and from for decoding and encoding messages. The tamer works here alongside the linguist for appropriate lengths of time as to help the animals out that can fly, swim, or dig around the world to deliver the messages. There is a chute that allows for animals of the land to go down or up with ease to allow them to roam and go out into the world for their messages. Each message capsule used is water proof to allow the message to not be hindered by the outside elements. In this area as well is a desk in the very center, the stalls formed and situated to fit the animals as needed for decent availability. This is a floor with no windows but open gaps to allow other village and city message animals to come and go as needed.
Fifth Floor: Amekage's Office
The office of the Kage is of their own making and reflects their personality as well, for this the office is often seen to be changing repetitively for different and yet obvious reasons. However there are some things that never change. The desk in neat and tidy order with comfortable chair behind while there is a full glass panned window to view the village form such heights. One the ceiling is a mural that pictures every Amekage whom has come and gone from the office, which leads to point that the ceiling of the office is slanted. It inclines towards the desk as where the seats of visitors may see the ceiling that hosts the previous Kage.
The direction one enters the office is from behind the visitor seats, able to see the mural and Kage's desk in full view upon stepping into the office. Directly behind a door to the left of the Amekage's desk is the bedroom and houses the Amekage whenever the duties pile up and keep him/her from going home. The bedroom houses a bed, a dresser, and localized necessities needed for a bedroom itself.
