Genwaku Haibun no Jutsu - (Blinding Deafening Technique)
Rank: "C" Rank
Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: Causes Blindness, or Defness upon a person for an amount of time.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The user is only capable of using one technique at a time, this means that if a user uses one form either Blinding or Deafening against a few or one opponent, the user is unable to turn and start using the other on the same or even a different opponent. The user's hand must touch the ground and must stay along the ground, which may keep them somewhat vulnerable if the time is finally done.
Description: The user performs a few handseals as they slam their hand down against the very ground. The user spreads forth their chakra in a hundred foot radius from them as they create an illusion within that dome. That illusion messes with one of the two senses of the human body. One is the sense of Site, and the other is the sense of Sound. Those who step into this radius will be affected by the illusion as the user picks one of the two they wish to have stricken away from the opponents. The illusion is that they cannot see, nor hear within the very radius and are unable to understand all around as the one of the two senses is disrupted. If the opponents leave the radius, or if the user removes their hand the opponents is still under the illusion for still one round. For every Class that the user is the distance that the radius can be increased is by twenty feet. If the user is a GenJutsu Specialist, however the distance increases by twenty-five feet, while a GenJutsu Master is increased by thirty feet.
Limit: Must know Pattern Perception of GenJutsus

It seemed as if this guy wanted to see the true power of a member of the Uchiha's clan, and Ryo was going to show him the full might of his power. He had to learn a great deal of Genjutsu before he went on any more events or missions, so this would be a good trial run for him. He had to act under pressure, though he never cared about what anybody thought of him except for his brother, so this wasn't really any kind of pressure he had to worry about. This Genjutsu was going to make his fellow Grass ninja deaf. A sly smirk crossed over Ryo's mouth as he put his fingers together and closed his eyes, beginning to reply to the other now. “I need to keep training. I'll just show you what I'm doing as I do it, if you don't mind.” His smirk had disappeared now and he was concentrating deeply. Ryo began to think about the jutsu he was about to do. He had to do about four handseals in order to gather the necessary chakra to complete the technique. He then had to slam his hand on the ground and release a lot of that energy into a hundred-foot radius. Anybody within that circle will lose their hearing. That's what the technique was supposed to do, anyway. Ryo was going to put it to the test. He rarely ever got things on the first try, but oh well, he was going to try and do it anyway.
He did the first handseal, his fingers aching a little bit. His eyes were still closed, but it was obvious now that his skin had taken some hit from those fireballs just a little while ago. They were probably blistered and singed, but it wasn't anything that serious or else he would've noticed it before. He focused on the technique; he could not let his mind wander elsewhere, he had to concentrate. He did the second out of the four seals, his chakra now flaring up with intensity. His Sharingan was deactivated, but even without it, Ryo knew that his own body was now full of the chakra he used for Genjutsu. He had many different types of chakra, each one used for a different thing. His elemental chakra and his normal chakra were both separate for they were used for different things. His normal chakra was used for universal Ninjutsu and all of the Pattern Genjutsu, though he only knew one other Pattern Genjutsu. He lost the thought, realizing that he was beginning to get off-task again. He did the third handseal and now the chakra was on the brink of tipping over the edge when the technique wasn't quite ready yet. The chakra still had to be directed and the fourth seal still needed to be completed.
Almost all of the chakra was swarming into his hands because he was going to be slamming that hand on the ground, but that wasn't where all of the chakra should be going. A very moderate amount needed to be placed in the core of his body, his chest, because that's simply where the source of his Genjutsu came from. He had to have a supply of chakra somewhere feeding the chakra into his hand and keeping the chakra alive. If he just had the chakra inside of his hand then the technique would die within seconds of it starting. He finally did the fourth seal and let out a deep breath, half of his chakra now in both of his hands and the other half inside of his chest. But Ryo still had to figure something out before he went ahead with this: he was trying to take out his opponent's sound, so he needed to understand how to do that before he even tried to go forth with this. His eyes still closed, he thought for a moment. He didn't know much about the ear other than if the eardrum was broken, it would make a person's ears ring. He didn't want his opponent's ears to ring, though, he wanted them to be completely deaf. He wanted to send the chakra in waves passing through the head so that the chakra disabled the sound entering and exiting. He smirked to himself for a half second and then nodded. Yes, that would do it. He was ready to go forth with this technique now.
