Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited; however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. When first learned the user is capable of having or capable of creating up to Five Clones. Each time learned the user learns this technique the number of Clones is capable of increasing by one. The maximum amount of clones is Ten for the Difficulty Class of D Rank. For each Difficulty Rank Increase the number increases by five of maximum but learning is still one per learned.

Description: A ninjutsu technique utilizing Fuuton, the Wind Release, the technique is performed by the user piecing together the correct handseals for the technique. Then, molding their chakra, they will release a number of small, inch-long spinning crescents of wind equaling five per difficulty class of the user. These tiny crescents of wind move around the user's legs, going in a circular fashion from the waist until they reach the bottom of the user's leg, where the sole of the foot touches the ground. The technique is used primarily in order to disable immobilizing techniques that have stricken the opponent from below. If the user is a Wind Master, then the number of wind crescents capable of being created increases by five. In order to cut through a D rank immobilizing technique, the user needs five wind crescents. Each rank beyond that requires five additional wind crescents to be created in order to cut through it.

Fuuton: Eiei Arashi no Jutsu (Wind Release: Dragging Tempest Technique)

Drawback: In order for the technique to reach full strength, the user must perform it and then allow it to build up before releasing it.
Description: A powerful Wind-based Ninjutsu technique, Eiei Arashi attacks in a very non-conventional manner. After the user has performed the correct handseals, they will release their chakra out into the atmosphere, allowing it to flow behind the opponent. Depending upon the amount of time spent charging the technique, the user becomes capable of releasing a strong burst of wind to the opponent's back with the intention of dragging them forward. With the "C" Rank of this technique, the technique may be charged for three turns. For each turn that the technique charges, its total capable traveling distance increases by five meters for a maximum of fifteen meters and its pulling strength increases by fifty pounds for a maximum of one hundred and fifty pounds. At "B" Rank, the technique is capable of charging for up to five turns. For every turn that the technique charges, its total traveling distance increases by ten meters and its' pulling strength increases by one hundred pounds, for a maximum of fifty meters and five hundred pounds. These amounts increase by an additional five meters / fifty pounds a charge if the user becomes a master of the Wind Release.

Description: Hira-shuriken is constructed from thin, flat plates of metal derived from a variety of sources including hishi-gane (coins), and kugi-nuki (carpentry tools), and generally resemble popular conceptions of shuriken. In modern popular culture, these are called "throwing stars" or "ninja stars". They often have a hole in the center and possess a fairly thin blade sharpened only at the tip. The holes derive from their source in items that had holes - old coins, washers, and nail-removing tools. Description: The kunai is conventionally wrought in ranges from 6 to 8 inches, with the average at 7 inches. The kunai was used by common folk as multi-purpose gardening tools and by workers of stone and masonry. The kunai is not a knife, but something more akin to a crowbar. The blade was soft iron and unsharpened because the edges were used to smash plaster and wood, to dig holes and to pry. Normally only the tip would have been sharpened. The uses to which a kunai was put would have destroyed any heat-treated and sharpened tool like a knife. The pill is able to activate somewhat of a chemical reaction in the body that will trigger the Thrombus or also commonly know as (Blood Clot) is the final product of the blood coagulation step in hemostasis a very important part (the cessation of blood loss from a damaged vessel). A thrombus in a large blood vessel will decrease blood flow through the vessel that has been damage. So that the blood will then thicken and form a clot of blood cells and fibrin strands to stop the bleeding when blood vessel is severed.

Description: Picture There are different things within the Lock Picking Tool Kit. The tension wrench, is used to apply torque to the lock plug to keep pins from being pushed back down by springs after they are correctly set at the shear line. It is usually anywhere from 1/16th inch to 1/8th inch wide, bent into an L, and occasionally has a quarter twist on the long side. The hook pick is self explanatory, it is similar to the half diamond pick, but has a hook shaped tip rather than a half diamond shape. The hook pick is sometimes referred to as a 'feeler' and is generally used to lift the pins individually, rather than 'rake' them simultaneously. A warded pick is a device for opening warded locks. It is generally made to conform to a generalized key shape relatively simpler than the actual key used to open the lock; this simpler shape allows for internal manipulations.

Character Depth
Personality: Tenzin Ishigawa is a respectful and loyal ninja of Kirigakure. Growing up in a proud shinobi family has installed into him a strong sense of pride and honor that he carries with him in a moral code passed down his family line. He has been taught that nothing is more important then the honor of his village and his Mizukage. To this end he is prepared to die for his village and Mizukage, as well as kill for them as well. However he is not arrogant, therefore not seeing anyone below him. Rather he sees himself as one of many cogs in an important machine that keeps the village running.
He tries to work with all his comrades, valuing thier lives as shinobi and people. Growing up he had a storng sense of team work installed in him and therefore tries to merge all his skills with those of his team mates. At the same time he deos what he can to see that the misison is completed with as limited casulties as he can produce. However he has a storng sense that fialing a misison is failing Kirigakure and that's something he will not tolerate.
In battle Tenzin is a cold and calculating warrior who will goad his enemies into attacking first so that he can gauge thier abilities. From there he will use his mist and water attacks to tire his enemies out and then close in using his blades and various other weapons. If this fails he will utilize a genjutsu or taijutsu under the clouds of mist he creates. This does give him a somewhat ruthless and bloodthirsty fighting style that reflects his mist personality.
Appearance: Tenzin stands at 5ft 9ins tall and weighs about 160lbs. He is heavily muslced for someone his age, however this is due to his family training. He is also tall for his age, again due to a healthy and balanced diet of food and water, never touching soda or sugar drinks. Tenzin does have a tattoo on his left arm that represents his clan. He has light colored skin that is just above pale.
He has spiky ash brown hair that he inherited from his mother. His eyes are a dark brown color that gives him a somewhat snake like eye shape. He has a kind smile, that at times is off-shooted by his shark shaped teeth. He tends to wear his head band as a bandana around his head. Normally he wears a black colored ninja suit with black arm bands. If not in his suit he may be seen wearing standard clothing and robes.
Aside from his gi he will also at times wear a black cloak that he will use to carry his spare supplies and weapons. He will carry his sword on his back with a grey sheath angle. He will wear black fighting gloves at times while handling his weapons or sharpening his blades.
Background: Tenzin Ishigawa was born in a Ninja clan of the Mist Village that dates back to the villages founding. His family is originally a samurai clan that came to the Land of Water after hearing of the exploits of the Mizukage, bringing with them sword and wepaon forging techniques from the country as a gift. The 1st mizukage welcomed them and used thier forging techniques to create many weapons for the village, these techniques even aided in forging the seven swords used by the Legendary Seven swordsmen.
Into this family, Tenzin was born with both his parents being shinobi. His mother a medic of great renown and his father an elite member of ANBU. Raised by both his parents to one day serve the village as a shinobi. Learning all he could about his fmaily's history, Tenzin quickly came to follow his parents in their training exercises. His father taught him basic ninjutsu and taijutsu, as well as his sword skills, where as his mother focused on his survival skills. His place in the academy was secured by the time he was 8 and his future looking bright.
However a tragedy struck him and his family when his father died, giving his life to complete mission for Kirigakure. At the funeral, attened by many ninja, including the Mizukage, he was given his father's signature sword and took it as his own to carry on his father's legacy. Now with his father's sword at his side, he entered the academy where he was excelled at his studies. Impressing his instructors and fellow students, he quickly showed his eagerness to learn and complete his courses to become a skilled shinobi who earned high marks in his courses. During his final exam, he was pitted against a class mate he had grown close too over the years but knew he had to do his duty. he defeated his friend, nearly beating him into a coma, but accomplished what he had set out to do.
Now a fully promoted Genin, he is eager to set out and carry on his family name, while securing his own legacy alongside his father's.

The blade was soft iron and unsharpened because the edges were used to smash plaster and wood, to dig holes and to pry. Normally only the tip would have been sharpened. The uses to which a kunai was put would have destroyed any heat-treated and sharpened tool like a knife. There could be multiple kinds of kunais such as handless ones, or even double sided kunais as long as they are within the same length.

The body is a sheet-steel cylinder with emission holes in the top and bottom. These allow the smoke to be released when the grenade is ignited. Two main types exist, colored smoke (for signaling) and screening smoke. It fills an area radius of 15 meters with thick smoke. The smoke may come in different colors if the user wishes. Description: The pill is about 1/2 in diameter about roughly the size of a regular Marble, the color of the pill is a bit darken from all the different herbs that were mixed into it. The pill is able to activate somewhat of a chemical reaction in the body that will trigger the Thrombus or also commonly know as (Blood Clot) is the final product of the blood coagulation step in hemostasis a very important part (the cessation of blood loss from a damaged vessel). A thrombus in a large blood vessel will decrease blood flow through the vessel that has been damage. So that the blood will then thicken and form a clot of blood cells and fibrin strands to stop the bleeding when blood vessel is severed.

Description: Picture There are different things within the Lock Picking Tool Kit. The tension wrench, is used to apply torque to the lock plug to keep pins from being pushed back down by springs after they are correctly set at the shear line. It is usually anywhere from 1/16th inch to 1/8th inch wide, bent into an L, and occasionally has a quarter twist on the long side. The hook pick is self explanatory, it is similar to the half diamond pick, but has a hook shaped tip rather than a half diamond shape. The hook pick is sometimes referred to as a 'feeler' and is generally used to lift the pins individually, rather than 'rake' them simultaneously. A warded pick is a device for opening warded locks. It is generally made to conform to a generalized key shape relatively simpler than the actual key used to open the lock; this simpler shape allows for internal manipulations.

Personality: Tenzin Ishigawa is a respectful and loyal ninja of Kirigakure. Growing up in a proud shinobi family has installed into him a strong sense of pride and honor that he carries with him in a moral code passed down his family line. He has been taught that nothing is more important then the honor of his village and his Mizukage. To this end he is prepared to die for his village and Mizukage, as well as kill for them as well. However he is not arrogant, therefore not seeing anyone below him. Rather he sees himself as one of many cogs in an important machine that keeps the village running.
He tries to work with all his comrades, valuing thier lives as shinobi and people. Growing up he had a storng sense of team work installed in him and therefore tries to merge all his skills with those of his team mates. At the same time he deos what he can to see that the misison is completed with as limited casulties as he can produce. However he has a storng sense that fialing a misison is failing Kirigakure and that's something he will not tolerate.
In battle Tenzin is a cold and calculating warrior who will goad his enemies into attacking first so that he can gauge thier abilities. From there he will use his mist and water attacks to tire his enemies out and then close in using his blades and various other weapons. If this fails he will utilize a genjutsu or taijutsu under the clouds of mist he creates. This does give him a somewhat ruthless and bloodthirsty fighting style that reflects his mist personality.
Appearance: Tenzin stands at 5ft 9ins tall and weighs about 160lbs. He is heavily muslced for someone his age, however this is due to his family training. He is also tall for his age, again due to a healthy and balanced diet of food and water, never touching soda or sugar drinks. Tenzin does have a tattoo on his left arm that represents his clan. He has light colored skin that is just above pale.
He has spiky ash brown hair that he inherited from his mother. His eyes are a dark brown color that gives him a somewhat snake like eye shape. He has a kind smile, that at times is off-shooted by his shark shaped teeth. He tends to wear his head band as a bandana around his head. Normally he wears a black colored ninja suit with black arm bands. If not in his suit he may be seen wearing standard clothing and robes.
Aside from his gi he will also at times wear a black cloak that he will use to carry his spare supplies and weapons. He will carry his sword on his back with a grey sheath angle. He will wear black fighting gloves at times while handling his weapons or sharpening his blades.
Background: Tenzin Ishigawa was born in a Ninja clan of the Mist Village that dates back to the villages founding. His family is originally a samurai clan that came to the Land of Water after hearing of the exploits of the Mizukage, bringing with them sword and wepaon forging techniques from the country as a gift. The 1st mizukage welcomed them and used thier forging techniques to create many weapons for the village, these techniques even aided in forging the seven swords used by the Legendary Seven swordsmen.
Into this family, Tenzin was born with both his parents being shinobi. His mother a medic of great renown and his father an elite member of ANBU. Raised by both his parents to one day serve the village as a shinobi. Learning all he could about his fmaily's history, Tenzin quickly came to follow his parents in their training exercises. His father taught him basic ninjutsu and taijutsu, as well as his sword skills, where as his mother focused on his survival skills. His place in the academy was secured by the time he was 8 and his future looking bright.
However a tragedy struck him and his family when his father died, giving his life to complete mission for Kirigakure. At the funeral, attened by many ninja, including the Mizukage, he was given his father's signature sword and took it as his own to carry on his father's legacy. Now with his father's sword at his side, he entered the academy where he was excelled at his studies. Impressing his instructors and fellow students, he quickly showed his eagerness to learn and complete his courses to become a skilled shinobi who earned high marks in his courses. During his final exam, he was pitted against a class mate he had grown close too over the years but knew he had to do his duty. he defeated his friend, nearly beating him into a coma, but accomplished what he had set out to do.
Now a fully promoted Genin, he is eager to set out and carry on his family name, while securing his own legacy alongside his father's.
