The Grand Council
A
The Land of Fang
Behold! Come one come all to curry the favour of the Grand Council! Select few individuals are chosen each year by the Council to participate in their party. Each member adorns a mask and presents themselves to the host of the party. Delicacies from across the world are shipped in and prepared by the finest chefs. Wines recommended by the finest sommeliers flow freely; filling each glass with as much of the vino as the player can hold. The rich and powerful laud their purchases of the most prime specimen for all to see, trading and selling these prizes as they see fit. Thanks to the masks, no one is sure of each others identity; and things often become lecherous to say the least.
The few chosen individuals who are invited to the event are of course the entertainment; as why would the great and powerful of the countries around world ever invite lowly shinobi to interact with them. Games of skill; chance and wit are all in place here, and the players must attempt to progress through to the end for the prize. The Grand Council is not unjust; and those who submit themselves before the council are fairly judged. None may survive, or all may survive; as it all depends on how the players play their game. The games while fair; are fraught with danger, and at any moment the entertainment can grow boring and the council may take a vote, and the council grow weary of boring toys very quickly.
The council hosts these games once a year; although they throw many parties throughout the year; and the games are planned before the invitations are sent out; so they are not explicitly designed for any one kind of person. This means any of the invited stands as good a chance as any other in the games. There is one warning that all attendants are given before the games though, and it is the reminder that the Grand Council are the men and women who can afford to own the world; and their entertainment must come first and foremost; as there is no point in winning if you cannot please the people in control of your life. If they are pleased with your performance, then you may be rewarded greatly; and the gifts given are not fairly distributed.
The grounds of the Grand Council are deep in the lands of Fang, and stretch for miles under the earth where they have paid absurd amounts of money to provide the players with the finest courses to test their skills upon. Once entered into the grounds, the players are tasked by the drones; which are clockwork creatures that follow each individual player, allowing the council members to place their bets and choose their champions. The more support behind a champion; the easier their escape from the games will be; and the larger their reward will be. Players have escaped the grounds with only their lives as a reward thanks to their boring personalities.

Exodus is a man of no conscience or empathy, he merely exists for his own pleasure. As one of the founding member of the Grand Council, he possesses the highest authority that can be found within the group, and is the one who shepherds the entertainment towards their death. The masked man takes great pleasure in getting to know the entertainment, and comes across as a friendly man who wishes to know more about them; hiding his true goals. The death of a participant that he has spent time getting to know appeals to him, almost on a fetish level. The Grand Council member is a prime example of the strange and twisted minds of those who are joined with the council. He is the first person that the participants meet, and if the players are extremely unlucky, the last person they will ever see.
Exodus is; for all intents and purposes; the host of the show; and is capable of throwing amazing and lecherous parties for those of remarkable wealth. So desensitized the rich and powerful have become, that watching playthings murder each other and betray each other is the only way that they can enjoy themselves. All the while filling themselves up on the most expensive wines and foods, sampling the finest girls taken from all around the world, debauchery haven.
The Horde
D-rank
Non-molding Tai masters
No techniques
Weapons created from assorted garbage
Hundreds of kidnapped children and adults who owed a debt to the council are stored here, and have gone insane, their only desire is to feed, whether it is each other, or any fools who play the councils game.
Daz
B-rank
Taijutsu Master
Boxing Master [750 TP]
Kentoushi Master [900 TP]
Shunshin - Basic [x5]
Brass knuckles tipped with spikes
Daz is a large man with a large appetite. Before he was captured and sent to the council for his debts; he was a man on the run for murder, and not much has changed since then. Instead of murdering and being on the run out there, his skills are re-purposed for use by the council and their entertainment. Daz is usually the first of the Horde Bosses to interact with the players, as his appetite for violence is only satisfied by worthy kills. With a high pain tolerance, he enjoys when they put up a fight, and grows stronger with more injuries.
Viktor
B-rank
Taijutsu Master
Art of Throwing [1030 TP]
Kamyuja [650 TP]
Shunshin - Basic [x8]
A rebar hammer with a concrete head
Viktor; for all intents and purposes is a lobotomite. He possess no higher brain functions other than feed. Viktor is a man that dwarves the rest of the prisoners of the council, and his size truly does mimic his great strength. As a Kamyuja; he possess amazing strength and very little control over what he wants to do other than to eat everything he comes across. For this reason he is never found with any other prisoners, and always wanders around on his own, often interrupting ongoing battles, drawn in by the sound, and giving the players a chance to escape. This does not mean he is protecting them, he just wants to eat his fill, and the swathes of useless prisoners are easy food.
Grenade
C-rank
Ninjutsu Master
Katon Master [870 TP]
Caltrops made from barbed wire
When things get a little hectic in the council prison, you can bet that Grenade is probably involved somehow. Grenade is not a stable man; as he can often be heard muttering to himself while he travels the halls of the arena. These mutterings are all insane ramblings of a man that believes the world should burn, and everything in it should be a smouldering pile of bones and ash. When he encounters any of the horde, he will often become part of them, hiding among their ranks, sneaking through them, as his frame is lithe and undernourished, and his body is humped and grotesque. ;Becoming one with the group does not mean he will avoid trying to harm them, as they are often blown out of the way by the fire techniques he casts with no true direction. A volatile and dangerous enemy for everyone around him.
