I know what some objections will be "didn't you just come back from a long hiatus?" or "you don't have that much aid work done in the boards" and I would like to take this opportunity now to preemptively shoot down those reasons why I should be turned down. The first reason "didn't you just come back from a long hiatus?" Yes, I did there is no hiding that, however that was not a voluntary one and even then I still tried to keep up with my existing threads.
The Hiatus in question was one caused by my laptop kicking the bucket, it had been a long time coming and it finally died, that is likely not to happen for a VERY long time with my new computer I recently got, within the last week, I plan on being as active as I can be and as helpful as I can be.
The second issue that will be brought up "you don't have that much aid work done in the boards" again, I know that this is a major issue and I don't like that anymore than you all do, probably less so. However I always try to help out in the Cbox and I do try to be as open and available to those who need help as often as I can be. I am so willing to help that I have no problem sitting down with someone via skype and hand walking them THROUGH character creation so that they aren't left in the dust.
As for why I don't show up much in the support boards: usually by the time I see the support thread or am able to think of an appropriate answer or whatever it is I need to do, the question or issue has already been solved and my answer would simply be redundant or the thread is already locked; and in the cases where the thread isn't locked and the thing hasn't been solved a lack of a post by me is because I too haven't got an answer.
Finally, and this has been an issue in the past, I know that my reputation isn't that great and I know that my behavior in the past hasn't been that great I would like to say that on both of those fronts I have been striving to better myself and I hope that this has been made evident though I know I have a very long way to go still.
Thank you in advance for your having read this and any candid and honest statements that are made in this thread.
