Chuunin Exam Registration

The Registration area was set up by multiple tables with receptionists behind. There were 3 tables with 3 receptionists. Behind the receptionists were 2 guards on the left and the right side. Each guard carried a long sword. Each Guard had pouches inside filled with various tags and smaller projectile pouches. At the left table the 1 guard was primarily TaiJutsu, while the other was primarily GenJutsu while the receptionist was a middle aged man with blond hair, and blue eyes with pale white skin. The middle table 1 guard was primarily NinJutsu while the other was primarily GenJutsu while the receptionist was an old woman, hair white as snow, wrinkled. Her eyes seemed closed so a person couldn't tell the color. The last table 1 guard was primarily NinJutsu while the other was primarily TaiJutsu while the receptionist was an old white male with similar features as the female. Each guard wore helmets and full body armor and had Shields on their backs to protect their gender.

The Registration area was set up near the gates of the city so multiple guards were posted nearby. The gates were 2 stories high. Archers were littered above the walls keeping patrol while guards were posted by the gates. Approximately 10 of them. Each guard was fairly strong, and wore the same style uniform with various weapons. Some had longswords, some had axes, a few had great hammers.

At the Receptionist area was a sign on top of the middle table that said "Chuunin Exam Registration."

On the table was the registration form that asked for very small amounts of information.

Axel walked through the city gazing at the tall buildings taking in note of the multiple guards and archers as he strode through the grand street straight to the registration counter taking into account the three elders. A man and woman both advanced far through their years as well as a slightly younger but still mature woman.

Axel reached back touching his bag hearing the clank of his Trench knives, kunai, shuriken, and tremor stones while on his back he had Red Queen and Kyuushi strapped firmly with Shirayuki hung securely to the back of his waist with the handle to his right. The last of his weapons were two crimson spiked chakrams hung securely on his hips.

Hime took watched them before looking up at Axel as he patted her head. He had left Exccel and Rey outside fo the city to wait for him before the exams started and would retreive them later. He walked forward as his crimson cloaked bellowed quielty around him looking like a huge extension of his hair as he bowed respectfully before the elderly man and took a sheet of paper signing away. "I'm Taki's crimson fang, Axel Inuzuka."

Hugo was more than excited he was actually outside his element. For the most part he was fairly calm and observant of the situation but something about the exams had brought out a side not often seen. Energetic and optimistic Hugo knew this was his chance at a greater title and glory for his name. As he neared the gates of the city he walked over to the obviously labeled ”Chuunin Exam Registration” Someone had beaten him to the registration, his hopes of being first were quickly dashed by this Axel Inuzuka. More interesting he was from his old village. A mischevious grin formed, he was a missing nin of that village was there a bounty on his head?

When he finished Hugo approached the desk and filled out the paper quickly. ”Hugo here to take the title of chuunin for sand.” Where was that partner of his? He hoped he didn’t get lost or worse into trouble with the authorities, maybe he had gotten too excited and ran off too fast. What peaked his interest right now was Axel Inuzuka how was the waterfall village doing, there were so many questions racing through his head.

Ikki Sanada entered the registration area just after Hugo had left, as evidenced by his being the last name on the sign up list. Ikki saw the name of the first person on the list, Axel Inuzuka, and wondered what kind of person he was. Ikki looked at Hugo's name and scanned over his registration card.

Ikki smiled, he felt much better coming to the Exams with a teammate. The boy would take another registration card and look it over, every once in a while looking up to see the Ninja arrayed behind the desk. Ikki wondered if they were the Examiners or just guards to make sure nothing got too out of hand. They all carried lots of weapons and looked extremely tough.

Ikki had walked up to the table with a very old woman behind it. Ikki beamed a smile at her. The boy looked down at the registration and started to fill it out.

Sunlight gently shimmered upon Ace and his two companions. The crimson silk cloth tied around his left knee shimmered gracefully as the Yukigakure stitched plate upon his left gloved hand radiated with its glory. Light blue eyes briefly observed the other participants while the bottoms of his black dress shoes gently landed upon the ground. Silently the Knave of Hearts looks at the 2 holsters strapped around his wrists before turning his attention to the 3 attached to the right side of his belt upon his hips. Each of these card holsters are filled with 4 decks. His heart thumped silently but yet at the same time his soul lounged for the honor the exams would bring. Gently one of his gloved hands slithered into his black buttbag brushing against the surfaces of the 80 ice exploding tags within. The small communication devise still lingering in his left ear.

"alright gentlemen let show them our villages unrelenting bravery"[/b] he said to the two politely and confidently with a slight smirk upon his lips. The gentle wind lightly brushed against the faded blond's face making his long thin ponytail sway to the side. Silently the chivalrous gambler's light brown dress vest with a white dress shirt underneath and lightly darker brown dress pants rippled in the gentle breeze. Silently he kept his eyes open silently observing the area while his crimson white bordered cloth around his neck swayed gracefully.Ace was tired of his home being considered weak. Today was the chance for the mighty three to prove the myth wrong. Walking up to the registration table the Knave of Hearts gave the people near it a gentle smile. Afterwards he began to fill out the form.

Red, entered along with Ace, all the weapons and equipment he had brought with him on the trip were still in his possession, all ready to be used. He went to the same registration table Ace had and signed his name as well.

"Yes sir." Red replied to his leader. He felt strange...like something bad was going to happen, but maybe the feeling was premature, so he kept it to himself. Reddo left after he signed up.

What a shit hole, who would have thought that a noble would have to walk amongst the commoners in a place like this. No doubt this would be the first time for some of the other ninjas seeing residents of the village hidden in the snow. The Kage’s well-spoken manor gave of the aura of upper class, and when combined with knight’s armour Ryū wore it could make the party appear to be more akin to a king and his royal guard than a group of Genin attending an exam. Perhaps this would lead to the other contestants building up an image of the village hidden in the snow as an old fashioned village that drew on medieval traditions.

This combined with the armour that covered the prince’s toned body would give the aura that Ryū was a skilled at the art of Taijutsu and favoured close range battles, which was true he loved to crush the hopes of his enemies and lick their blood from the steel blade of his katana. As the other members of his team signed up for the event, Ryū glanced around the room. Bradley and Akihiko would soon catch up to their master the small bear was also well equip for the up and coming fight, carrying a two foot gourd on its back. Bradley was equip with a piston gauntlet on his right hand, along with a set of gauntlets which matched his masters. The pair would halt their advance once he reached Ryū’s side, Bradley taking note of everyone's scent and who it come from.

As there was three receptionists the prince would head over to the available one and fill in all of the forms he was given. Writing down all of his details. He would then wait for the Kages commands of what the group would do next.

Falnyr walked slowly towards the registration area, even though a bright smile marked his face within him built a feeling of dread. Dread of the battles that would soon overwhelm them all, he looked around the area and saw the other smiles on other people’s faces. Genuine smiles unlike his own. Did they not see the violence and slaughter that would come? Or maybe they just didn’t care anymore. The smallest escaped his lips as he instinctively put his hands in the pouches at his side, there were 5 of them in total holding 249 slots of the clay he needed. He hoped it would be enough.

He moved forward picking up the pen that lay on the desk, he looked over the form examining the names of everyone else who had signed up so far. No one from the leaf village, would he be the only one contending this year? Quickly he pushed the depressing thought out of his mind and quickly filled in the form that stood before him.

After arriving in the Land of the Sea with her father's friend's boat she felt a little sick, walking around the small town in which she docked in she was able to go shopping for just a little while in which allowed her to feel better again. Miyuki was now headed towards the place in which the chunin registrations were said to be taking place. Surely enough she arrived with a rather excited attitude and skipping over towards the registration tables with her ten swords, goggles and assorted items such as a communications device and pills probably would have looked rather odd to others. Arriving at the desk she filled out any necessary forms in order for her to be able to enter the chunin exams.

Some of the people surrounding the registry section were equipped with animals like myself and some others had exotic weapons strapped to them. Not to mention the headbands indicating what village they were from. “Let's go!” I say to my friend and comrade, Sita Kazeraikou and my best friend and faithful companion, Toska before walking toward the table. I wore my tightly wrapped black Kimono with the dark blue laced belt. The trim of the Kimono is the same color as my lace belt, but from at a distance the entire costume appears black. Hidden within the V neck, laid my fishnet overalls which covers my entire torso and chest. My skirt trails down to just four inches above my knees while fishnet stockings trail from my thighs down to my black leather sandals. My hair this time has been straightened and tied into a tight plat. My Kumogakure headband is strapped tightly to my left upper arm. I have my butt-bag strapped tightly to my waist, sitting on the side of my right buttocks. Within this bag I carry: ten Kunai Knives, two Knives, fifty seven Senbon Needles, and a simple Wireless Radio for contact. However, the simple butt-bag is not the only source of weaponry that I have brought along with me. I also have a Small Field Pack strapped to my back. The pack consists of: twenty four Blood Clot Pills, one Binocular and three Solider Pills. But my main weapon of all would be by Siberian Husky, Toska. I also wore my gloves equipped with senbon that I had received upon mastering the Senbon Taitoku style. Also, my communications device was also removed from my butt bag and was applied to my right ear for farther communication with Sita if the need should occur. I am fully equipped and ready for such a huge event, but my nerves continue to distract me and mess with what courage I had. But I am a proud Shinobi from Kumogakure, and I do plan to make my village and my beloved Sky proud.

Hikari was especially excited that one day, sure, she was walking straight into her doom, but you can't quit unless you try. "Heh! This is great!" she said to herself. All her hard work would finally pay off, hopefully, that is. She wanted to be a Chunnin, someone who wasn't severely underestimated. She had all of her equipment, kunais and all. Hikari would take deep breath before taking a step towards the registration desk.

Finally, Rin had made it. She entered the chuunin exams registration area right after coming through the city gates. Once inside she could see a large diversity of shinobi from different nations. She then noticed a few of her fellow Yuki nin through the crowds of ninja. There were also a great deal of guards here, no doubt put in place to flaunt their power and deliver an unspoken warning. Start shit, and you'll eat shit. Rin figured she would surprise the other snow nin with her presence later, for now she had to focus on registration. The kunoichi ran her hands along the inside of her butt bag and the compartments of her utility belt, taking stock of the items contained within while eyeing the occupants of the room warily.

She had roughly two and a half slots of senbon, as well as two and a half slots of kunai. She also had 25 zipties, and a slot of ice, exploding and locking tags each, all of these inside her butt bag. The utility belt had two grenades inside, one smoke and one spiked. It also had 6 blood clotting pills, a lock picking kit, an Advanced MPG and a mini gas mask. Rin also had a sheathed Katana that ran down the small of her back, in case the secondary items didn't get the job done. Rin also wore a Kanaami mesh under her dark hooded outfit, and tactical gloves that left her fingers exposed. Lastly she had a communications device, but didn't think she'd be needing it much this time around.

She brought her attention back to the registration, pulling her hood down over her face just a tad bit more. She didn't want any of these foreign ninja seeing her face at all. Who knew what exactly went on at these things, and who would hold grudges later on. Shadows hid most of her face inside the hood, with only her nose and mouth showing from the darkness. She walked over to the first registration table and began filling out the paperwork.

Once Rin finished, she handed the papers over to the registration receptionist, and with a warm yet low tone said simply, "Thanks." Rin was not the type to let nervousness get a grip on her. She would pass or fail due to her own skills or abilities, it was as simple as that. If her emotions were going to get in the way and take control then she might as well walk back to the port, hop on a boat and float right back up to Yukikagure. No, with her confidence she felt she would be a Chuunin before this thing was over.

He had arrived at the next place of judgment. If these examiners were the same as last time, they would probably recognize him and the fury hidden behind his eyes. Aaron held onto grudges and he had one to end them all.

Fully equipped he would storm up to the booth, his gloves and pads on, goggles around his neck, with everything needed for whatever the exam would throw at him. He had the lockpick kit and flash light, thermal capsules and skeleton keys if it was a survival treasure hunt, tremor stones for earth destruction on top of the usual shinobi armaments such as wire, several types of grenades, shuriken, exploding tags and pouches. He even had blood clot pills and Kaen no Gikami.

Everything was designed for survival. Now if the exam was written, Aaron's sanity would crack in half.

Taking the application, he'd fill it out, pocketing the pen in the process.

He went out through the gates after spending everything he had. He just went to one of the tables and saw a form on an average sized white sheet of paper. The sign above the table did say registration, so this must be where he takes this examination that he was asked to take. He took the form and wrote down the information that is asked:

Reddo the shadow reentered the room, battle ready. His entire wardrobe was slimmed down to give himself the maximum amount of freedom in combat. His non conductive high strength mesh still lay over his body to keep him moderately safe from projectiles and blades. Above that was his modified Battle Dress Clothing. The jacket and pants are of a soft, warm, breathable cloth that is set in a dull grey color meant to shine as little as possible. The uniform disguised his solid elbow and knee pads.

He then wore a thick, near black vest that clipped up his right side. It's main sized pockets lined his sides at angles easy for each hand to reach on both their same and opposite sides. The larger slots were around his lower back, three on the left side and three on the right. The jacket itself was made of a thick layer of leather with a strong Kevlar weave underneath to keep him safe from shrapnel and blades, and cushion blows from blunt weapons as well.

As an additional attachment to his vest, he added a sextuple knife holster that held not quite knives, but throwing axes in two rows of three on his chest, in line with the pouches.

All of these pockets were hidden by a jacket of a similar dull grey to his battle dress uniform. The jacket was sleeveless, but with a deep hood that could easily conceal half of his face. It fell too around his knees, and it had no buttons to speak of, for it was held together with a dark utility belt that tied around his waist. His once bright arm guards were now of the same dim, molted grey. The gloves were made from a cloth overlay, thick leather, Kevlar middle and stretchy, black lining. The protective middle layer only extended to the back of his hands, leaving a gap for his wrist, while the black lining extended over his fingers, letting them easily move and form hand seals. His shoes were simple and light, flexible enough to easily move around in, and the bottoms were hard enough to keep his feet free of the pain of rocks.

And then there was his weaponry. His utility belt held two throwing axes easily in their own compartment. Another, on his left side, held his exploding tags, all 76 of them. The four pouches that were on the back held hirai-shurikens, 15 in each. On each side of those for were three weight boleadoras, four in the two pouches on each side. On the opposite side of his exploding tags were his exploding pouches, fifteen in the single compartment. His sextuple knife holster each had a throwing axe in the spaces, and each axe held his hiraishin seal, as did the tanto in the back of his belt, and the daisho set on his hip.

His mask that he did not remove was of a dull, hardly reflective metal that seemed to have deep lacerations across the face, stemming from the right eye. Though they eyes were still pits of darkness to the outside viewer, that pit seemed to spread across the rest of the mask. The functions of the mask allowed him zooming capabilities, X ray functions, substance location and condition viewing, and that was only the upper portion. The lower half was separated on the inside of the mask, clicking upwards to seal itself against his face to filter the air from around him. All it took was a bit of a nudge upwards to have it click in, and activate; he could activate it by simply pressing it against his chin if his hands were ever predisposed. Also in the mask was a communications device that let him hear, and speak easily, and quietly due to the muffling effect the mask had on his voice, and the location of the output against his right ear. He was ready for battle...he hoped.

The Chuunin Exams. An event for any shinobi who desired to advance beyond their rank, an event of competition and rivalry between villages. This was my first time at such an event, but I was not ill-prepared.

Accompanying me on either side as I entered the doorway was Aki and Mai, two of my trusty animal companions, Grizzly Bears both. And at my feet, squirming with excitement, was Shade, a border collie. As for me, I wore my customary outfit. While loose-fitting pants in a dark brown flowed from my waist down to my legs, most of the rest of my body was bare. Bare feet, arms, and chest were graced only by a series of strange straps of metal and unfinished leather.

A helmet remains on my head at all times, hiding my features. This doubles as an ANBU mask, and has several nifty built-in features, such as a gas mask, wireless radio, and goggles with x-ray, thermal, and zooming features. I carried several main weapons; two katanas sheathed down my back and another at my left side, a shield hanging on my back and another on my left arm.

A number of secondary weapons were stored on my figure as well, from the zipties, bolas, goo capsules, thermal capsules, smoke and flash pouches, tear gas and percussion grenades, exploding tags, soldier pills, and blood clot pills stored in my utility belt, to the world map and additional percussion grenades in my butt pouch, and even the 50 senbon stored in two pouches attached to my forearms.

As I entered the building, I took a quick glance around, seeing a plethora of ninja from several different villages. A quick glance was all I could afford however, as a registration form awaited me at the desk. Taking a moment I would fill it out before stepping back and waiting against the nearest wall, looking over the other candidates carefully.

Arriving at the Chuunin Exam Registration, Jin looked around to see if he noticed any other Mist shinoib, but he didn't see any headbands with his same emblem. That means that if there were teams this time around, Jin would be with somebody from another village. That would instantly put a strain on things from the start. Jin could only hope that he could get away with doing most of this work alone. Filling out the registration information, Jin would keep a low presence as not to be bothered.
